Richard, the same as all the other chronic health problems,the MTHFR gene mutation is caused by the environment, As the mutation appears, so it can disappear by the influence of the environment.
A behaviour of a gene is nothing more that change of its frequency. Nothing is fixed permanently. Everything is held in its position by the MAGRAV field. Chris, apple cider vinegar is what I use. It is the best vinegar to be used on salads.
Sometimes I make a lemonade with it. Instead of sugar I add extra sea salt. Try it.

Richard, distilled water is ok to drink but you have to add sea salt to it so that it is converted into a plasma and structure it with your thoughts.
