Almost everyone I talk to complains of fatigue.
People say that they feel more tired in the morning when they wake up than they felt before going to the bed.
Do you feel the same way?
My wife and I do. What is the cause of this tiredness, and can it be reversed?
Fatigue describes a state of tiredness that does not resolve with rest or sleep. It is divided into two separate boxes. One is mental fatigue and the other is physical fatigue.
Right here is the first big mistake doctors do by saying things like that.
People would never seek a doctor’s help if they did hard physical work and become tired. A short rest takes care of this. So, when people complain of fatigue, they feel tired all of the time.
Tiredness or fatigue is caused by a lack of energy. Since the brain is the biggest consumer of energy in the body, it is easily understandable that any activity that involves the brain will deplete the energy in the body making us sleepy, but people seeing a doctor’s help complain of constant fatigue. They cannot sleep so the fatigue is often blamed on a lack of sleep which is another mistake.
What is this thing we call energy?
Energy is electric voltage. The lover the voltage, the less energetic we feel.
Since in our essence we are an energetic toroidal field, we do not depend on any fuel or source of energy. The only reason we eat is that we have been programmed with a program telling us that we have to eat or our body will consume itself.
Our cells convert fat into electricity, and in the case of stress for self-preservation, they can use glucose for a fast energy boost.
When we start feeding ourselves with glucose, we are changing the working of our bodies/robots and they can no longer work correctly. Since we do not have glucose reserves stored as a source of cellular energy, our cells can obtain this energy source only when we eat. This causes the necessity of multiple meals during the day and leaves the body starving during sleep when energy is needed for cleansing, reparation, and maintenance.
When we have only one meal a day, even if this meal contains dietary glucose/starch, the mitochondria count remains high enough to ensure tolerable energy production from fat. The more frequently we eat starch-loaded meals, the lesser number of active mitochondria remain in the cells. This causes cellular starvation for energy because not enough energy can be produced in between meals when only fat is available as the cellular fuel. Since our bodies/robots store fat as the energy source during the time we cannot provide it through meals.
The more often we eat starches the lower number of active mitochondria will remain in the cells and a lower amount of energy cells can create utilizing fat.
People that eat three meals a day and snack in between meals easily go into hypoglycemia if one meal has been skipped, have problem sleeping often wake up with hunger, and have the necessity to eat.
Still, this will not cause fatigue since one meal will create the necessary energy and eliminate tiredness.
Daily or chronic fatigue is caused by the inability of cells to hold an electric charge, and the inability to distribute this electricity through the body.
The cellular ability to hold an electric charge diminishes with the increased cellular acidity. The more dehydrated our cells are, the more acidic they become and the less energy they can hold. Since, because of the blood’s toxicity cells become dehydrated in time, the older we are the more acidic are our cells, the less energy we can hold, and more tired we become. The fatigue is setting in.
Toxic blood contributes to fatigue not just by preventing cellular hydration, but also by diminishing electroconductivity.
Blood becomes toxic when it loses the ability to cleanse itself. The main reason for this is the low level of plasma. Doctors say that such blood is thick and has to be diluted.
Thick blood has an insufficient level of water and minerals. This makes the blood less conductive and when the electricity does not flow correctly, we also feel short of energy/fatigued.
And this brings us to another reason why we feel fatigued and this is increased energy consumption in the body.
What can be the cause of it?
Whenever we are injured or have flu or other “illness” we feel fatigued. The process of cellular hydration, cleansing, and cellular reparation is very energy-demanding so during this process, we always feel a lack of energy, tired, and sleepy.
One of the most asked questions during the Self Healers Protocol is “why am I so tired? Is this normal?”
Now you know the answer.
Now we are exposed to frequency shift. The vibration is rising and since our genes are programmed to instruct our cells how to respond to this change, we are changing on the cellular level. This is energy-demanding making us fatigued.
We live with fear, constantly scared of diseases and wars. The fear depletes us of energy as it broadcasts our fear. Remember that the brain is the strongest consumer of our energy.
We are being poisoned through food and water, and air and are in need of cleansing. This sucks our energy.
Nausea, diarrhea, skin inflammations/infections, and psychological problems are signs of blood toxicity and cleansing. We are being told that it is a disease, the flu, and under those pretenses, we are being poisoned more through the jabs.
No wonder we feel so tired lately. We are at war.
This is the true World War of good against evil, and good/God has won.
The result of our victory will become visible to everyone not just to those who are actively participating in it.
Be ready for the surprise of your life.
These are great days we live in. What a privilege is to be here present and holding the light.
