Costochondritis

What exactly causes the condition known as “Costochondritis”? I read that it’s about inflammation of the cartilage connecting the ribs to the sternum, but why exactly does this happen in the first place and why does it cause pain when moving and breathing?

I actually discovered on my own that I can quickly reverse and stop this pain completely using a technique that I came up with myself. Namely, by extending my arms outwards and taking a slow deep breath to fill up my lungs full of air. Then, while holding my breath, I gently lift my arms over my head, then lower them while exhaling. After repeating this for about six times or so, the pain stops completely.

Still, it would be nice if I could stop it from happening completely. Luckily, it has been happening less frequently since I started the SHP a few months ago, and hopefully, this will stop completely in time. Are there any things I should avoid doing? I noticed that this usually happens when I bend down too quickly to pick something off the floor, especially when I’m sitting down on a chair.

Bending to the floor often serves as the trigger of chest pain

In response to Colt’s question, I first have to explain that there is an acute version of chest pain and a chronic one.

The acute one was given the name Costochondritis, and to the chronic one, a Tietze syndrome.

Our soyence of madsin has no clear explanation of why the chest pain occurs. I know, this does not surprise anyone because neither one of those “diseases” can be pinned to a pathogen, not even the non-existent virus.

When we feel pain in the left chest area, we are immediately sent to the heart specialist because such pain often precedes a heart attack.

This is why it is best first to explain what causes pain in the body.

Pain is a strong warning signal, an alarm that alerts us that something is terribly wrong and needs to be remedied. Here we have two major sources that will trigger pain.

One of them is an increased pressure on the sensory nerve. The culprit can be a sharp object whose pressure is threatening to cause injury, such as stepping on a sharp or pointy object.

A smaller pressure will result in a feeling of discomfort, then itchiness, and finally, comes the pain.

Another way of increasing the pressure on a sensory nerve is by developing a gas. As the quantity of gas increases, so does the discomfort and pain. We often feel this when the intestines slow down their movement, and the fermentation process that occurs when we eat incorrectly continues building gas, whose pressure causes pain, as gas becomes trapped.

Another cause of increased pressure on the sensory nerve that may result in pain is the engagement of forced cellular hydration through the process we have named inflammation.

An inflammation follows most chronic health issues. This is why the experts of madsin state that if we could conquer inflammation, we could stop chronic diseases. This is the dumbest statement I have heard health gurus say.

Other than an increased pressure on the sensory nerves, the pain can be caused as a warning signal of oxygen depletion and an insufficient flow of energy to the tissue from which the pain signal was sent. This is the type of pain we experience as a warning signal before a stroke occurs.

Now, as we understand what pain represents, we can examine the cause of Costochondritis and Tietze syndrome.

Since Costochondritis shows no inflammation that could be the trigger for the pain, no injury or pressure, the only reason for the pain can be inadequate oxygenation or inadequate delivery of electricity. What can stand in the way of delivering those things?

We know that toxic blood will do this, and restriction of blood delivery to a tissue will slow down the delivery mechanism, so why is the chest affected, and why the left side? This is what soyentists do not understand because they took the spirit/quantum field out of the equation.

Our reality is constructed from equations of electromagnetic pulsations

Since every tissue, organ, and thought has a specific frequency, and they influence each other, our thoughts will have an impact on the functioning of the body. Even the brainwashed doctors realize that stress influences chest pain. They just do not understand the mechanism behind it.

A thought is a broadcast of ideas or the processing of an event. If this thought is influenced by fear, it will cause depletion of energy, and it will trigger cellular constriction. Depending on the frequency of our thoughts, corresponding cells, tissues, and organs will be affected.

When we are stressed with an emotional issue, this affects our chest, including our lungs and breasts in women. The emotions of helplessness, worry, and fear will affect the left side of our chest. Our blood vessels will constrict. This will interfere with blood delivery to the left chest area. The inadequate delivery of oxygen, and if the blood is toxic, even the electrical delivery will be suppressed, and pain in the left chest area will be sensed.

The blood flow will be further affected by certain positions of our bodies. Bending down will also slow the blood flow in the chest area, contributing to the delivery problem.

If the phone were made of glass, I would not have to bend down

If the emotional frequencies are projecting thoughts of revolt, aggression, or revenge, the right side of the chest will be affected.

Costochondritis can develop rapidly, and as soon as the emotional state changes, it can disappear. If we remain in the same emotional state for a longer time, and especially if our blood is dehydrated, the affected area (chest muscles, ribs, and especially the cartilage that connects ribs to the sternum, the breast bone) will become dehydrated and toxic. The body will respond with a forced hydration/inflammation to help cleanse those cells, and now we are told we no longer have costochondritis; now we suffer from Tietze syndrome. The symptoms remain the same, except now we also have an inflammation going on.

What does this mean for us?

When we have chest pain related to costochondritis, we can eliminate the pain by simply stretching our arms, taking slow, deep breaths, and then slowly exhaling, dropping our arms, and relaxing. Repeat this a couple of times until the pain is gone.

With this exercise, we are helping the blood flow a bit, and as soon as the blood delivery improves, the pain vanishes.

In the case of the Tietze syndrome, this may not be as effective because of the inflammation. Taking a deep breath, expanding our thorax will be very painful, and since the inflammation will remain, so will the pain.

By following the SHP, we ensure our blood cleanliness, so even when the blood vessels constrict, it is less likely that the delivery of oxygen and energy will be affected to the point of pain creation. Yet, it does happen. When I was 11 years old, I suffered from Costochondritis for several months until I overcame the unsettled feeling I created toward my math teacher.

Today, because of vaccines and a toxic diet, children have dehydrated and toxic blood, and in combination with the pressure of the schooling system, Tietze syndrome is prevalent and quite a common occurrence.

Here is my video on this issue

Having stressful lives and toxic bodies influences many people, showing symptoms of chest pain. Whether it is called costochondritis or Tietze makes no difference whatsoever.

Control your stress, eat correctly, and hydrate with plasma, and your chest pains will be history.

Do not medicate yourselves because the pain will be gone, but the poisoning of your body will continue. This leads to chronic health issues. They cause suffering and death. This is what we are told to do in a medical indoctrination center called a university.

Doctors are not aware of this. I am trying to wake them up for 20 years, but my work is suppressed, and the indoctrinated mind is difficult to penetrate.

Avoid doctors. This includes the alternative madsin based on supplements. Seek the help of a tribal healer if you can find one, or learn the truth and heal yourself.

This is what this site is all about. As you experience healing, share your experiences with others. This will help them to overcome their programming. We have to be in the service of others. This is how the human kind will prosper and excel.

Love and light to us all
