What is the relation between an overstimulated nervous system and a toxic body

As I was searching for inspiration for a new article, my friend Brad asked me a question: “Is what they call an overstimulated nervous system and a fight or flight state a result of the body’s toxicity?”

There is no simple answer to this complex question. We are told that the body goes into a stress mode when it is in danger. This is how it is supposed to be, but living in slavery and under constant pressure to perform, or end up living homeless, creates a state of constant vigilance.

An overstimulated nervous system is a physiological state where the body’s “fight or flight” (sympathetic) response remains chronically activated, even in the absence of real danger.

Living under constant pressure will cause physical symptoms such as chronic fatigue, muscle tension, headaches, digestive issues (bloating, constipation, diarrhea), and rapid heartbeat. Doctors often classify such a state as a state of low immunity.

When cognitive symptoms of persistent anxiety, irritability, mood swings, brain fog, poor concentration, difficulty making decisions, and feeling “wired but tired” occur, doctors blame the stress for it. They say that sensory overload (loud noises, bright lights, strong smells), emotional stress, trauma, ADHD, autism, and anxiety disorders are caused by chronic stress.

The nervous system evolved to handle short-term threats (like escaping a predator), not the continuous, non-stop stress of modern living. When the body fails to deactivate the stress response, it leads to sympathetic dominance, where the system stays “on” and cannot switch to rest and repair mode.

The question is, are those symptoms related to an overstimulated nervous system or to blood toxicity?

When do we experience symptoms of chronic fatigue, muscle tension, headaches, digestive issues (bloating, constipation, diarrhea), and rapid heartbeat? Those are symptoms of toxic blood and its detoxification process.

The so-called syndromes of overstimulated body, such as high sensitivity (HSP), ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or sensory processing disorder (SPD), are also caused by irregularities in metabolism. An inadequate energy delivery system caused by an incorrect diet and poisoning. This poisoning can be caused by plant-based toxins (phytotoxins), and an intentional poisoning of the body through toxic chemical food additives and the vaccination protocols.

For example, by correcting the diet, we can stop the symptoms of bipolarity or the Intermittent Explosive Disorder.

We can see clearly the relation between the symptoms of an overstimulated nervous system and toxic blood. The question arises: Is stress creating toxic blood? If yes, how?

We know that stress increases the activity of the brain. This is why the brain cells contain glycogen as an energy buster to help in times of crisis. Prolonged crisis forces the release of glycogen from the liver, which increases the sugar level in the blood. This triggers insulin release from the pancreas and forces cells to absorb the sugar from the blood, which becomes an emergency cellular fuel. All of this is to help the body in the situation of stress.

When the body remains in stress, an insufficiency of glucose causes a debilitating state of hypoglycemia (not enough blood sugar).

When we are in a glucoholic state, our cells are adjusted to use glucose for fuel, and since we do not have storage for glucose, we have to consume carbohydrates several times a day to cope with the cellular demand for energy. When there is not sufficient energy available, we feel lethargic, and any demand to perform may cause stress and buster fuel release, which is triggered by the release of corticosteroids. They make us aggressive.

We can compare this with a car. A car that uses gasoline will have a problem performing when the fuel filter is dirty. The fuel has difficulty going through, and the car engine loses power. We can help to move the car by engaging the starter motor, but the reserve energy in the battery will not last for long, and if we increase the battery bank, the starter motor will overheat and burn. Extensive modifications would have been made to adjust the starter system to be more efficient. Our bodies are created to automatically modify the body to change in circumstances, but there is always a cost.

The same as stress can cause a drop in energy, so can polluted blood, by creating resistance to electric flow. The symptoms will be the same.

Since doctors are trained in symptomatic care, they can easily make a mistake and treat the lack of energy in the wrong way. They do not identify the culprit. They do not check the fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel tank, or the fuel itself. No energy, take caffeine, neurostimulators, sugar.

If this does not help, they pronounce you sick and label you with one of those bogus diseases they have invented.

So, the answer to the question if an overstimulated nervous system is caused by toxicity is yes. Toxic thoughts and an overstimulated brain will deplete the body of energy, causing the same symptoms as toxic blood, and when we cleanse the blood, the nervous system has a chance to receive more energy because the electric flow has improved.

Still, an overactive brain will continue draining the body of energy and will cause a collapse if the situation is not remedied.

Depending on our programming, we react differently toward our experiences. Whenever an experience causes a negative emotion, we have to let it go. Always find positivity in every situation, and you will preserve energy. A higher energy increases the resilience to a shift in frequency. We call this a strong immunity, or a strong immune system of the body.

Keeping the body well hydrated ensures clean blood and better energy flow, which improves our emotional state, no matter the stress we are exposed to, but the prolonged state of stress will eventually cause the collapse of the body.

Remain positive no matter the situation. This is a big booster to our health.

Love and light to us all
