As you can see, here is another study based on statistics and not on science. Unfortunately, we do not know what was the entire menu of the participants of the study. All we have been provided with is the information that one group had walnuts in their diet and the other did not. This could be deceiving and lead to a wrong conclusion because there could have been something in the diet of the control group that was problematic.

We know that the brain is made of cholesterol and to function properly, it has to be well-energized. For this reason, soyentists believe that glucose is absolutely necessary for a well-functioning brain because it provides the brain with explosive energy, but walnuts have a very small amount of it so where does the energy come from?

Walnut, the same as any other type of nut contains a lot of seed oil, unsaturated omega oil. Oil has a higher energetic value than glucose, but plant-based omega oils are prone to oxidation which makes them toxic. Saturated oil is a much better choice and this is why coconut oil is highly recommended as the brain food.

When we analyze the food we have to take into consideration its frequency, and plant-based frequency is never in alignment with an animal frequency so none of the two oils should be considered as a healthy brain food. This title is reserved for animal fat.

Of course, the truth is not allowed in our society that is based on lies so here we go and learn about a perfect, brain-healthy breakfast made of oats, walnuts, fruits, and berries. The picture does not show it but everyone knows that you eat this with milk but to make it extremely healthy, it has to be almond milk or coconut milk because everyone knows that real milk is “unhealthy”.

No wonder why are there are so many zombies around. Just look at what is happening around you. People are demanding justice and protesting against those who are exposing the fraud. Are their brains functioning? Of course not. How can they when they are following the recommendations of the soyentific world.

There are no different demands for the sources of energy. Every cell of our body has evolved from a stem cell. They all use the same energy source. This is why the body has a storage for this energy we call adipose tissue and the source of energy we are programmed to use is fat.
There is no different type of fat supplying the brain, different type of fat supplying the muscles, the kidneys, or the liver. It is one type of fat we refer to as a triglyceride. The best source of this fat is any animal, milk, and egg. There is no better source of energy the brain can use than animal fat as long as the body is correctly calibrated and has the correct gene expression.
Unfortunately, by eating incorrectly, we reprogram our body and shift the cellular energy production to glucose creating a glucoholic body.

In the glucoholic state, adjustments have to be made for the body’s survival and many parameters shift. The body stops producing GcMAF marker, starts manufacturing glycoside hydrolase/nagalase, the level of cholesterol has to readjust since cholesterol is used as a transporter for triglycerides, but as the brain is concerned, the number of active mitochondria drops considerably.
The more carbs we eat the less active mitochondria will cells contain.
Since the brain is a huge consumer of energy, the reduced number of mitochondria will have a strong impact on it and many issues result from this. The most obvious is bipolarity.

When we open our eyes we can clearly see how we are manipulated through the indoctrination process where we are schooled all the wrong things which are then repeated through the media and entertainment industries just to keep us locked into the misunderstanding and not paying attention to what we observe and experience.

As far as food goes, there is only one type of healthy source of energy and these are animal fats and proteins. Everything else is soyentific bull****.
