“What you do not use you lose” is an old saying people used referring to seized automotive equipment after they have not been used for a long period. Cylinders would stick to pistons, things would rust, and wires would disintegrate, resulting in frozen engines.
Boaters are very familiar with those things because if they were using their boats occasionally, it took always several days just to get stuff going so that they could hit the open water with their boats.
This saying we can easily implement to the workings of the human body. How often did you hear the elderly saying “I am too old for this sh**.” This saying has basically the same message.
We often say that we cannot play because we are too old. In fact, the age has nothing to do with this. One can be young and behave like the elderly.
The other day I was trying to play with my cat and dog in the garden chasing them and I felt like an old man. I was huffing and puffing and stiff like a board.
This has surprised me because I do exercise and stretch but no longer have a kicking bag so I stopped jumping. I do hop and jog in place and feel good doing it. So, why the stiffness?
Old body?

I decided to do some high jumps and raise my knees as high as possible during the jump. I felt totally out of place. After three jumps I was totally exhausted. So, I started including high jumps in my warm-up protocol and a miracle happened. I started to move as if I was a young guy again. Chasing after my cat became effortless, bending down during the chase was easy and I felt like a child again.
This made me realize that everything we have been told about bouncing especially on trampolines is nonsense. Bouncing was a regular part of my warmup but brought me no real benefits. The lymphatic system will not flow because you are bouncing. You will speed the blood circulation a bit and that’s all. The real benefit comes from high jumps. Making 10 high jumps gives you more benefits than bouncing for an hour, the same as a few short sprints benefit you more than one hour of jogging.
By doing sprints and high jumps you flex more and force fast muscle contractions while at the same time you stay relaxed and fluent. This also requires a stronger concentration and presence so your mind is more involved during this type of workout.
While bouncing and jogging you can switch to an autopilot and think about whatever you want. Not so when sprinting or jumping high. You have to remain focused on what you are doing.
As we start restricting our movements, our bodies begin to seize. We do not notice this until we have to perform and then, we get surprised and our age becomes the excuse.

When I was 28 years of age, I had a bad motorcycle accident and was lying on my back for two months. Both legs were broken and not moving them, frozen my ankles. It took me several months of walking and exercising to fully unlock them.
One may feel lazy to exercise parts of the body they stopped using but do not blame your stiffness on your age.
My mother-in-law is a perfectly healthy 78-year-young woman but refuses to use her body. When she responds to your question, she does not turn her head toward you, as if she were talking to someone else. We have to ask her to look at us. When walking, she bends her knees as if invalid and unless we tell her to stay straight, she walks with bent knees like a woman with arthritic knees and she has no knee pain. When she lies in her bed she refuses to move her rams. She cries for help from others to adjust her arms, legs breasts… move her to the left or right while she is perfectly capable of doing this herself and is not in any pain.
Her situation is worse and worse the more we do for her the more she behaves like an invalid. She is freezing in place.
On the other hand, our dear friend from St. Martin a Caribbean Island is of a similar age and every year runs a local marathon. She is always busy, running around, and behaves as if she was a young girl.
Here we can see how the mind can influence our behavior. The mind can be easily manipulated and this is what the Cabal uses to enslave us. Just have a look at the behavior of young college students in the USA. Some are dumb as a bell but loud as long as they feel safe within a crowd. They are protesting for the sake of protest not understanding what they are actually protesting for.
Today’s young generation will glue their hands to the asphalt on the street and be surprised when the pain comes from being hit or pulled off the road.
Students are not encouraged to solve problems and reason. All they are trained to do is to memorize and obey and be part of a crowd repeating the same slogans.
When you do not exercise your brain, you become stupid. Your brain seizes to function as intended by the creator.
The elderly in retirement are often prone to Alzheimer’s disease. Without the responsibilities of their jobs, now they do nothing, and their brains start to freeze. It is noticed that the more the individual is engaged and forced to concentrate, the longer their mind remains sharp.
The elderly who speak more than one language are also less prone to dementia. They engage their brains more.
The elderly who play chess remain sharp in their thinking.
My father-in-law was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s when he was 65 years young. He went on SHP and remained physically active. Now he is 84 he plays every day checkers for one hour and his mind is still sharp. His brother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s 5 years later and is a long time gone. He did not want to follow the SHP. He went with the 007 agents. You touch medicine, you die by medicine.
Because of the wrong diet and wrong doctor instructions, we succumb to pain and aches and we slow down. We restrict our movements and start freezing in place. Our minds become foggy so we become lethargic and step by step more incapacitated. We lose interest and slowly turn into a vegetative state. The more help we receive the less we are willing to do for ourselves. Instead of focusing on life, we start waiting for death.
Unless we snap out of such a state, we are gone while still alive.
We have two choices, get busy living or get busy dying.
You decide where your focus lies.
Love and light to us all.
