How much salt should we consume?

From the comments section, I see my long-time friend Mark wondering why I insist on one teaspoon of salt when one tablespoon seems to do a much better job, and then my friends Ken and Robert doubting if he is a troll contradicting the “all-mighty” Darko.

So, I think that some explanation is in order.

For one, I am not a God, and the same as anyone else, I make mistakes. We have all been indoctrinated with lies and as we are awakening to the truth, how should we go about it? Whom should we trust, and how can we discern the truth from a lie?

This is a valid question that is difficult to answer so we simply have to trust our intuition and above all, whenever in doubt, try it for ourselves.

Through comments from some of my clients/friends, I have a feeling that they are not using enough salt. One teaspoon of salt may greatly vary in the amount of salt that it contains.

Kamala Harris moment

First of all, there are different sizes of teaspoons and it looks that what I consider to be a teaspoon, is actually a coffee spoon which is twice the size of a teaspoon.

So, to clarify, it is best to measure the salt with a scale which I have done this morning.

When Mark mentioned that one teaspoon of salt makes one liter of plasma just moderately salty, this made me think because this is not how it tastes to me. This morning, just before I had a scheduled meeting with Patrick Timpone, I weighed the amount of salt I consider to be a heaped teaspoon of salt. The result is 20-25 grams of salt.

When non-processed sea salt is used, since it is wet, a large heap can fit on one coffee spoon.

Actually, one can fit more sea salt on a small spoon than table salt in a tablespoon.

This means that Mark is correct, but so are many other people. It was a problem with the communication. From now on, I will refer to the amount of salt in grams and not in spoons.

To me, being schooled in Europe, it is easier to talk liters and grams than gallons and ounces.

And now, let’s discuss how much sea salt should we consume overall.

To be able to hydrate dehydrated thick blood, we have to drink plasma which is water with sea salt or better yet, diluted seawater.

Diluted seawater is better because it is very alkaline, and has a lot of oxygen. It has so much oxygen that trout can live in it. Since it is too salty for the trout, diluted seawater is better and this is why in some places they grow trout in areas where a river meets the sea.

This means that seawater-based plasma serves at the same time as an oxygenation mechanism which serves as a cleanser of carbon from the body. This results in faster cleansing with lesser symptoms of detox.

The same effect can be achieved when we add a bit of hydrogen peroxide or MMS into the plasma made of water and non-refined sea salt.

Because of the high oxygen levels, seawater’s alkalinity reaches a Ph of 9-9.5 which is what the Kangen Water machine produces.

Because of the high level of oxygen, seawater is free of pathogens and can be safely injected into a vein which is what Rene Quinton was doing to his patients, and they were healing.

Since drinking plasma will start diluting the blood by increasing its volume, if the body has stored a lot of toxicity under the skin and into its connective tissue, the plasma that enters it will instantly become overly polluted and not allowed to go back into circulation. This will cause water retention.

Well, we can also use salt as a potent diuretic by simply limiting the amount of water and increasing the amount of sea salt.

By drinking very salty plasma, let’s say 40 grams per liter of water or more, we will oversaturate the body with minerals, and the body will now need way more water to get those minerals out of the body. One will immediately experience profound diarrhea and thirst as the body will require more water to eliminate those minerals.

If the goal is to eliminate water because of water retention, after drinking a half liter of very salty plasma, we should quest the thirst by drinking plain water. This will prevent the body from building up plasma levels.

To recapitulate, when salt is used as a diuretic, the plasma should be very salty, and the thirst that this will cause as the body has to eliminate the surplus of minerals should be quenched with plain water.

If there is no water retention and we simply want to speed up the detox process, we can add more salt to the plasma 30-40-50 grams per liter of water, and keep quenching the thirst with the same plasma. This will be increasing our plasma and mineral levels and eliminate toxins as fast as the body can handle them.

Whenever we are accelerating things, the symptoms are more violent so we have to understand that we can feel more uncomfortable.

I hope that this information will make it easier to control the hydration and detox process of your body.

Love and light to us all
