The most common question when it comes to the carnivore diet is “What else can I eat?”
We have been duped into believing that to be healthy, we need a variety of substances that can be provided only through a versatile diet made of fruits, vegetables, and some animal-based protein. The most common complaint is that eating only meat is boring and unsustainable.
Almost everybody has a hard time when switching to a carnivore diet but then they feel better until they start to feel bad again. Why do all those bad feelings surface?
There is no better way to address this topic than by watching this video in which Max DeMarco presents his own and some of his friends’ experiences after switching to only a meat diet.
The video proves the fact of how addictive is sugar and how difficult it is to stop consuming it. Only those powerful enough to control their egos can do this successfully.
Every beginning is hard and requires a commitment. The more vegetables we consume the more our bodies are dependent on sugar/glucose and the weaker we feel when we stop consuming it. Because of the consumption of dietary carbohydrates our active mitochondria count is low so our bodies cannot produce enough energy from the fat we store and we feel weak with sugar cravings.
I call such a body a glucoholic body.
In such a state, the mind starts looking for the way out citing all it has learned about how bad meat consumption is and how beneficial it is to consume plants and fruits. Any excuse is used to support our decision to stop this “unhealthy” thing we are doing and to resort to a versatile diet. After all, why did God give us those delicious seeds and fruits if not to eat and enjoy them, right?
If we were meant to eat and use glucose as the energy source, we would have been designed with some type of glucose storage, but we have none. We only have glycogen in selective tissue which is essential for our survival in a life-threatening situation. This means that once our bodies have adapted to using glucose as the source of cellular energy, our ability to produce the necessary level of energy from fat is gone. We become dependent on glucose which is available only when we are eating it. This forces us to have multiple meals a day and makes it difficult for the body to detoxify and rebuild itself during sleep. Energy is low and so is the maintenance.
We have been so indoctrinated into believing that our cells depend on glucose as their primary energy source that we simply cannot peel away from this faulty information.
Fortunately, more and more people are opening their minds to experimentation and the results point to the fact that nutritionists and doctors are misled by the soyence they are indoctrinated with. This is why people who have not been enslaved by soyence realize the truth faster and clearer as this video shows
On the other hand, the soyentifical experts tend to, as soon as some tiredness or a symptom shows up, fall back into justifying the need for carbohydrates. They are trapped with too much wrong knowledge. This video shows Dr. Khirwadkar misinterpreting results of his experience influenced by the only soyence he is aware of
Since our parents did not know better, they introduced us to eating vegetables, slowly shifting our genetic expression and turning us into glucoholics.
The more vegetables we eat the more we have to subsidize minerals because plants, especially now, are low on minerals. This means we have to supplement them through the consumption of salt.
To properly balance minerals in the body, our bodies have to use water so that the excessive minerals can be eliminated through the blood-cleansing organs.
If we do not do this, the blood cannot be cleansed and regulated so the blood picture changes, and we start showing symptoms. To be able to minimize ill effects caused by toxic blood, the body will store toxins and surplus in the connective tissue. This creates a possibility of causing water retention especially once more plasma becomes available.
When people switch their diet to eating meat, they start receiving more minerals because every animal is well mineralized otherwise it would not be able to survive. Those minerals will allow more water to remain in circulation because electroconductive plasma is formed from minerals and water.
The slow increase in plasma level increases the overall volume of blood and lymph in the body which causes the slow release of accumulated toxins into the blood ready for elimination.
This makes the lymph more toxic causing retention of the toxic plasma, and the blood becomes more toxic as the toxic lymph slowly seeps into it.
The increased blood and lymph toxicity is manifested through symptoms that soyence has named disease.
This is the reason why after some time, people who have switched their diet to a carnivore diet experience symptoms of disease such as are drop in energy, bloating, aches, and pains in various parts of their bodies.
Understanding correctly the body and what causes those symptoms would make healing a breeze. Just incorporate plasma hydration and allow the blood to cleanse those toxins out.
Unfortunately, the more we are indoctrinated with the popular soyence, the less we understand what is happening in the body and we tend to misinterpret those symptoms and go back to incorporating some of the toxic food because it makes us feel better.
What actually makes us feel better is the stopping of the detoxification process achieved through the ingestion of toxic stuff we eat and call our food.
All of this is clearly visible from the videos that are provided in this article.
Please keep reading and learning so that you can help yourselves and the people around you. It is absolutely necessary for you to implement this knowledge on yourselves, to experience firsthand how the body reacts. This is how we learn, through our experiences.
My colleagues, our brains are not tape-recorders to memorize and replay. We have brains so that we can observe and learn from our own experiences, think about what we have experienced and how can we utilize it to better ourselves.
Stop beating the dead horse. Stop being programmed machines. Please snap out of it and think.
Love and light to us all
