The “miracle” of bee pollen

Recently I received an advertisement from Mike Adams about a new stock of bee pollen he has to sell claiming to be a supper nutrient that my body will benefit from.

The same as all supplement pushers, the strong antioxidative action of bee pollen was mentioned topped with the array of minerals, enzymes, and nutrients that will improve my health.

I am often asked about what I think about bee pollen in a term of health.

Well, bee pollen has medicinal properties so when we have symptoms of health problems, bee pollen can alleviate some of them. The question is, is pollen what they claim it to be, a supper nutrient that will improve our health if consumed on a regular basis?

Again, those of you familiar with my work realize immediately that when something exhibits healing properties, it is toxic so it should not be used on regular basis, and in no form or shape, it is a supper nutrient.

We can easily debunk this by utilizing Dr. Eric Berg’s video

If you have noticed, Rd. Berg mentions that pollen contains some friendly bacteria and friendly fungi, but then he states that pollen has antibacterial and antifungal properties.

This is like sitting in a dark room that is full of light. Does this make any sense to you?

Bee pollen contains carbohydrates, vitamins, amino acids, essential fats, minerals, trace minerals…

What do we know about those things?

Plant-based vitamins have a different composition from animal-based vitamins and often are toxic to us.

Plant-based proteins have different compositions of amino acids so they are a poor substitute for animal-based amino acids.

Plant-based fats are unsaturated omega oils that easily oxidize in warm environments of our bodies making them toxic, and not essential as claimed.

Minerals in pollen are only trace minerals. They are from the vicinity of the plant which nowadays is mineral depleted, almost non-existent.

So far, every claim being made in the video is flushed down the drain.

Among things not mentioned in the video are flavonoids and phenols in bee pollen which cause medicinal effects since they are toxic to human cells, causing allergies in poorly hydrated people.

When applied in a high concentration, they provoke a fight-and-flight response in the body that causes the closure of cells and will result in reduced or blocked inflammation/forced hydration.

This is a similar principle of saturating the blood with high doses of vitamin C to achieve “healing”. This just closes the system preventing further release of cellular toxins and the symptoms calm down.

We are talking about a symptomatic approach to alleviating problems which will return as soon as the next opportunity the body has to detoxify itself. It is a patching job, nothing else.

Ingesting pollen on a daily basis to “keep the body healthy” will result in cellular dehydration and the occurrence of chronic health problems in the future.

Here is another example of how the alternative madsin goes hand in hand with the mainstream madsin while claiming to be a different and healthier alternative.

It is all just smoke and mirrors, and the truth is nowhere to be found.

Bee pollen can be used as a medicinal remedy as long as you are aware that you are only suppressing the symptom and not healing your body.

Once the symptom is gone, start hydrating and healing yourself otherwise the symptoms will return always with a stronger effect.

This is why suppressing symptoms is never a good idea. It is better to support the body in the elimination of toxins allowing it to heal naturally.

Love and light to us all
