
Many have heard and often repeat the words of the Greek philosopher Hippocrates, “Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food.”
Unfortunately, most of those repeating this slogan refers to vegetables as the food that heals.
The reason for this is most likely coming from plants with medicinal properties that are traditionally used to suppress symptoms. Unknowingly to most, the so-called healing/medicinal effect is caused by suppressing the symptom through a toxic effect of the “medicinal” plant.
If we use garlic as an example, you can find thousands of sites on the internet praising garlic as a superfood. It is referred to as the natural antibiotic and people are using it daily as a food enhancer/spice not realizing how toxic it is and what health problems it causes.
The same goes for ginger, onion, cinnamon, celery, pepper, and other commonly used spices.
On the other hand, milk and dairy are vilified, and so is meat, and animal fat.
Since science is in hands of a Cabal, everything is upside down including the food pyramid.
By using various examples I have shown that the natural food for humans is raw animal products because they can be completely digested in a raw form and maintain the human body in the natural state of ketosis with the correct genetic expression.
Such food is therefore a healing food.
Since we are being lied to, the truth is controversial and the great majority of people do not accept it so as we start awakening and want to try to change our diet, there is a difficulty because we simply do not know how to make our meals tasty unless we use sugars and spices.
This is why my wife Hilnoretna has decided to make a cookbook to help us with the transition process so that we have better versatility in healthy food as we have in the toxic garbage we call our plant-based food.
Hilnoretna separated her recipes into strict healing recipes for those who have started with their cleansing and healing process, and more flexible recipes for those who no longer have symptoms of health problems and can use some not-so-healthy ingredients to make their food more interesting and tasty.
There are also recipes for desserts that can be used to make us feel “normal” and happy when following the SHP.
