Extra Calcium May Reduce Colorectal Cancer Risk, NIH Study Finds

This article concludes that calcium supplementation contributes to positive changes in cancer patients. To come to this conclusion, as always, statistics play a major role.
“A new study of 471,000 adults shows benefit from both dietary and supplemental sources.”
Those people in the study were eating foods with the highest level of calcium in them. Although they talk about a mixed diet, the foods with the highest calcium content are dairy and fish. Some seeds also contain substantial levels of calcium but we cannot digest them and this means that most of the calcium will be unavailable, and since seeds contain the strongest phytotoxins, the intestinal cells will tighten reducing the cellular membrane opening. Since calcium is a large structure, it will have difficulty passing through and being absorbed.
Because of its size, calcium needs a transporter to take it through the cellular membrane. The transporter for calcium is vitaminD3. Since vitamin D3 is made of cholesterol, it is fat soluble and this is why calcium is easily absorbed when accompanied with animal fat, and cannot be absorbed when delivered by plants.

When legumes are mentioned as being reasonable carriers of calcium, we have to keep in mind that that they are also highly toxic, and do not contain vitamin D3. In this group goes also peanuts and peanut butter. In no way they are gut-healthy.
Another similarly toxic food is tofu, made of soya, and other soya products.
In no way and shape, they can contribute to a healthy gut.
Some calcium-rich “foods” are greens like broccoli. Where this is because the broccoli has seeds that are toxic and nondigestible unless cooked. This opens another can of worms called dietary starches that trigger genetic reprogramming.
This leaves u with only one healthy dietary source of calcium which is animal-based foods from milk and dairy, to eggs, fish, and meat. This food can be best digested when in raw form. It digests completely and this means that all of the calcium can be absorbed so not only that this type of food is the highest in calcium, but it also can be absorbed completely which is not the case with plant food where only a small amount of the existing calcium if any can be available for absorption.

Then there is the question if calcium can be absorbed at all once the intestines are exposed to toxic elements and lacking animal fats.
We know that our cells produce calcium utilizing potassium so there is no need for the calcium to be present in the food we eat. As newborn babies, the production of calcium is too slow so the mother’s milk provides the necessary calcium for rapidly forming bones. Early in our lives, we stop drinking milk because calcium supplementation is not necessary as the ossification of the bones has been completed and the growth of the bones will be sustained by the calcium the body produces.
It is to be expected that the people on an animal-rich diet who consume milk and dairy and eat fish and other types of meat will be healthier. This is not because they consume a lot of calcium, but because they eat the correct type of food.
Every individual I know with colon cancer ate plenty of vegetables, some were vegetarians, and one of them was strict vegan.

This article is a typical example of soyentific research. It is misleading people in the wrong direction. You see, it is the calcium that is good so you can be vegan and vegetarian as long as you eat plenty of calcium so reinforce it with supplements…this is typical soyentific narration. Eat the wrong diet and supplement it with what it is missing. Unfortunately, too many things are missing and the supplementation never works correctly.
Like all final studies pushed through the soyentific circles, this is a misleading study created to misinform us and direct us the wrong way. Look over here and do not pay attention over there. We will tell you how to interpret this “study”.
Medical books are loaded with such nonsense and scientific articles are keeping the experts in check reminding them to stay tuned with their soyentific crappy indoctrinated knowledge.
