Every day I receive questions and comments about fruit consumption. Many people believe that fruits are a necessary part of our diet, after all, why would God make them if we are not supposed to eat them?
What makes it confusing is when I say that they do not provide any nutrition. I am often confronted by people on the ketogenic diet when I state that fruits do not take us out of ketosis, and some argue by stating/regurgitating soyentific facts showing in which way fructose is toxic to our health.
Now, here we have people believing that fruits are a necessary and healthy part of the human diet, and some stating that because of fructose, they are bad and toxic to us.
I have explained this before, but let’s examine the soyence and explain it scientifically.
Fruit is a plant. This means that its cellular membranes are constructed out of cellulose. Since humans cannot break down cellulose, no nutrients that are within those cells are available to nourish us. The only available thing to us is the juice outside of the cells. This juice contains water, acids, some water-soluble vitamins, aromatic phenols that provide the odor and taste, minerals from the area the plant had absorbed, and different levels of fructose that give them sweetness that draws us to eat them.
Some fruits and berries have very strong toxic components that make them poisonous to humans and only some selected animals can tolerate them.
The majority of fruits that are available come from farms and this means we are talking about monoculture. Monoculture has poor protection so it is always under attack by pests and requires pesticides otherwise the fruits will be full of worms.
Modern fruits are hybrids raised to be bigger and more plentiful. The growth factor is higher and the larger the fruit the weaker it becomes since it is like stretching or blowing up the original design. This lowers their voltage and electromagnetic field making them attractive to pests. Pesticides are not just toxic to the pests but they are toxic to us when we eat them.
Since plants do not eliminate (they do not urinate nor defecate) what the plant absorbs becomes deposited there. Fruits are now loaded with graphene oxide that was sprayed through chemtrails, and aluminum, and whatever other toxic stuff they have added to that vapor. All of this ends up stored in fruits and berries and ends up absorbed in those who eat them.
Traditional fertilizers such as manure have been replaced by crude oil fertilizers, so modern fruits are very low on minerals. This is why their taste and smell have changed and are barely noticeable.
And now we come to the subject of fructose.
If fructose would be toxic to animals and people, it would not be available for their consumption. It would be something similar to the glucose that is separated from animals and people with a film of cellulose. Since we cannot digest/break cellulose, glucose cruises down our digestive tract and becomes eliminated through feces. When we eat such food, the body produces bacteria to help break down the cellulose but in humans, this occurs in the intestinal tract, and by the time glucose, proteins, and enzymes are released, the food is in the colon where it cannot be absorbed into the blood.
Fruits are laced with fructose, making them sweet and appealing to animals and people. This is how the plant makes us eat them and since we cannot digest cellulose, we do not harm its seeds and we spread them around ensuring the survival of the plant species.
Plenty of fructose is available in the nectar of flowering plants attracting animals to pollinate them. If fructose would be toxic, no animal would be exposed to it. The fructose would not be able to serve its purpose.
Our body has no purpose for fructose other than to excite the brain and to speed up the cellular metabolism. This makes us hungrier after we eat fruits, and we end up overeating. Since no calories are provided, we become hungry and eat whatever else is in sight.
Fructose, being a sugar, will be caught by the sugar transporter GLUT and transported into the blood. Since our cells have no use for it, the fructose ends up in the liver where it is converted to fat and uric acid. The fat the body can use as a source of energy or building block for cholesterol and the uric acid will be filtered out of the blood and eliminated through urination.
Since our bodies do not have a mechanism devoted to fructose manipulation, no matter how much fructose you provide through the diet, only a very small amount of it will be absorbed since the level of GLUT transporter will not increase under its presence. The rest of the fructose will end up in the colon and ferment into alcohol. This closes cells of the colon to absorption and diarrhea occurs which eliminates the fructose. No harm was done.
The more fruits one eats with a high content of fructose (mango, and dry fruits) the softer stool he/she will have and more diarrhea will occur.
Things change when dietary carbs become part of digestion. Since our bodies are programmed to utilize glucose for a variety of actions, the more dietary starches we consume and the more often we do this, the more GLUT the body produces to be able to transport sugar into the blood.
As the level of GLUT increases so does the sugar absorption and this includes the absorption of fructose. This is the reason why is high fructose corn syrup so bad for our health.
Another thing we are not being told is that the cellular capacity for converting glucose into energy is limited and what we cannot utilize will end up in the liver and will be converted to fat and uric acid exactly the same way as fructose.
Now, this information is the deal breaker because no matter how much fructose we are exposed to is just a small fraction in comparison to glucose. Even the fructose-saturated corn syrup has 50% glucose and up to 50% fructose so make your own calculation.
HFCS 42 (most commonly used in sports drinks), which is approximately 42 percent fructose and 58 percent glucose.
My father did not like sweets but ate potatoes and bread and became diabetic in his late fifties. He had shoulder and hip problems as he got older and his blood circulation showed problems, yet he was controlling his blood sugar by avoiding eating bread and having less potatoes and more meat and dairy in his diet. He never had to use any medication.
The hip and shoulder problems the same as blood circulation problems were not caused by fructose, but by glucose.
Fructose is soyentific scapegoat. Look here, do not look over there. Another trick used in brainwashing people and “professionals” into overlooking the most obvious so that people continue poisoning themselves with cooked and processed plants and focus on a bogus false “problem” such as the “toxicity” of fructose.
As far as fructose is concerned, we can consume as many fruits as we want but we have to stop consuming dietary carbohydrates/glucose so that our genome can correct itself. This I have explained through numerous articles and videos.
We are continuing with the quest of exposing the lies of soyence of madsin. We continue taking down the soyentific lies and exposing the truth.
The end of madsin is approaching. The entire old system is crumbling simultaneously. The chains of our enslavement are breaking down.
Love and light to us all
