Is egg white toxic as some experts claim?

Well hydrated protein

Whenever you listen to vegetarian or vegan health-oriented speech, almost every plant is being promoted as a superfood. At the top of the list are dark leafy greens, berries, legumes, mushrooms, and seaweed. None of them provide any energy when eaten raw, and only legumes provide carbohydrate/sugar energy when cooked. All of them contain toxic elements when eaten raw.
They also have recommendations for plants with special healing/medicinal effects they also call superfoods like garlic, ginger, turmeric, moringa, onion, green tea…
All those are very toxic plants, but they are recommended by doctors and nutritionists to be eaten daily. To convince us to keep poisoning ourselves with vegetable diet, we hear about its benefits through movies, advertisements, and educational material in schools.

We are warned of the bad effects the animal diet brings. The meat will acidify our bodies and cause cancer, dairy will cause excessive mucus, fats will raise cholesterol and cause plaque buildup, and lately, the egg whites will interfere with your muscle development and cause pure protein absorption and bloating unless you eat them coagulated/cooked.

In the video, Dr. Ken Berry reaches for biochemistry to explain how the Avidin in the egg white blocks Vitamin B7 making the nails brittle and causing dry skin and fatigue.
Ovomucoid in egg whites inhibits trypsin which causes poor protein absorption, bloating, and “possible” muscle loss, and
Ovostatin also causes the breakup of proteins and makes our digestion sluggish, less efficient, and uncomfortable.

Now Dr.Berry tells us not to worry. By heating the egg whites, those proteins break down and you have nothing to worry about.

There is one little, minuscule problem with his recommendation and that is that when we eat cooked eggs, we can experience bloating and heaviness of digestion because coagulated protein cannot be properly digested. On the other hand, when we eat egg white raw, we experience no problems at all and actually feel more energized.
How is this possible when all of those terrible toxic things are in egg white?

Dr. Berry has forgotten that the stomach hydrochloric acid breaks down proteins into amino acids which breaks their structure and makes them easily absorbed into the body. No ill effect is caused by those “toxic” compounds because they are made of proteins that have been decomposed by stomach acid.

The cooking process does not break up proteins it just unravels them, they lose water/plasma and become compact and hard to digest, even the stomach acid has a hard time penetrating them.

This is just another example of how soyence misinterprets what is going on and the real superfood, an egg, is rendered toxic unless destroyed by cooking.

A true superfoods for humans are eggs and milk. They have everything necessary for the complete growth of a being, be it an animal or human. Eating those superfoods raw provides the body with everything the body needs, not even water needs to be supplied if the body is clean of toxins. Unfortunately, we are guided to poison ourselves with plants. Our bodies become dehydrated and toxic so when we finally realize the truth and switch to a raw carnivore diet, our bodies start releasing those accumulated toxins. When this happens, the blood becomes polluted and in need of cleansing requiring a lot of plasma. The plasma is used to hydrate and to cleanse.
The cleansing process eliminates plasma through urination, diarrhea, and sweating. The body cleanses only when it can afford to lose plasma from the blood and this is the reason why it is necessary to drink a minimum of 3-4 liters of plasma a day during the hydration and cleansing process.

Eat raw, be healthy

People who experience skin breakouts and mucous buildup when drinking milk have a strong toxic buildup in the tissues which the plasma is pushing out through the skin.
People who experience egg allergy are dehydrated and toxic on the cellular level and inflammation occurs as the body’s solution to hydrate while the blood is toxic by increasing the pressure of the extracellular plasma.
