Does lemon have an alkaline effect?

There is a belief in alternative medicine that lemon juice produces an alkaline effect in the body when digested. The allopathic madsin does not touch this claim since it cannot be proven and no study was ever done to prove it.

What has triggered this opinion is the realization that the urine sometimes becomes less acidic after lemon juice is consumed.

Here is Dr. Eric Burg, an “expert” in this field elaborating on it

As you can see, no pathway of action is mentioned. Why not?

Because it is impossible.

When we consume lemon juice or vinegar, they aid stomach acidification. Since the stomach does not produce an adequate level of hydrochloric acid when we eat plant food, it becomes difficult for us to digest the meat we eat with the salad. Consuming lemon juice or apple cider vinegar helps us to digest the meat and we feel better, less gas and bloating.

The stomach has to neutralize the content before releasing it into the small intestines and does it with sodium bicarbonate which it produces simultaneously with the hydrochloric acid.

This means that the content that is in the small intestine is close to Ph 7 (neutral), and to make sure the acidity is gone, the bile is released with its alkaline buffer. There is no trace of lemon juice or any other acid left before the absorption of nutrients into the intestine and blood occurs. If acid would enter the blood we would die. The blood has to maintain its alkalinity of approximately 7.4 Ph.

Now, the question is, why does urine become less acidic when we consume lemon juice?

In my opinion, this has nothing to do with the lemon acid and has everything to do with plant-based vitamin C.

I have noticed that plant-based vitamin C blocks cellular receptors and closes cells to hydration. Being it plant-based vitamin, it resonates differently from the animal-based vitamin C. The vibration is close enough to act on cellular receptors but different enough to block it and not do what vitamin C should do in the body. This blocks cells from hydrating, but it also stops cells from releasing cellular acids into the bloodstream for elimination which reduces the concentration of acids in the urine.

Since the plant-based vitamin C comes through diet, it will make the absorption of nutrients into the intestines and the blood difficult. This will interfere with the absorption of sugars and fats so we will notice lower blood sugar levels and lower triglycerides.

This observation triggers some health “experts” into manufacturing false claims that lemon juice cleanses the liver and kidneys.

Here is another “expert” sharing his knowledge on this subject

In fact, what is happening is decreased absorption of glucose and fats. There is no glucose surplus to be converted into fat so no fat is manufactured in the liver and no uric acid is produced we have a false understanding that somehow, lemon juice is cleansing the liver and kidneys.

In the Amazon jungle, people use lemon juice to stop the action of snake venom to save lives.

By oversaturating the body with a high dose of lemon juice (people drink pure lime juice until they pass out, all cellular receptors close down cells and the snake venom cannot penetrate them. Together with the vitamin C it then gets cleansed out of the blood and the life is saved.

Since plant-based vitamin C closes cellular membranes to absorption, such cells cannot cleanse. When cells stop releasing their toxic discharge into the blood, the blood becomes cleaner and symptoms of cleansing the blood diminish or disappear. This is why mucus discharge vanishes. Vitamin C has absolutely nothing to do with the immune system. Besides, I have explained that the immunity of our body is an immunity to shift the frequency which is only responding to the cellular voltage. The higher the voltage the more immune is the body to the change of frequency.

Dr. Mandelis also regurgitates the false information about flavonoids being antioxidants and good for our health while they are phenols, toxic to our cells causing the same effect of plant-based vitamins. They close cellular membranes to hydration.

You can read more about this in this article

He also is blind to the fact that garlic is one of the most toxic plants which makes it very medicinal. You stuff a healthy body with medicine and you damage it.

Dr. Mandelis also is mentioning that lemon assists in collagen production and this eliminates wrinkles, while what causes wrinkles is dehydrated tissue that is made of collagen.

I would need to write several articles just to correct every nonsense that Dr. Mandelis says in his video. No wonder why are people suffering from ill health. They listen to such experts and follow their instructions.

Again, I am not bashing those two health gurus, I am using them as an example of the false soyence we are indoctrinated with. The internet is full of such experts who mean well while destroying people’s lives.

Use lemon when you want to slow down or stop symptoms of cleansing but do not be confused that this is good for your health, or that you are healing and improving your immune system. It’s just the opposite.

Love and light to us all.
