Nordic/dark days depression

Almost everyone feels tired and sleepy when the day is grey, dark, and rainy.

We blame it on the low barometric pressure, or on a day of the week like Monday, for example, and as the Winter starts in the Northern hemisphere, days become short and cold, and the excitement of being alive turns into a daily drag for many people.

In the past, this was not presenting any problem. People found joy in winter activities like skiing, skating, and snow games. People were happier and have been interacting way more than they do today.

There are multiple reasons why have the mood of people changed. We are in the final battle against evil and evil operates through fear. We are being bombarded with fear from every corner of our lives.

Fear of disease, fear of losing the job, fear of high costs, fear of shortages…

Most people are doing jobs they hate to do and since the days are short, no time is left for them to recuperate by spending some time doing what they actually like to do.

The resonance is changing triggering detox and adjustments which draw our energy making things worse, but another very important thing is influencing us to feel down.

In Scandinavian countries, the amount of depressed people, and committed suicides has drastically increased, and this problem gradually started in the 70s.

This is when the diet started to shift from the usual fish and meat-oriented diet to the vegetarian diet.

Now, this may sound bizarre. What has diet to do with depression?

A lot, and I will explain it in this article.

When we reprogram our cells to work on glucose, we take the body out of ketosis. Insulin becomes injected into the blood multiple times a day, and our cells, especially those that have higher needs for energy, like the brain cells, are most of the time becoming underpowered.

An underpowered brain makes us less responsive, tired, and sleepy. And if it is required to continue working, the brain has to dip into the glycogen reserve. It has to release the stress hormones to do so which puts us in the defensive mode. We become irritable and aggressive.

This is the same process that happens in bipolarity, we just ignore see it in this way.

When we feel tired and cranky, we tend to reach for “comfort food”.

Of course, the brain needs fuel and since we have reprogrammed it to run on glucose and we do not have glucose reserves except glycogen, this is what happens, we have to take a sugar/glucose snack to feel better, to become energized.

Glucoholics have no idea how it feels to be correctly energized. They do not know how light the body becomes and how bright their thoughts become when the body is running correctly.

Every medical standard is based on the glucoholic body which means that the sick state is accepted as the normal state our bodies should be in.

No wonder doctors are discouraging us from the ketogenic diet and even those that see some good in it, warn us not to be in that state for too long.

As far as the North goes, the Sun becomes much less available in the Winter, and when we do not consume animal fat (which is loaded with vitamins E, D3, A, and K), we become vitamin D3 deficient, but we also become deficient in the other vitamins.

We are being told to supplement them. Why, when they should be present in our daily diet?

Correcting our diet is the most important thing that will positively impact every aspect of our lives.

Every beginning is hard, but if you resist the temptations and persist, the rewards will be immense.

It helps to be positive during the process which is difficult to do under the circumstances. This is why I recommend you focus on doing what excites you the most. This will keep your mind occupied. You will have no time to think about fear, and your attitude will change.

Learn to be in charge of your body and do not be a slave to its temptations.

This requires power. Are you powerful, or are you kneeling down every time a piece of bread, pasta, potato, or cake is in reach of your hand?

The correct food liberates you. No multiple meals a day are necessary. As your cells go into ketosis, cellular energy is constantly present. No mood swings, no hypoglycemia, and no lightheadedness occur. You become stable and content.

The attitude changes and you become kinder and more giving.

If you have no clue how to achieve this, simply follow the SHP.

Love and light to us all
