A friend asked me why she feels bad during her prolonged fast, while her husband, who is fasting with her, feels good.

Two days later, she told me that now she feels good again and casually mentioned that her period just ended. Well, the little bit of information at the end explains why she felt bad lately, although she was feeling good during the first few days of fasting.

Let me explain what has happened.

When we stop eating, we also stop poisoning ourselves. The digestive system relaxes, and no energy is wasted to run the digestive process. This triggers the body into a detoxification, a “Spring cleaning” process. Toxins from the tissues are cleansed into the blood to be eliminated through the blood cleansing organs.

If the blood is poorly hydrated, it is also more toxic, and the toxic release from the tissue will be suppressed. Since no energy will be used to hydrate and detoxify the body, we feel a slight improvement in energy.

When we drink water, and especially when we drink plasma, the body immediately starts cleansing the blood. A cleaner blood has a better electroconductivity, and although energy is used for the cleansing process, the better flow of energy makes us feel more energized.

The toxin released from the tissue makes the blood toxic, and at first, we feel tired and have symptoms of toxic blood, but since we are not eating, we do not bring additional toxins into the blood, and our blood cleanses faster. We start to feel better and better as the fast goes on.

This is what was happening to my friend’s husband, but my friend, after feeling better, all of a sudden started feeling really bad and became concerned if the fast was causing her health to fail. She failed to recognize the changes menstruation will cause.

Let’s explain what happens during menstruation.

A week before menstruation, progesterone levels increase. This causes relaxation of blood vessels. The blood flow increases as the reproductive organs prepare for cleansing and rejuvenation.

The breasts and the uterus release what they no longer require into the blood, making the blood full of garbage/toxic. Since all blood vessels relax, this increases the release of toxins from tissue in general and makes the blood more toxic. This is why breasts become cystic and sensitive before the bleeding starts, and cysts and polyps appear in the uterus of toxic women.

Those toxins slow down the flow of electricity by interfering with the electroconductivity of the blood, and the woman feels symptoms of toxic blood.

This does not happen to non-menstruating women and men. This is why they feel good during prolonged fasting.

When we drink plasma during the fast, we provide the body with the means to cleanse its blood, so even when menstruating women feel symptoms of toxic blood, this feeling does not last more than a few days. As the blood is cleansed, the feeling of well-being returns.

I believe, more than not feeling good, what has affected my friend was the fear that something was wrong since her husband was feeling great and her condition had suddenly deteriorated.

We forget that what we call a disease is just symptoms of a toxic blood and its detox, and instead of focusing on better hydration, we panic, which brings additional toxicity through the emotional pathways. Most of us are not aware of how strong physical manifestation emotional toxins can trigger. The fear caused by the insecurity sucks energy out of the blood, multiplying the toxic effect of the blood.

During periods of fear, the brain sucks the energy like a turbo, which causes the release of glucose from glycogen, and if this state is prolonged, it can put the body into hypoglycemia, which we call anxiety.
