The evil of constipation

Whenever we listen to the experts in the soyence of health and nutrition we hear how important vegetables are because they provide the necessary fiber and minerals that control the consistency of the stool.

Soyentifically, constipation is a condition in which a person has uncomfortable or infrequent bowel movements. Generally, a person is considered to be constipated when bowel movements result in the passage of small amounts of hard, dry stool, usually fewer than three times a week. However, normal stool elimination may consist of having a bowel movement daily or three times a day, or three times a week; depending on the person.

About 4 million people in the United States have frequent constipation, so one would think that doctors know what causes constipation, how to” cure” it, and how to prevent it from developing.

Let’s see what our medical soyentists know about it.

Our friends at Mayo Clinic say, “A lack of dietary fiber, fluids and exercise can cause constipation. But other medical conditions or certain medicines may be the cause.”

The experts at Johns Hopkins medical center say, “When the colon’s muscle contractions are slow or sluggish, the stool moves through the colon too slowly, resulting in too much water being absorbed. Some of the most common causes of constipation include the following: medications, lack of exercise, not enough fiber in diet, ignoring the urge to defecate, changes in eating habits, not enough liquids…

The medical gurus are telling us that Long-term constipation, also called chronic constipation, may require treating another disease or condition that can cause or worsen constipation. They are again blaming one symptom as the cause of another symptom which is nonsense.

So, what are they telling us to do to prevent or resolve this uncomfortable, painful, and bad for health issue?

Specific treatment for constipation will be determined by your doctor based on: your age and overall health, the extent of the condition, and the recommended modification of diet.

The recommended diet consists of a diet with 20 to 35 grams of fiber daily which helps in the formation of soft, bulky stool. In contrast, adding foods such as beans, whole grains, bran cereals, fresh fruits, and vegetables helps add fiber to the diet. Limiting foods such as ice cream, cheeses, meats, and processed foods, which contain little or no fiber can also be helpful.

The experts recommend biofeedback. Biofeedback is the technique of gaining greater awareness of many physiological functions of one’s own body by using electronic or other instruments, and with a goal of being able to manipulate the body’s systems at will.

Basically, they want to monitor you, insert cameras into your ass and stomach, and pretend to be resolving the situation while damaging your body and emptying your bank account with no other result than more poisoning and toxic medication being implemented.

I can continue with demonstrating more of the idiocrasy coming out from the mouth of indoctrinated experts on the soyence of madsin, but let’s just simplify this topic by bringing some light of truth to this subject. We will demystify it using some simple science.

If a sluggish colon had anything to do with constipation then everyone who had only one stool a day would be constipated because the excrement was in the colon for a prolonged period of time. So, this theory is garbage.

The only reason for hard stool and constipation is an insufficient level of blood plasma in the body.

This situation can be easily resolved either through hydration, or by restricting the colon’s absorption of water.

The hydration we can resolve by providing an adequate level of electroconductive water/plasma (water with sea salt or diluted seawater).

The colon’s absorption can be restricted by poisoning it with toxins which we do when we consume plants. Phyto toxins will cause cells of the colon to cringe and reduce the openings in their membranes limiting its water absorption. More water remains in the colon keeping the excrement soft. Many coffee drinkers cannot evacuate unless they have their morning coffee. Coffee’s toxicity stops absorption. This is why coffee enemas are so effective in cleansing the colon. No water is absorbed so it all remains in the intestine and flushes it.

Plant fiber has absolutely nothing to do with keeping the stool soft other than providing a bulk of unnecessary garbage that has to be removed, so if the water is absorbed, it actually contributes to constipation.

Especially toxic are the legumes. Because of the high toxicity, very little water is absorbed, leaving the stool pasty, but those toxins the cells want to eliminate, wash off, which causes inflammation, swelling, and bloating of the colon.

Since we have been duped by the soyence to eat “healthy” vegetables, we are constantly preventing hydration and unaware of it since the stool remains kind of tolerably soft and allows defecation.

We do not pay attention to the stool as long as it comes out no matter how hard it is. We start to pay attention to it only when we become constipated.

Since cells of our intestines are in a toxic environment daily (when we are on a vegetable diet), and their water/plasma absorption is low, their cells dehydrate in time as they become more toxic and inflammatory processes start occurring which soyence labels as diseases like enteritis, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, leaky gut syndrome…

When we become constipated while on a vegetable diet, this is a sign that we simply do not consume enough liquids as doctors call it, and yes, in this case, they are correct. Any type of liquid can soften the stool when the colon is inflamed, but some drinks like those containing alcohol and caffeine, will further dehydrate us and cause more constipation.

When the colon is not poisoned, it will absorb way faster, so the body will start hydrating and raise the blood plasma levels if minerals are available. The colon will soak up every drop of water which makes the stool hard and compact causing constipation.

As soon as the colon is not inflamed, the body will try to replenish the missing plasma by absorbing water and if not enough minerals are provided, the correct electroconductivity cannot be established and the body will eliminate water through the blood-cleansing organs (kidneys, mucus tissue, the skin).

This means that when we drink distilled water, we will not hydrate adequately, and most of the water will be expelled, possibly making the stool a bit softer although most of the clean water will be eliminated through kidneys through urine. The mucus tissue will eliminate only a toxic plasma and this will not be happening in this case.

The trouble is that by hydrating we increase the blood plasma levels and our tissue starts to release stored toxins polluting the blood. Polluted blood will require more plasma for cleansing so more thirst occurs and people think that salt is making them thirsty and causes increased blood pressure, and water retention and destroys their kidneys of which, none of it is true.

It is all about toxicity. Our bodies are programmed robots and react to their environments as programmed. This is why by drinking plasma, we trigger the body into a cleansing mode and symptoms of toxic blood and its detox occur. Those symptoms we have been told to call the flu.

All these “dangerous cases of flu such as the swine flu, avian, flu, monkey flu, COVID…are simple reactions of our bodies to toxicity that has triggered their cleansing process.

If you have noticed, they always occur in the fall and spring. Why?

A sudden shift in the environment occurs during the seasonal changes which triggers the body into a cleansing mode, and the more toxic the body is, the stronger symptoms will the flu demonstrate. This is why the elderly have strong symptoms and often die from the flu. Their bodies are more toxic and a sudden release of strong toxins will choke the body.

I wanted to write an article about constipation and diarrhea and why, when we are in the cleansing mode, we will have one or the other but not “normal” pasty stool.

Unfortunately, the article would be too long so I split it in two, and in the following article, I will explain diarrhea and connect those two to the SHP.

Love and light to us all
