
Are people with a certain blood type more prone to suffer from certain health issues?
This is a crazy question, but is it?
Many “expert” dieticians claim that when people eat food according to their blood typing, they eat healthy and do not have health issues.
For example, people with type O blood, known as Hunters, are recommended to eat a high-protein diet that includes lean meat, poultry, fish, fruits, and vegetables, and is light on grains, beans, and dairy.
Type A, known as Agriculturists, are advised to follow a mostly vegetarian diet with more vegetables and less animal protein.
Type B, known as Nomads, are believed to thrive on a balanced diet that includes meat, dairy, and grains.
Type AB, considered Nomadic Herders, are advised to eat a combination of diets for types A and B, but with limited meat.

Many people follow this nonsensical classification, but the soyence came out claiming that people who have blood type A are 16% at higher risk than other blood groups getting a stroke before the age of 60.

Of course, the same as any other soyentific article, this soyence is based on statistics as a scientific tool. I guess, people with a blood group A are screwed.
Of course they are, and so are people of all blood groups who pay attention to soyentific articles and studies and follow the teachings of madsin.
If you have a blood group A and follow a healthy diet recommended to you by certified nutritionist you will consume mostly, and often exclusively, vegetables. Since licensed experts have no clue about anything truthful, they do not even differentiate cooked from raw foods and suggest eating as little meat as possible, actually, they promote vegetarianism and veganism so what do you expect will happen with the health?

Whoever is guided by a licensed nutritionist will be directed to eat incorrectly, and if your blood group is A, you will be guided to eat predominantly vegetables. Since our bodies are not programmed for such a diet, people on a vegetable diet and low salt will experience health issues. There will be insufficiency of minerals, vitamins, and proteins. The calories will switch from animal fats to glucose, and since the human body (as a matter of fact all animal bodies) need fat, toxic seed oils will be recommended.
By eating such a diet, in order not to collapse, the body will have to adapt and its genome will shift from a ketogenic to a glucoholic state. It is like deciding that your car with a gasoline engine is a hybrid because you have discovered that if you keep the starter running and have it in gear, the starter will become the electromotor moving your car. Because the battery of the car that runs the starter has a small capacity, you will move for a short distance because the battery will run out of charge. Now you have to run your gasoline engine to recharge the battery so that you can make another short run using your starter.
The guy at the gas station recommends you add a stronger battery with more storage capacity and now you can make a longer trip, but your starter heats up so you have to use a stronger starter. To resolve the overheating problem you add a fan, and place the starter switch to your gas paddle, and no matter how many improvements you make, your car will never perform close to the performance it had when it was fueled correctly and was using gasoline to run your engine.
Fortunately, we have thousands of mechanics called genes that adjust our bodies to whatever junk we decide to give it as fuel, and our bodies will perform decently but never as well as if the correct fuel is given.

Is it then surprising that people who follow the soyentifically recommended diet for people with blood type A live shorter and sicklier lives than the people of other blood groups?
As always, our health experts are barking at the wrong tree. It is not that the bodies of people with blood type A are of worse quality, or the blood type A is inadequate and causes short lives. It is the junk those people are eating. No matter the blood group, and no matter the activity, there is only one correct diet for the human body and this is a raw carnivore diet.
Problems show up when people switch to such a diet after being poisoned and readjusted to eat junk for a while. Their bodies are full of toxic material, low on minerals and water, and damaged. With the correct fuel, their bodies spring up and this is when such people notice damages and garbage deposits accumulated during their toxic run. Not realizing the true cause, they blame it on a faulty body, and their vehicle never correctly operates because the fuel has not been corrected.

This is when the SHP makes the difference and helps the damaged human body correct itself, retune itself and finally performs the way it was intended to.
Please, stop following the soyence of madsin, switch the fuel, and never look back. Your body will love you for it.
