
It is a wide spread belief that every human is different, and this is why there is no such a thing as a one diet fits all.
Those people who are into the healthy living choices often refer to the Ayurvedic diet as the correct guide to a healthy eating where the body-type determines what is the best diet for your body.
Those of you who are following my work are aware that we create our micro-flora and subsequently our body type by the food choices we make.
Once the body adjusts to the food we eat, every major change in diet will cause digestive problems.
Now we start talking about our body-type.
Some people argue that what they are eating is correct because the pendulum or muscle-test tells them so.
Again, here we are talking about the response of your body to possible changes where your body will signal that at this point, because of how your digestion is adjusted, certain foods will be a better choice than some other foods even if those “other foods” are actually a healthier choice.
Many people forget about the importance of how the question is being asked.

Often I hear: “I have muscle tested garlic and the body said that it is good foe me”.
There are doctors who muscle test their patients before they prescribe their medicines. Now are those medicines healthy choice?
No, but now, at this given situation, the medicine will make you feel better and your body lets you know.
You may have some health issue which would be suppressed by garlic so the body will let you know that in this moment, the garlic is good for you.
At the same time, if you muscle test asking if garlic is neurotoxic and if garlic prevents the cellular hydration, your body will answer yes to both questions.
When we implement this knowledge on the food choices, we will get the same response.
For your body, because of the way it has been adjusted (because of your food choices to begin with) this particular diet you are used to on a daily basis will be better, but this does not mean that this is the healthy choice at all.
Most vegans and long term vegetarians have allergies or some digestive issues. Many are lactose intolerant or have problems digested dairy.
Because of the way they eat, their digestion has shifted to accommodate this particular diet and in the process it had made a mess of the digestive process becoming intolerant to something it should have no problem with.
Now, the “experts” claim that milk is difficult to digest and that grownups should not have it.
I have proven that in a very short time (usually within 10 days) the tolerance to the lactose returns once we hydrate correctly and we start nourishing ourselves correctly.
Recently I was talking with a young lady as she was catering in a wedding. She is vegetarian for10 years and short time vegan, and very happy about it.
I told her that she has to be eating something more than raw and steamed vegetables as those have no caloric value.
After a while, she admitted that recently she had to eat some fish as her health was affected and in two weeks on fish diet her health was recuperated and she is happily now back on the correct, vegan, diet.
Am I missing
something here?
Can’t those people realize what they are saying?

I hear a similar denials all the time.
This is the result of a brainwashing we are exposed to, and the need to belong somewhere special, to feel righteous and superior to others.
So, for example, you are not spiritual and cannot raise your frequency unless you get “lighter”, whatever that means, by stopping eating meat, and go vegan or vegetarian.
People talk nonsense, listen to one another, and repeat them always adding another spin to the narrative as long as it furthers their agenda.
Looking at the food from the basic quantum understanding, everything is created by the field of consciousness and it resonates with the original frequencies of the creation.
The stuff we call our food is part of this vibration.
As long as we absorb it in its original frequency, we are not changing the frequency of our body which remains oscillating correctly and we see ourselves as being healthy.
If the frequency of our environment changes (as it is changing now, the frequency is rising), so is the frequency of our body and our food changing.
Those changes are controlled by our creator, and as long as we oscillate with frequencies of creation, and we eat the food in this same frequency, we are maintaining our frequency as it should be and we remain healthy. The correct genetic blueprints are being opened.
This means that we are changing but those changes are following the pre-designed blueprints of our creator.
When we heat up the stuff we are going to eat, it’s frequency will change. The changed frequency will be recognized by our brain and the brain will interpret it by changing the values of this food-stuff.
The food-stuff will change its taste, smell, consistency, and nutritional properties but the most important thing is the change of its frequency. Now this new frequency will force changes of the resonance of our genes, which will cause some genes to close down and other genes to open up their blueprints, and different cellular activity will be triggered.
Animals in nature eat their designated food.
We humans, we eat a concoction we call food, but it is actually a food-stuff that changes our gene expression making us toxic and sick because we have changed its frequency.
It is not a food anymore, it is a food-resembling stuff.
The food that will maintain our correct resonance and our health is the food that oscillates in its natural frequency. This means that the food should not be heated over a certain temperature.
What is this temperature and how can we know if the food has changed its frequency?
If vegetables, fruits or meat had changed their properties (smell, consistency, taste..), the frequency of it was changed and it no longer resonates correctly.
Children instinctively react to cooked food with disgust, especially to a cooked vegetables as they become the worst nightmare for their body.
Children love to eat a raw meat and some raw vegetables but how many children are grounded to the table until they eat their cooked VEGGIES?
I know, it was my nightmare for years.

If you are vegetarian or vegan, and you want to be healthy, eat your vegetables raw.
You will not last long as they do not have any nutritional value, so when you are starving on the vegetable diet, have some raw animal fats and proteins and you will spring to life.
The only way to obtain calories from vegetables (mainly starches) is by breaking the cellulose they are enveloped with by heating them up. You are opening a can of worms my brothers/sisters.
I do not know how to present this better.
Maintain your correct vibration, eat your food raw, and you will be healthy.
When you are sick, you are vibrating incorrectly and by eating raw foods, you can correct your vibration and heal. Hippocrates knew it thousands years ago. Are we really advancing in our medical science?
