The Hunza diet and longevity

Here's Why Hunza People Don't Get Cancer | Useful info ...

As I was thinking about what to write about, I have received an email from a friend asking me about my opinion of the Hunza people’s diet?

I have never heard of it so I had to look it up.

There are many sites elaborating about the lifestyle of the Hunza people, and how their long lives are related to their healthy diet.

So, before even checking out about what is this Hunza diet all about, I wanted to know what is this incredible longevity of the Hunza people that all of the sites are mentioning.

Los hunza, un pueblo que no envejece ni se enferma ...

As always, it is just hype.

This incredible longevity comes down to a standard life span of people who do not overeat and live in the fresh air.

The same as people in Okinawa, in Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Andes of Peru, and everywhere else, their life span is between 90 and 110 years.

This is an average life span for people who were not medicated, ate a moderate amount of dietary carbohydrates, and have used salt to enhance their food.

The only people that actually live longer are the Chinese Taoists. Master Li Ching Yun has lived 256 years. This is what I would call longevity.

So is it even worth talking about the Hunza people’s diet of Pakistan?

In my opinion, not really.

Hunza people as they get older they show more and more how dehydrated they are. They wrinkle up, develop joint problems, lose posture, and the older they get, the dryer they look.

Ultimately, they die from dehydration, dry as a prune.

It is always the same story. Even among those people there are those who are heavier and those who are skinnier.

The skinnier people live longer and before death, they are skin and bones, extremely dry.

This just confirms that the more you eat the wrong food, the more toxic you become. If you do not consume plasma (salt and water) you dehydrate as your body is trying to cleanse.

People become toxic but since they do not eat nearly as much as we do, they have longer lives.

Hunza people do not cook much. They mostly eat fruits and vegetables that can be eaten raw. This does not bring energy so they also eat dairy, eggs and when available, fish and other types of meat. Small amounts of meat with its fat bring plenty of calories and can sustain them.

Their problem is the same as we all have and this is eating the forbidden dietary carbohydrate.

Since they eat small amounts of food, they do not show diseases until the old age of 80+.

If they would hydrate correctly, they would live longer and healthier lives.

They would not shrink in size and lose their posture.

Their main problem is dehydration.

Observation and rational thinking are breaking old programs, and we can clearly see the brainwashing in action.

All those vegan and vegetarian sites are parroting the same nonsense, thinking that they are relevant.

The reason why the Hunza people do not suffer from cancer and autoimmune diseases is a lack of doctors. Whenever you are far from doctors, people are much healthier, and happier.

It is all crumbling down. Simple observation and clear thinking destroy their rhetoric.

Love and light to us all
