Soyentific claims corrected through science

My friend John sent me this video in which a doctor explains soyentifically how insulin and glucose benefit humans.

To me, this is hilarious and I am sure that many soyentists share his view so let’s put things straight as they belong.

MD Paul Saladino was a carnivore for a while and after first experiencing great improvements, but then after a while, health issues started piling up which cleared up once he added carbohydrates back to his diet.

So, now he is a newborn omnivore spewing his soyence for others to learn from.

Now, let us debunk his soyence with science.

Paul started telling us that he used to eat a paleo diet. This diet includes whole, unprocessed foods such as meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, healthy fats, and oils. Because of this diet, he was suffering from a variety of health problems like skin rashes and  digestive issues.

As soon as he stopped eating vegetables, his skin rashes went away and he felt great.

But soon after, his “health problems started.

Paul was getting muscle cramps, heart palpitations, sleep disorder, hormonal disturbances (testosterone going down),

He blames this on electrolyte issues and low insulin.

Now he soyentifically explains that insulin suppresses the filtration of minerals through the kidneys so they remain in the blood.

There is no scientific proof of this and actually, kidneys cannot do such a thing. We always lose minerals when we lose water. You cannot sweat without losing salt no matter how much insulin you shoot into your blood. The same is true with kidneys and urine.

Paul claims that in ketosis, people lose minerals and this causes cramping and a variety of other health problems.

Those of you who follow my work understand that when you stop poisoning the body with plants, the cellular membranes relax and cleansing takes place.

Cellular toxins start increasing the toxicity of the blood and the body goes into a cleansing mode. More urine is produced, looser stool, and sweating contribute to the loss of minerals and, since the blood’s environment has changed, genetic adjustments cause also a shift in hormonal values.

Paul does not explain what was weird when he introduced honey to his carnivore diet. I can just assume that his stool got liquid because honey is made from nectar which is fructose and when the sugar absorption is low, just a small amount of fructose will be absorbed into the blood. Most of it will end up fermenting in the colon producing alcohol, inflaming the colon, and preventing it from absorbing water. This is what causes diarrhea.

Paul is soyentifically explaining the benefits of spiking blood glucose and insulin as a healthy thing.

Where does he think elevated blood pressure, deteriorating blood vessels, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and other chronic diseases come from?

They are all direct results of spiking blood sugar and insulin in the body.

Insulin spikes we should only experience during situations of stress. This is what the body has been designed to do. Boost energy levels rapidly by forcing cells to accept glucose and releasing this glucose from the small storage of glycogen we have in the muscles, the brain, and as a general donor, the liver. Definitely not from glucose that comes through diet.

There should never be glucose present in our diet and the creator made sure of it by isolating it from animals with cellulose membranes.

The only healthy food is the one that resonates with the original frequency which is the food in the raw state. The only food that will nourish us when raw is animal-based food. Plants are pure cellulose which we rupture with the heating process of cooking and this is why wild animals have no chronic health issues and people do.

Paul does not understand the difference between honey and glucose, he does not know even the soyence well. Carbohydrates convert to glucose; honey is processed fructose. Our brain loves sweets but honey cannot be used to produce energy in the body, it is converted into fat by the liver, but since only a very small amount of fructose/honey will be absorbed, no harm will be done, and no genetic response either.

If you are confused by the word autophagy, here is my article in which I mention it

Dr. Paul cannot elaborate on fasting because he has shown how poorly he understands the soyence, so discussing science with him would be impossible. He does not understand that the body cannot absorb more sugar than the amount of GLUT, transporter, it has.

The GLUT levels are low when we eat correctly so when we eat starches of honey, only small amount can be transported into the blood. This is why you can eat a lot of carbs in a meal but only a small amount will be absorbed so the blood sugar will not spike a lot.

The rest of the starches will ferment in the colon and keep the stool soft even if the body is dehydrated and in need of water. The colon inflames and this is why digestive problems occur in time.

GLUT levels will increase if starches appear in the intestines regularly. The more we eat them and the more often we do this, the GLUT level rises to be able to absorb them and this is what causes the pre-diabetic state of high blood sugar after every meal.

The article is getting too long. Too much bullshit to debunk, but I believe that you got the picture.

God bless our soyentists, just keep them far from me, please.

I have covered just half of this video but I have enough.

Love and light to us all
