Erection and priapism

I was asked to explain priapism (extended or unwanted erection). To do so, it is first important to understand the mechanism behind erection, especially, because what we are being told by the soyence of madsin is as usual, incorrect.

First, let’s observe the anatomy of the penis

Diagram of penis anatomy with labels.

As you can see, the cavernous tissue that looks like a sponge is soft, and it collapses when there is no blood in it. By accumulating the blood inside of the spongy tissue, the penis becomes enlarged. To become stiff, the pressure has to be high. The lower the pressure, the weaker the erection.
The soyence of madsin explains that the blood vessels of the cavernous/spongy tissue have to relax so that they can be filled with blood which will cause the erection. This is ridiculously stupid. The best that can be achieved by relaxing the flat muscles and allowing a bit more blood to enter the spongy tissue is a slightly thicker and larger penis.
To achieve erection, the blood pressure inside of the spongy body has to increase which cannot be achieved by simply relaxing the flat muscles of the spongy tissue.

Here is what triggers an erection.
There is an artery that brings the blood into the penis and provides the spongy tissue with the blood, and next to the artery is a same size vein that lets the blood flow back toward the heart. This is a normal flow of blood that does not cause erection.
To trigger an erection all that has to occur is to slow down the blood flow of the penile vein. When the exit of the blood from the penis is interrupted, the blood remains trapped in the penis and accumulates in the spongy tissue causing it to expand. The penis grows and when it reaches the limit of expansion, the penis stiffens up from the blood pressure within the spongy body. The man has a hard-on.

Penis is enveloped in a connective tissue we call fascia or tunica. This fascia is rigid and stops further enlargement of the penis. This fascia is part of the fascia that comes from the pelvic floor and is connected to pelvic muscles. There is another fascia between the rectum and testicles. This area is called the perineum. It consists of fascia, tendons, and several muscles that can control its tension. Some of those muscles are controlled by the autonomous nerve mechanism and are stimulated by the brain/emotion and out of our control. This is why when the man sees a sexy pose, the erection is triggered automatically without his will.
Man can contribute willingly to the erection by squeezing the muscles of his rectum and the pelvic wall. This creates more pressure on the vein, diminishing the vein’s diameter and drastically reducing the blood flow.

One may ask, “Why does this pressure not interfere with the blood flow of the penile artery?”

We can compare erection with inflammation. Both, the vein and the artery receive the pressure equally, but the arterial pressure between the heart and the constricted area increases because of the heart contractions. The blood under higher pressure is pumped into the penis and cannot come out with equal speed because the vein is constricted until the penis is sufficiently pressurized. The pressure inside of the penis equals the arterial pressure which is necessary for the blood to exit constricted vein. This internal pressure is what causes a stiff erection.
To keep the erection stiff, some men use a cock ring. Once there is an erection the cock ring becomes tight creating an additional pressure of the penile blood vessels producing a stiffer erection.

Once the muscles that hold the fascia/tunica relax, the pressure on the blood vessels diminishes, and the blood freely flows back through the vein, the erection goes down.

Now as we understand the principle of an erection, what can be the cause of an erection persistence or the occurrence of an erection spontaneously when no stimuli was created?

The soyence of madsin blames this on genetic issues and blames other symptoms/diseases causing this problem. One of the most common is Sickle Cell Anemia. They blame this “disease” because it is often that those men who have problems with priapism also have Sickle cell anemia. It is simply a statistic-based diagnosis.
Doctors claim that the imperfect blood cells clump together causing a blockage of the penile vein resulting in unwanted erection. This is ridiculous but to an indoctrinated mind, every glimpse of possibility creates a straw they can hang onto.

When do blood cells cling to each other?
When there is a low electromagnetic field/low energy. The low electromagnetic field will minimize the magnetic field of blood cells and they will not be able to repel.
What reduces the electromagnetic field in the blood are toxins. Toxins are out-of-sync elements that provide resistance to the flow of electricity in the blood.

The heart causes the spin of blood cells. By spinning they cause an electromagnetic oscillation resulting in the production of electromagnetic current. The blood is a provider of the electric current through the body. The more toxic resistors there are in the blood, the more resistance to the electric flow is created and we experience this in the form of tiredness and other symptoms including cellular clumping. Since the brain is the largest consumer of electricity in the body, we will feel the symptoms of low energy as brain fog, inability to concentrate, blurred vision, headaches…

What happens with organs that are more active when the blood is toxic? They become more toxic, especially on the cellular level. The tissue or organ that has to perform and whose cells are dehydrated and toxic will be triggered into a forceful hydration we call inflammation.
An inflamed tissue increases in size.
If the muscles or the connective tissue of the perineum or the pelvic floor inflame, they will cause pressure on the penile blood vessel which may result in unwanted erection/priapism.

Sometimes, the toxic tissue may develop a dry rigid patch we refer to as a scar. This reduces the flexibility of this tissue and can make it tighter. This is another possibility of inducing unwanted erection.

To find the cause of priapism we need information about the habits and the lifestyle of the individual with this problem, but the culprit is not a faulty gene, it is the toxicity that also could have triggered a change of the genome but this is then reversible. It is not a family-transmitted issue as it is implied by the soyence of madsin.

Again, the SHP will most likely resolve this issue but guidance is recommended since this is a chronic issue that involves overall toxicity of the body and the symptoms will easily be misinterpreted.

Love and light to us all.
