I need more glutathione, I feel low on energy

Many times, I have been asked to address glutathione’s importance in the body, and if supplementing glutathione would be advisable in the case of its deficiency.

I was ignoring to address this issue and trying to show how everything we are being told is wrong and even contrary to the truth, but the questions keep on coming, so here is my take on the glutathione issue.

Glutathione is a peptide. Peptides are simple proteins. Glutathione is synthesized from three amino acids: Cysteine, glutamate, and glycine. Every cell of our body can synthesize glutathione, but the glutathione general supply is manufactured in the liver. This means, cells will produce the glutathione they need daily, but if a sudden increased need for glutathione occurs, the liver will be the donor of it.

Glutathione contains sulfur, an “inorganic” element, so it is not referred to as a protein rather as a thiol. The sulfur has a strong affinity to react with oxygen, so we can find it in the body connected to oxygen and without oxygen. Because of its affinity to bond to oxygen, glutathione is considered a strong antioxidant. Those of you who follow my work know my opinion about the nonsensical soyence of oxidative stress.

A great hype has been created about the importance of glutathione as the strongest antioxidant, when in fact it serves both roles. It actually regulates the acidity of cells. By bonding to oxygen, it creates an acidic environment, and when releasing the oxygen, it alkalizes the cell. This is why it is found in GSH form or an oxidized GSSG form.

We are made to believe that the more GSSG form of glutathione we find, the worse oxidative stress we are dealing with, and to prove that this is so, symptoms are mentioned.

The symptoms of a strong oxidative stress or insufficiency of glutathione in GSH form are fatigue, problems sleeping, brain fog, bad mood, depression, anxiety…

I am not lazy. I am low on glutathione

What do we know that brings such symptoms? A toxic blood.

The most common pollutant comes from the wrong food, especially the vegetables. Isn’t it most likely that the problem is not a lack of glutathione, but rather the increased toxicity of the blood and the cells caused by the wrong diet?

Here is a revealing article about the best source of glutathione

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9542933/

The article reveals that the best source of glutathione is Lactobacillus fermentum ME-3. It is a fancy name for gut bacteria that are present in the gut of people who eat correctly. Actually, it is the same bacteria that are being promoted as the probiotic supplemented through yogurt, where natural yogurt is sold for more money, disguised as a probiotic containing lactobacillus, the good gut bacteria.

This is my source of good gut bacteria

We can skip all of this complex biochemistry gibberish by eating correctly. As I often say, you do not need to be a car mechanic to win car races. All you need to know is how to handle the car.

It is exactly the same when our robot/body is concerned. Unfortunately, we were given the driving permits to use our bodies with the wrong set of instructions, which is creating damage that the self-healing robot cannot tackle. There are so many different diets promoted by health professionals and none of them is correct. This is why my first book is named “The Owner’s Manual For The Human Body”. There, I explain that there is only one correct diet, and I explain how things work in an easily understandable way.

In addition to this book, I wrote a self-healing protocol (SHP) that makes it simple to follow the instructions. Taking care of our body/robot is way easier than taking care of a car because our body is a self-maintaining and self-repairing robot. All we have to do is give it the correct fuel and liquid.  Unfortunately, soyence was created to misguide us, and doctors are made into misinformation and poisoning 007 agents with a license to kill. Under their supervision, our bodies become overly toxic and dehydrated, which makes the recovery bring strong symptoms we have been told to refer to as diseases. Every time we take medication, being it’s pharmaceutical or “natural”, we are preventing the natural process of healing. We are stopping the healing process and forcing the body to accumulate more waste, which becomes toxic material that starts choking the body.

No weights necessary. To increase the load, we just eat a bit more

Everything is upside down. Instead of accepting the diagnosis of a disease, always refer to symptoms. When we are told that we have a glutathione deficiency based on our symptoms, we quickly realize that we have a toxic blood problem. The exact same thing is with thyroid symptoms. It is never the thyroid problem, it is always toxicity.

Yes, the level of GSSG will be high, or the level of thyroid hormone will be inadequate (higher or lower), but those are just symptoms of a toxic environment of a toxic blood. Cleanse the blood, and the level of GSSG or the level of thyroid hormones will readjust automatically. Supplementation is unnecessary and causes more harm than good.

It is like having an engine with a drive chain. When you make the chain overly tight, the friction and the load on the shaft increase unnecessarily. You can opt for using expensive lubricant to minimize the friction, and the drive train will work, but the excessive load on the axle will give the axle a shorter lifespan. The body functions the same way. You can keep on greasing it with all kinds of supplements, but unless the toxic load is taken care of, the lifespan will be shortened.

Love and light to us all
