Another video that was sent to me which I find to be a perfect video to debunk popular science.
In this video, Mrs. Barbara O’Neill Explains cellular energy production, glucose, and diabetes.
Barbara is interpreting the popular science we are taught in schools very well, and here I will point to major false information and missing information with which the science is being manipulated.
Barbara correctly points to the problem of a carbohydrate diet. The focus quickly switches to sugar and then glucose.
Barbara claims insulin is the only path that allows glucose to enter the cell.
This is incorrect. The protein transporter we call GLUT is the basic mechanism that brings glucose into the cell.
According to the indoctrination science, insulin is constantly present in the blood so that glucose can be used by cells which is only correct when we eat incorrectly and this means when we eat the “forbidden fruit” carbohydrate/starch/glucose.
Glucose should not be part of our diet. This is why it is mentioned in Bible as the forbidden fruit. It takes the body out of ketosis, and reprograms gene expression.
The purpose of glucose in the cell is to produce amino acids, not energy.
Cells use glucose as an energy source only if they are flooded by it which should happen only in a stressful situation when the liver releases it into the blood, or when cellular glycogen is converted to glucose.
It also happens when we eat incorrectly by eating heated or processed carbohydrates.
Glucose cannot be used as cellular fuel unless it is first converted into pyruvate which is done under the influence of nagalase/glycoside hydrolase.
In a similar way, cells use fat which first has to be converted into ketone bodies. Unused ketones signal stop hunger which is not the case with pyruvate.
Our boy is not programmed to use glucose as its fuel unless it is in life threatening situation so it does not produce nagalase on a regular basis unless it has to because of the cells being flooded by glucose.
The genetic shift has to occur in which genes stimulate cells to produce nagalase. Because of this shift, cells are unable to produce the GcMAF immune marker which is a crucial part of our immune response.
Now, science is telling us how pyruvate produces energy and fat is being completely ignored.
Barbara explains how some of the absorbed glucose is saved in the cell in the form of glycogen.
Glycogen is only available in muscle cells, brain cells, and liver cells. Does this mean that all the other organs are predestined to starve?
Glycogen is not created from absorbed glucose. The organs involved in stress response produce glycogen from the fat they receive and not from the glucose they absorb. This is a pre-programmed process that happens when our body works correctly and utilizes fat for energy production.
We do not have access to glucose from glycogen unless it is released under the influence of stress hormones. What Barbara is saying is occurring only in stressful situation.
Glucagon is signalling for fat to be released and absorbed into the cell so that it can be used to replenish lost glycogen. It is part of a stress response mechanism.
Our body is a programmed robot so when some substance concentration goes over the designated mark, the body cleanses it out. We urinate sugar if its blood concentration goes over the programmed limit.
Insulin resistance occurs after cells thicken their membranes. This makes cells stiff. Stiff cells make stiff arteries which increase blood pressure and create circulatory problems.
Antibiotics are very toxic and they can cause diabetes as Barbara mentioned.
Barbara is mentioning how exercise regulates sugar through glycogen which is all incorrect. The energy comes directly from burning fat which is our primary energy storage.
A major mistake is thinking that legumes are good for diabetes. They are pure carbohydrates and when heated, glucose becomes available for absorption.
What science blames amylopectin for (to create concentrated carbohydrates), is simply a high glucose concentration in plant/carbohydrate storage.
Barbara mentions that cells want a steady delivery of energy and points to legumes while neglecting fat that is always available even when we sleep.
Legumes are toxic, cause bloating, inflame intestines… and do not provide any energy during our sleep when cells need it for cleansing and reparation purposes.
Fruits do not release glucose, they release fructose in traces so the sugar level/glycemic factor is low.
Finally, Barbara realizes that carbohydrates have as high and even higher levels of glucose than sugar. This is why I point not to sugar but to carbohydrates as the worst poison. She reveals that wholemeal is even worse than refined flour.
I was explaining this many times but in the wholemeal some cellulose is intact so glucose is not being released and this is why in reality the glycemic level is lower.
Our experts never differentiate between cooked, processed, and raw values of food.
So whole meal actually lowers digestive glucose but since the fibre is there, it is sharp and causes damage to the already inflamed intestinal wall.
Neglecting to realize the impact of GLUT on sugar absorption makes it impossible to explain why some people can eat an entire cake while their blood sugar increase minimally, and some people can have just one bite of the same cake and their blood sugar jumps through the roof.
We can only absorb as much sugar/glucose as the GLUT level permits. The GLUT level rises with the frequency we consume glucose and not fructose. This is extremely important to know. This makes fructose a safe sugar.
This article is getting long so I will stop here, and about salt, we can discuss separately debunking the subtle but extremely important mistakes that prevent us to understand correctly what is happening in our body.
I hope that your understanding of our body and nutrition is improving. The truth will make it easy to pinpoint the dietary mistakes we commit daily.
Love and light to us all.
