CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS

You can see me repeating over and over again “stay away from dietary carbohydrates, in particular, the one for which we are repeatedly told that it is healthy and that is the glucose.”

This is confusing to many people and especially the vegans and the vegetarians since they believe that the vegetables are the healthiest food for us humans to eat.

Because of the concern to the sugar issue, fructose got the bad wrap and many people are asking me to explain why do I say that there is no problem with the fructose especially when the mainstream science is crucifying the fructose.

I had explained all of this in my books but many people who are heavily into the dietary research, think that they know it all and there is no more room for improvement.

In the meantime, I am still learning and discovering new things, and my discoveries are clashing with the truths we are forced to learn and believe in the school.

It is true that when the fructose finds itself in the blood, the only organ that can handle it in our body is our liver. The liver will transform the fructose into more suitable sugar but the capacity to do this is only about 20 grams of fructose in 24 hour period.

If more fructose had entered the blood than 20 grams, what liver cannot process properly, the liver will treat it like an alcohol and break it into a uric acid and fat, triglyceride.

Even by doing this, no harm was done since the uric acid can be eliminated and the fat can be used as a cellular energy so why the big fuss.

Well, the big fuss is created from not understanding that body can eliminate any amount of uric acid and not deposit is as a crystal if it has enough of water to do this cleanup job.

And if our genetic expression would be kept proper, our cells could use all of the fat to create the necessary energy for the cellular work.

If our genetic expression would be kept in place the way God created it to be, we could never absorb any disturbing amount of fructose no matter how much of fruits or honey we eat. The sugar absorption system would be low on GLUT and the sugar absorption would be limited.

So, what is it that changes the genetic expression and allows all of those undesirable changes to take place?

It is the one sugar we are told that is good for us and that is the dietary glucose.

I explain all of what is happening in the human and animal body if dietary glucose finds itself in the blood in my books and in many of my posts so type glucose in the search engine and read about it.

Since almost all people eat cooked and processed vegetables, they all have messed-up genetic expression and they absorb way to much sugar and this includes the fructose. So if you are one of those who eats like this, even the fruits are bad for your health.

People who follow the Self Healing Protocol and eat accordingly can eat as many fruits as they want and the fructose cannot harm them in any way.

I do not recommend that people eat too many fruits not because of the fructose but because of the absorbed herbicides and pesticides in them. They will be absorbed into your body and mostly they will be cleansed if you follow the protocol but why to eat something that is toxic and does not benefit you in any positive way?

The other frequently asked question is; ” Can I have meat for the breakfast, the lunch and, the dinner?”

Basically yes but there is a no attached to it.

Let me explain.

To run the digestion, our body needs a lot of energy.

If you have a breakfast, your digestion will be running. Just as it starts to slow down you eat the lunch and as the digestion starts to taper down again, you eat your dinner. This leaves your body working and wasting a lot of energy the whole day and the energy is wasted on digesting what your body did not need in the first place.

In nature, omnivores are opportunists. They do not eat frequently and often they are forced to skip a day or two as the food is not readily available.

When we eat correctly, we can easily prosper on one meal a day skipping occasionally a day altogether.

When our body runs correctly on fat, a small amount of fatty meat will take you a long way. When the cellular structure produces enough energy, there is no need for reminding the brain of food so we are not thinking about eating. Instead, we are concentrating on other things. We are being productive and not fat sloppy eating machines who are thinking about the next meal as we have just started devouring the present one.

This is very important to know during the healing process since the digestive activity will interfere and slow down the healing process by robbing it of energy it requires.

Some clients complain that they feel hungry, especially before going to bed.

The reason for this is predominantly their habit to snack on something frequently.

When we are eating carbohydrates, our genetic expression is changed and our cells adapt to this type of fuel. Since our body cannot store glucose and deliver it to the cells when asked, and their system can no longer produce a satisfactory amount of cellular energy from fat, we are stimulated to eat frequently, every 2-3 hours so that our cells can function somewhat properly.

This has created the habit of eating multiple times a day.

This frequent munching becomes a habit and works like a Swiss clock. The domestic dogs are a great example of this. They know exactly the hour they are being fed and they remind you if you had forgotten to be on time with their meal.

Do not confuse hunger with a habit.

To get rid of this habit, start skipping a meal a day and start eating at the different time of the day.

Little by little you will notice that your hunger is less frequent and skipping a meal or two is not a big deal. You will hardly notice it.

If you are on the carbohydrate run, this will be a big challenge and hypoglycemia will most likely force you to take a snack. This is a clear tell of the wrong eating habits. You will never experience the state of hypoglycemia if you eat the correct food. Basically, you will not experience many of the bad things if you are eating correctly my friends and those of you who have tried it, know exactly what I am talking about.

Since many people on the Self Healing Protocol want to know exactly the menu of the three daily meals, I have to disappoint them. There are no multiple meals desired in the healing process.

Eat correctly and as seldom as possible. Just monitor your weight and take the adequate amount of calories.

There is not set numeric caloric intake since, depending on the cellular activity, some people will need more calories and some less. Just monitor your weight and eat accordingly.

You can always count on me helping you along the way.

The more you cook your food, the worse it will be on your digestive system and more genetic offsettings it will make forcing your cellular changes. This goes for vegetables, fruits, and animal products no exceptions but the toxicity produced in this way will vary. I am still eating baked meat occasionally and I help to flush it out with some raw vegetables but I would never put another plate of rice, pasta, potatoes, legumes… in my body ever again my friends. The consequences of eating this kind of food are not worth eating it.

As far as the mastication goes, here we have been told lies as well. Do not masticate your animal products. Swallow them in chunks because the body can eliminate the waste easier this way.

How much should we masticate the vegetables? Who cares, they do not bring anything we need into our body so chew them for your pleasure the way you like.

Get your minerals from the sea salt, drink structured water and have your occasional meal of an animal product and you will be healthy and fit to go.

  1. As always; good advise Darko. I personally must admit that I can not follow your protocol 100% – but when I give people health tips; I always start with: drink plenty of water w added good sea salt all day! That ALONE makes up for a lot of other sins.
    It ensures that the body can detox – especially when combined with an occasional (once a wk or so) 24 hour water(+salt) fast.
    Postponing meals (occasional intermittent fasting) and using the banana+raw organic eggs shake is also part of the “ben-protocol” :o).
    I DO add an organic, raw green superfood powder and spirulina as I feel it benefits me, giving me micro nutrients that helps with detox and overall health, without adding too many sugars from cooked veggies.
    Living in a tropical environment I do enjoy many of the fruits here – but since I am already adjusted to fat burning I do not seem to have any issues with it – and the salt water+salt (and maybe my green superfood powders) assists in any detox needed there.
    As a, mostly, vegetarian, your protocol obviously adds some other problems. I have therefore also experimented with various veggie protein powders (som raw) but eggs and spirulina (and soft cheeses, some “rawish”) does cover the need mostly.
    I know you are not a fan of veggie/vegan diets, but what advise would you give the ones that still want to maintain that diet (maybe for environmental or animal ethics reasons – so not health specifically)? I tell them to drink the water+sea salt (structured) of course but it gets difficult the help, especially vegans, after that.

    1. Ben – you need to go back and re-read all of Darko’s postings. Then you need to read his book, again.
      You are actually poisoning yourself with your diet and powders!
      You are very very far from Darko’s advice, and do not understand any of the core Darko principals.
      The good news is – you can start over.
      Once you understand Darko’s core principals you will no longer have any questions. Really you are basically asking Darko to ok the poisoning you are doing to yourself ;__/(
      Just try a fresh start.
      (Darko can not answer your questions because they are the same ones the carb sugar alcohol caffeine eaters ask! Bud, you are still on square Zero.)

      1. Johnnie; thank you for the reply. I read it all – and agree I do not follow the protocol. Now if somebody want to be vegetarian or even vegan (for other reasons than health) – how close to the protocol can those people go? Any good tips? Obviously plenty of sea salted, structured water – but then what? It will never be the “perfect protocol” which even Darko admits to not follow fully (but some of his clients have/do, to recover from ill health). Cheers!

      2. Ben, if one wants to be vegetarian or vegan, he/she cannot be healthy and they cannot even think of getting close to the protocol. To follow the protocol being vegetarian is like wanting to be a sprinter while not having legs brother. It cannot be done. One can only cleanse their blood with the water and sea salt but the genetic glitches will remain and healing is impossibility. Love and light brother.

    thanks for your as ever interesting and illuminating article….i have trained my body onlt to eat TWICE a day = breakfast and dinner….as the saying goes: “LUNCH IS FOR WIMPS” hehehe….
    for breakfast i eat your own banana shake meal BUT it’s too much for my own enerhy needs all what you eat….i modify your shake like this:
    – TWO MEDIUM/LARGE ORGANIC BANANAS
    – TWO LARGE ORGANIC PASTURED EGGS
    – 25 grams of ORGANIC COCONUT OIL
    – 100 grams of ORGANIC UNFLAVOURED YOGURT
    this gives me plenty of energy to see me thru my day whether or not i go out walking OR stay at home during the day….
    at dinner i eat a small piece of very lightly cooked meat or a cheeseburger (NO bun!)…3 times a week,,the other evenings i eat a small piece of cheese or 80 grams of the same yogurt and some organic fruit….i am keeping nice and slim on that diet…however i never exoerience what i call a ‘flagging’ (= a sudden shortage of energy crisis where i feel exhausted and weak)….

      1. For eggs, I can’t get organic or pastured eggs near where I stay. So I get the regular eggs. Is this still okay to be eaten raw? I usually lightly steam the eggs (like soft boiled egg), is this okay?

      2. Jeri, try to eat the eggs raw like in the banana shake. Bless them before eating them and this will change the frequency with which they radiate. Once the egg protein changes its color and becomes white, it becomes very hard to digest and sits in the stomach like a bomb love.

  4. Is it okay to snack on nuts?
    Can all nuts be eaten raw?
    How long should I soak it beforehand? On the web various soaking time are mentioned for different nuts.
    Also is dates ok to eat?

    1. Nuts are not as healthy as vegetarians and vegans are portraying them to be. Since the vegetables are lacking fats, vegans and vegetarians feel a great re-leaf eating them but nuts have the wrong fats. They are mostly omega ( not saturated ) fats and not very healthy for us. Animal fats are way superior and healthier.
      Nuts are difficult to digest and sit heavy on the stomach so do not indulge in them.
      The soaking is done only for the purpose to remove the brown membrane which is toxic and inflames the intestines. As soon as the skin can be removed, the soaking is finished love.
      Dates are ok to eat if you eat no carbohydrate diet. The sugar absorption is low and all you get is loose stool from the excess of fructose in dates. Love and light

    I discovered a yummy chocolate flavored drink made from pea protein. It’s vegan, non-gmo, non-dairy. Loaded with vitamins. Would this be hatmful to my healthy diet to consume?

    1. Diana love, there is nothing healthy about the grains, peas. When they are raw, they cannot digest and this means that everything that is good remains trapped within the cells cellulose membrane. When cooked or processed, the dietary glucose is exposed and genetic poisoning of our cells occurs. Sorry to disappoint you love.

      1. you’re right …. and anyway my diet consists almost only of nuts and seeds; I feel good and the blood tests are perfect … LDL cholesterol 35mg/dl; despite all the its limits science is enough to give the answers that interest me … and for my profession as a cardiologist

      2. Mike i is not about the blood chemistry and the way you feel, it is about your cellular structure.
        From the toxins in plants your cells are not hydrating and detoxing.
        Because there is no cellular detox, you do not have the symptoms of the cellular detox which are the same symptoms one experiences when having a flu.
        I have more an more clients who were vegans and vegetarians for 20-30 years and all of the sudden, their eyesight goes bad, the memory fails, the joints start to be painful….
        Do not wait to get into this stage brother.

      3. walnuts are a wonderful food and protect from tumors, diabetes, dementia and atherosclerosis … quite the opposite of animal proteins … and anyway I’m not vegetarian and I always eat Greek yogurt, goat’s milk and often sardines

      1. Mike, the protein of plants has a different nucleic acid sequence and it requires the animal cells to do much more work to be able to utilize it. It is your prerogative to follow whatever science you like but do it through experimentation. Do not trust what you reed without actually trying it for yourself brother.
        Whatever science is pushed through the media is fake I can guarantee it.

  6. This is nice advice, not to chew too much of raw meat. Because i alaways spit out things from meat that i can not chew.
    So from now i will chew them and swallow.
