Whenever the weather changes and it becomes cold, we are programmed to put on more clothing and shelter ourselves from the cold.
With the temperature shift, many of us “catch a cold” and start coughing, have runny noses, and often fever sets in. We become ill.
Some people tolerate cold better than others but in general, the older we get the less we enjoy the cold weather and many older people move South at least for the Winter months.
It is a popular thing in the northern climate to use sauna to warm up the body and then quickly cool it down by jumping into the snow or ice water.
People claim that this strengthens their immune system and makes them resilient to flu and other sicknesses.
What are the true benefits of doing this?
Exposure to heat requires the body to cool itself.
To do so, a change on the cellular level has to be achieved and this means that genes are involved in this process. Every change in the environment, being it inside or outside of the body triggers a genetic response which then causes physical changes in the body.
Blood vessels dilate, the skin becomes reddish, and since more water is excreted through the skin to cool it down, the humidity interferes with the evaporation process and the body starts sweating. The moist body cools down faster because of the conduction process.
Sometimes the blood vessels dilate so much that the blood pressure drops and we become disoriented, break into a thick sweat and become nauseous. We have to be careful because this can cause a heat stroke.
When we are exposed to a cold, under genetic influence, similar reactions occur, but as the skin cools down the peripheral areas of the body will reduce blood circulation to be able to deliver the necessary amount of heat to the vital areas of the body.
The skin may turn blue and even go into necrosis as it stops receiving oxygen due to poor blood circulation. We call these frostbites.
Now the question is, in which way is the extreme change from hot to cold improving the immune response of the body?
Well, the immune response does not improve.
I have explained that immunity is a resistance to the vibrational shift and the stability of a frequency is directly related to the cellular electric voltage. The higher the voltage the more resistant is the cell to the vibrational shift. The resistance to the vibrational shift is the immunity.
But, how come people when exposed to cold become more resilient to cold and diseases altogether? The Ice Man, Wim Hof proves this and science confirms it.
Well, scientists look at the changes in the blood and the body and look for the solution by analyzing chemical reactions which is a ridiculous approach since there are thousands of chemical reactions occurring in our cells every second. So, scientists make up their minds about which reactions will fit to be used to confirm their way of thinking which is almost always wrong since the science they know has been manipulated and is false.
This is why there are various opinions that are all backed by sound “scientific” explanations, and none of them explains what controls the reactions of the body, and the real potential that our bodies have to adapt to the existing environment.
Because of such misunderstanding, what cannot be explained is then given a false culprit which is the case with viruses. To a sudden change in the frequency of the environment, cells react by tightening their membranes. Because of this compression, some toxins are squeezed out from the cells and pollute the blood. The body/robot reacts with a blood cleansing response and symptoms of very toxic blood and its detox occur. We have named them the cold or the flu depending on the severity of the symptoms, and since we cannot explain this through the science we have been indoctrinated with, we have invented a culprit and named it a virus.
By exposing our bodies to the cold, we are provoking cells to go into a defensive mode. In this more, cells tighten their membranes so the membrane openings reduce in volume which prevents toxins from entering those cells, but at the same time, no toxins can get out of those cells even when the cells tighten up. This means that the blood will not become more polluted and no symptoms of cold or flu will appear.
Since we do not expose our bodies to the cold for a prolonged time, no genetic adaptation occurs. This changes if we decide to remain in a cold environment longer.
When we remain exposed to the cold, genes start reprograming our cells to adapt to the cold. The heating mechanism shifts and improves keeping our bodies warm. More energy is required for this so we become hungrier.
A very good example of how the body adapts to its environment we can see watching this video about the life of the Inuit people of Canada’s north
.https://www.youtube.com/embed/OODnFvYXqYM?version=3&rel=1&showsearch=0&showinfo=1&iv_load_policy=1&fs=1&hl=en&autohide=2&wmode=transparent
This video also proves that vegetables and fruits are not necessary for our diet. Inuit people don’t get colds nor flu or any other kind of “disease”. Now you understand why.
Exposing our bodies to cold is really good during the Autumn and Spring. Reducing the size of cellular membranes prevents the seepage of cellular toxins into the blood preventing the occurrence of flu.
Well, although we may like the idea of not having the symptoms of the flu, we are actually preventing our cells from cleansing which in the long run will have negative consequences for our health. Unlike the Inuit people, we eat toxic vegetables and cooked food which creates a lot of toxicity and if we do not cleanse it out, the toxicity steadily increases creating symptoms of toxic blood which we call a disease since it causes a variety of health problems.
Do not wait for symptoms of disease to show up. Use the Self Healer Protocol (SHP), cleanse your bodies, and allow them to heal.
Love and light to us all.
