Many people have a water retention problem, which in some cases seems unsolvable.

“Dragi Darko,
Diurezu sam napravila 2x s čajem i kavom.
For those of you who do not want to bother with translating the message from Croatian to English, my friend/client has healed her thyroid gland, and all of her tumors are gone, but no matter what she tries, she cannot get rid of the water retention that had occurred when her thyroid gland healed.
She is asking how to slow down the detox process to get rid of water retention.

As water retention is a common health issue, I have chosen to address it in this article using my client’s experience.
In the past, I have mentioned that the body can release toxins from its tissues and cells much faster than it can cleanse those toxins from the blood. When this happens, since blood toxins impede the flow of electricity, which in high toxicity could cause death, most toxins will be directed to the subcutaneous and connective tissues, where they will be trapped.
The body is programmed to keep the blood as clear as possible, so what cannot be rinsed out will be stored away from the blood. As we drink and absorb plasma, the clean plasma will reach all tissues through the lymphatic system. If the tissue is very toxic, the lymph will become toxic, and the body will not permit too much of this toxic lymph to enter the circulation. The lymphatic flow slows down, and the toxic plasma becomes retained in the tissue. The more plasma enters the tissue, he more of it will be retained and can cause accumulation of high proportions, making it debilitating.

The toxic lymph will be slowly seeping into the blood and will be cleansed out, but at the same time, more toxins may be released from cells, increasing the retention of fluid in places of the most toxicity.
The toxicity of the retained fluid is not very high, but because of the programs, our body is directed to retain this fluid as it is trying to keep the blood as clean as possible. The retained fluid poses no danger, but it causes swelling, bloating, and problems with movement, depending on where the retention is more pronounced.
Slowing down the hydration is not recommended because the blood will cleanse slower and although we may feel less bloated, our tissue becomes more toxic, and every increase in blood plasma will result in an elevated water retention.
We have to stimulate the body to release this toxic liquid into the blood so that it can be cleansed out. This can be achieved through a diuretic effect. We can considerably increase the amount of salt we drink. This will force the elimination of the surplus, and the body will be forced to release the toxic retained fluid into the blood to use it for the elimination of the surplus of minerals. This will make us very thirsty, and since minerals are not toxic, the surplus must be considerable for the body to release toxic lymph into the blood circulation. Consuming so much salt is uncomfortable, and people have a hard time dealing with it.
Another way is to consume something more toxic that will force the diuretic effect. This could be some plant like black tea, ginger, coffee…
One can consult a supplement pusher for a natural diuretic they have available.
When I was dealing with water retention recently (two years ago), I needed a stronger diuretic as my body was dealing with stronger toxins, and furosemide/Lasix did an excellent job. I had to use it only for two days. It had opened the valve, and my body did the rest.
It is important to continue hydrating with plasma during the use of diuretics because we help the rinsing/cleansing process by supplying clean plasma.
There is a place for medicinal remedies as long as they are being used correctly and for a short amount of time. One of the most beneficial is painkillers. My friend Dr. Pablo has an incredible success in healing necrotic tissue and cancer through a strategic implementation of local anesthetic, and many doctors noticed that even mild painkiller such as aspirin helps heal cancer.

As far as water retention goes, slowing down hydration is not recommended because it only increases the toxicity of the tissue and can result in constipation, which is the worst thing for the body.
Speeding up the heart rhythm will increase the lymphatic flow, and so will a lymphatic massage. They are both recommended when water retention occurs, and furosemide can be used as necessary.
Since water retention is often present in chronic health issues, I wrote several articles about it. Here is one of them
Love and light to us all.
