My friend Michal sent me this article from Joachim Bartoll while sharing his brief experience.
Michal is on SHP detoxifying, and after reading Bartoll’s article, decided to try and see what would happen if he stopped drinking plasma.
Michal writes, ”For me, it was enough not to drink salted water for one day, and I had pain in my hand tendons at work for half a day, and today I’ve had a sharp stabbing pain in my groin all day, making it difficult to move.”
Joachim Bartoll uses information from Aajonus, which is that the body produces water by digesting fat, stating,
” At its core, hydration isn’t about guzzling H2O or inorganic electrolytes; it’s osmotic balance — keeping cells plump, nerves firing, and kidneys efficient. Enter metabolic water: The crystal-clear byproduct of energy production, formed when hydrogen from fats (or proteins) bonds with oxygen during oxidation. This can be from either using fatty acids from animal-based foods as energy, using body fat as energy, or breaking down malfunctioning cells (autophagy). And this metabolic water is many times more efficient at hydrating and maintaining cell structures and efficiency than any water you drink, as it’s instantly available and totally pure.”
If this statement were true, then people with glucoholic diet would be dead; instead, they become fat.
Such water, so-called metabolic water, would be pure with no minerals/salt. As such, it would act as an electrical isolator, causing the cell’s death.
Referring to salts as inorganic minerals is silly, since there are no organic minerals or, in fact, organic anything. Water is inorganic, and we are 80% water. The entire reality is based on electromagnetic pulsation.
Aajonus used a Camel as an example, claiming that a camel can go without water for a long time because the fat from its hump provides it with water. He obviously did not know that camels drink in excess of 40 liters of water and eat salt, or drink seawater, before the long walk through the desert. Camel also has naturally dry and hard excrement, saving water and urinating rarely, preserving the precious blood plasma.
Bartoll mentions that wolves drink only after a hunt to replenish lost liquid.
Untrue. Wolves do not sweat; they do not lose much plasma when running, but they eat after the hunt, and every carnivore drinks after they eat to bring minerals and water together and create blood plasma. Something Aajonus warns us not to do because our digestion will not work well. Did anyone question this and try to drink water during or immediately after consuming meat? I did. And saw no problem whatsoever.
Every native hunter is cautious when they spot fresh predator’s tracks near water because the kill may be near, and this means the predator may be nearby.
Try eating fat and do not drink. Let’s see how long you will last.
On the other hand, as long as you drink water and consume salt, you can live until your body uses all of your fat for energy, and then does the same with your muscles. You turn into a living skeleton, but you live. This is why prisoners were always given salt. A bread, salt, and water.
Bartoll writes,
“Carb junkies? Their physiology rebels. High-glycemic loads spike blood sugar, triggering osmotic diuresis — kidneys dump water to dilute the toxic excess glucose, flushing electrolytes like sodium and potassium. Common sense: Ever notice how a post-pasta bloat leaves you parched hours later? That’s glycogenesis hoarding water, then crashing it — a metabolic mirage our short, acidic guts (optimized for meat) never signed up for.”
I know many skinny vegans who consume starches and have no bloating issues, whose blood sugar levels are normal, and they show good stamina. Our gut is not that short and can host a large microbiome that assists with digestion, but not efficiently enough; however, what Bartoll says is incorrect. The body will ask for more plasma because there is much more to eliminate when we eat something we cannot digest, and plasma is used for blood cleansing purposes as a urine and stool softener. Toxic people on a carnivore diet often suffer from constipation because, unless their blood is well hydrated, their stool will be dry and compact, which causes constipation. They do not eat toxic plants, so their intestinal absorption is good, and all of the water becomes easily absorbed, leaving the intestinal content dry.
Bartoll states that “an abrupt stop in consuming carbs causes keto flu. “ This “keto flu” analog, when abruptly removing carbs, is simply dehydration from the inside out, masked by over-drinking that worsens mineral loss.”
That is another nonsense. Flu is a symptom of toxic blood during the detox process. When we stop poisoning ourselves with vegetables, the gut’s absorption improves, and if the body is toxic or dehydrated, the increased absorption will suck all water from the intestines, leaving their content dry. You can eat starches such as bread, rice, and potatoes, and experience hard stool because they are not toxic, to prevent intestinal absorption, and if the body is dehydrated or toxic, water will be sucked out from the intestines and cause hard stool. The fiber has nothing to do with softening the stool, and neither does some imaginary metabolic process Bartoll mentions.
“The anthropological Eye Opener”, as he said, is another nonsense. I wrote about the Hunza people, whom many use as an example. It is false information parroted in a wont to be important circles of misled people.
I am not trying to be rude to Joachim Bartoll, I am exposing misconceptions, not lies. He is just repeating incorrect information and misleading his followers without realizing it. He creates more harm than good, and people should be aware of this.
Love and light to us all.
