What is the correct level of blood cholesterol?

Everyone who receives their information from medical literature is programmed to believe that there is a low density (LDL) bad cholesterol and a high density (HDL) good cholesterol and that the total blood cholesterol should be 180 mg/dl or less.

There are thousands of videos and articles circulating on the internet telling you this same information and the only difference between the allopathic “madsin” and the alternative one is the way they control cholesterol levels.

Since a great majority of people have cholesterol levels higher than 200 mg/dl doctors put them on statin drugs that interfere with cholesterol production.

Those of you who follow my work are well aware that there is no such thing as good or bad cholesterol.

There is cholesterol that is sent to cells as a building material, and there is cholesterol that cells are returning back to be dismantled. Basically, there is only one type of cholesterol whose purpose is to serve as cellular structure material or as a base of some hormones.

Cholesterol is produced in the liver and in the wall of the small intestines where fatty acids are absorbed from the food we ate.

The amount of cholesterol being produced depends on the cellular demand, not more, no less will be produced than what the demand is.

Whenever we mingle with cholesterol production, we are depriving our cells of cholesterol causing structural and hormonal problems.

The organs that have more cholesterol suffer the most and this means that the brain and the nervous system are the most affected.

This is the real cause of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s “diseases”.

No matter how many articles and videos I produce explaining how the body works and what we are being told about cholesterol is a lie and pure nonsense, still, many of my clients contact me after having their cholesterol checked with fear as the blood cholesterol is at 240 mg/dl range and their doctor is pressuring them into using statins.

Because of the saturation of false information, and the absence of truthful information, it is difficult to put trust on the contrary information no matter how much sense the opposing information makes.

This is why I was so happy when my friend Robert sent me a video of a Russian doctor explaining the truth behind cholesterol that I can share with those who read my posts and are still a bit uncertain about the validity of what is being mentioned here

I hope that this presentation is helping you to easier accept the truth and proceed calmly with the SHP.

 Our worst enemy is fear.

The medical “experts” use it to achieve our compliance.

Arm yourself with the truth and do not let doctors manipulate you.

Remember, the optimal cholesterol levels of your blood are those that you have.

They are optimally adjusted to your cellular needs.

Higher blood cholesterol levels indicate stronger cellular activity which does not necessarily indicates health.

240 mg/dl is the optimal level.

A higher level of blood cholesterol indicates that your cells are reinforcing their membranes or healing an injury, or you are in a state of extended stress.

In any case, the level of blood cholesterol is calibrated to the needs of your body for this building material so do not ever mingle with this calibration which was done by your genes based on the vibration/frequency.

Love and light to us all.
