Through this article, I will elaborate step by step on the question Joey asked about his hair loss.
Q
“Darko could please make an article discussing hair loss and dandruff more. Ever since I started carnivore and SHP I have probably lost 30 – 35 % of my hair. It used to be very thick and now it is getting thinner and thinner. I am 24 and was raised vegetarian for the first 20 years of my life and switched from vegetarian to vegan from 20 to 22. At 23 I was getting issues like SIBO and multiple sclerosis (uncontrollable twitching muscles and seeing flashing lights ) symptoms so I began carnivore.
A
Joey was raised vegan. His cells were not hydrating because his blood was always loaded with phytotoxins. Those toxins were not strong and did not present much problem as far as his blood circulation is concerned, since what could not be eliminated was tucked into the tissue, keeping the blood relatively clean. The toxic plants were causing cellular constriction of his intestines, reducing the absorption of nutrients, toxins, and water. This was keeping his excrement soft/manageable, but it was growing many bacteria designed to extract nutrients from this undigestible food.
Dealing with a toxic environment day after day, the cells of the intestines became very dehydrated, and since they have to produce the defensive shield, mucus, the body had to trigger a forced cellular hydration by triggering an inflammation of the intestines. This started to cause discomfort and pain, which the soyence of madsin labeled a Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), and multiple sclerosis.
When he stopped poisoning himself with vegetables and started eating the correct diet, the intestinal poisoning stopped, and the absorption improved. More water and minerals were absorbed, and his body immediately started cleansing his blood. Because many toxins were stuck in his tissues, there was a necessity to bring more plasma into the blood. Since no adequate amount of plasma was provided, hard stool occurred. The tissue was releasing toxins, and the body could not eliminate them because of a lack of blood plasma. Since by cleansing the blood through the skin, the body loses the least amount of blood plasma, areas with faster blood circulation receive more toxins. The hair keeps the head warm and is cooled through evaporation. Warm skin area receives more blood for the cooling purpose, making the scalp more toxic. This brings more toxins to the scalp and causes dandruff, an itchy scalp, and hair loss.
Q
A carnivore (without plasma) I developed an insane amount of dandruff and lost a lot of hair. I was concerned if I was doing the right thing. I was also feeling pretty terrible but my multiple sclerosis symptoms were improving so I continued carnivore. One day I was so frustrated that I ate a normal meal with bread and chickpea soup. I got so much dandruff the next week and my skin became incredibly ashy from just 3 starch-heavy meals. So it seemed I cannot tolerate my old way of eating.
A
Seeds are the most toxic part of a plant because plants protect their procreation with toxins not to be eaten. Chickpeas have increased Joey’s blood toxicity, which has worsened the symptoms of toxic blood and its detoxification.
Q
Last May, I began drinking plasma and my hair loss and dandruff and hair loss significantly decreased. I have been drinking plasma now for 10 months and although I lose less hair and my dandruff is getting better it has not gone away and my hair still looks like its getting thinner. I am basically eating either raw carnivore or cooked carnivore (i rarely eat dairy or fruit because I want to speed up the healing).
A
By providing more plasma, Joey’s blood is cleansed through his kidneys and mucous tissue. This decreases the necessity for cleansing the blood through his skin. This brings improvements, but since the blood continues being polluted by the cellular garbage, the symptoms persist. As the cells cleanse, blood will become cleaner, and the hair will start to regrow, the dandruff will stop, and the skin will become soft and smooth.
Q
Do you have any advice for this. Do you really believe the hair loss on carnivore is strictly from toxicity or some genetic factors or diet factors can help ? Can older people still have thick hair ? I’m trying to eat more raw liver and raw oysters and increasing the plasma to see if it helps my hair. Also vegetarians and vegans (like indians and Mexicans) typically have a lot of hair but carnivores (like Africans) are usually bald. Why ? Should I add fruit ( some scientists say an all meat diet is what is causing me to go bald ) ?”
A
As I have mentioned above, the hair will regrow. Older people can also regrow their hair, but as you can see, even a young individual like Joey continues losing his hair for a while before the cells cleanse. Can you imagine the level of cellular toxicity in older and bold people?
As far as the races go, Mexicans and Indian people eat a cleaner diet. They eat more salads and vegetables and less starch and chemicals. The combination of starches and cooked meat is the worst scenario and the most damaging to the body.
Some races have weaker hair genetically and lack facial hair. This will not change, no matter the diet.
In tropical zones, the hair does not have to be thick. Even thin hair provides enough shade to shelter the head from the sunlight.
In the cold climate, the thick hair provides insulation, trapping warm air, so the hair will be thicker, and the facial hair will protect the exposed face from the cold.
I hope that this explanation will clarify the situation many people experience when they switch to a strict carnivore diet.
Love and light to us all
