This (and my small donation) is just to say that I appreciate all your knowledge, what you stand for, express and share. I just discovered you blog and it gives me such “peace of mind” to read your comments and listen to you and also your friends in ExpandingU. I guess it is because your advice is simple and the theory behind it makes perfectly sense to me. I wish I had given you all the money instead of pouring them into supplements and fees to various nutritional experts, which did not lead to the health one could expect . Now, after only 2,5 months with your method I feel such a positive change and renewed energy. Thank you again!
