Whenever I am talking about the popular science that is related to the medical industry, I refer to it as manipulated, false science. There are many instances where this is obvious but nowadays the obvious is magnified into ridiculous and spread through the media for everyone to see.
The expected result is a total confusion of the public and health professionals alike that will ensure the business as usual.
For years we were told not to eat animal saturated fats as they are the cause of circulatory system and heart failure.
At the same time we were told to lay off of the meat because they acidify our blood, cause uric acid buildup and consequently arthritis, rheumatism and kidney stones.
Then we were told not to eat the refined sugar because it causes diabetes.
With this became obvious that the consumption of cooked and processed carbohydrates must be bad for our health as well since they are the source of sugars that our body receives when they are ingested.
As it became increasingly difficult to hide the real culprits to our health demise as one after the other those recommendations have been debunked a new wave of stupidity just hit the fan.
Those trustworthy scientists have just discovered that not only sugar influences diabetes, but animal based fat and meats will do the same.
Here you can read about it:

So I guess, the only healthy things left for us to eat safely is a paper with supplements spiced with the pharmaceutical medication for better digestion.
The logic implemented in describing the reason why are fats and red meats contributing to the manifestation of diabetes is on the level of third-grade science in the primary school of the public education.
Is it possible that the carbohydrate loaded diet can lower the human IQ that much?
I guess so, based on this article.
Whenever I talk about diabetes, I put the blame on the insulin so there is some truth in this article.
When we increase the sugar consumption we increase the insulin production. So far so good.
And now the infantile reasoning from the article – as we eat animal based fats, the fat gets stuck to the cellular wall and insulin cannot penetrate. This way the insulin is prevented from irritating the cells and cannot force them to absorb the sugar.
So the animal fat is now being blamed for the insulin resistance or diabetes 2 in the same infantile way as it was and in many cases, it still is blamed for the arterial obstruction and the heart attacks.
I am all for the simplicity but not a simple-mindedness.
Eating fat does not cause cholesterol obstruction same as eating sugar does not make us sweet.
The digestion brakes the food into micro nutrients, basically fatty acids, amino acids, and glucose. They are absorbed in this way and then our cells use those elements to create what they need.
So all the cholesterol in the blood is the result of our cellular activity and not the result of what we have eaten because if we did not eat any animal fat, our cells will use glucose and produce the necessary fat to produce the necessary cholesterol when needed.
In the fact, now we know that people who eat a lot of carbohydrates become fat and suffer from circulatory and heart problems.
Our scientists overlook the fact that our body is a sophisticated robot that is run by the innate intelligence that does not get compromised by our wrong diet. It is always looking for a solution to the toxic problems we expose it to and acts accordingly. Eventually, after a while, it will hit the wall as there is a limit of what it can take before it runs out of options and collapses.
The pathway to diabetes is simple:
The glucose absorbed into the blood from the intestines influence a spike in insulin production and its release into the blood.
Insulin aggravates the cells so that they accept the glucose.
The daily presence of glucose in the diet increases its absorption.
More glucose, more insulin.
Cells are trying to solve the insulin irritation by ordering more cholesterol to thicken their membranes. This raises cholesterol levels in the blood and increases the thickness of the cellular walls.
Thick cellular walls require more insulin to be able to stimulate cells for glucose absorption.
More insulin, higher the cholesterol count and thicker the cellular walls. Insulin resistance is created.
When the cellular walls are too thick, more insulin is needed than our body can produce, so we inject it. This is diabetes 1.
I describe this in detail in my book “The Owners Manual For The Human Body” and in some articles in this blog site.
I simply cannot believe that the intelligence of our health professionals is so compromised that they cannot use their brain for anything more than memorizing and repeating nonsensical thesis. I think that the money factor is involved and this makes it even more repugnant.
At this point, we have no other alternative than taking the care of our health by ourselves.
There is a confusion out there so listen to your guts when making any decision. Your innate will give you the correct advice. You will get the gut feeling of what to do just give it a try and if you are in doubt, you always have me to lean back on.
Love and light to us all.
pudding think about it humans need to have a balance diet and you are taking away a major food group pudding you are promoting malnutrition.
Hi,
Books advocating replacing sugars with fats, or even no food at all for a short period, show that the body thrives, it is not malnourished (you can read Ketogenic Diet by Bruce Fife and Complete Guide of Fasting from Jason Fung). Darko and its Self Healer Protocol is not the only diet telling it.
Also, as for the “major food group” as you call it, about sugar, there is no essential sugar, it just does not exist. There is essential amino acids (proteins) and essential fats that the body cannot do itself and requires an external input from food. No such things with sugars. By following Self Healer Protocol and decreasing dramatically sugars, i was able to have a triglyceride/HDL ratio, which is a major health marker for heart disease, under 1,50mmol/L. Far below the numbers from when i was eating a traditional diet.
I wish you all the best.
