Frequent urination during the night

One of the frequently asked questions is “Why do I have to urinate so many times during the night? This breaks my sleep and interferes with the circadian rhythm, and this is not healthy. This is the reason why I feel so tired all the time. Is there a way to avoid this while following SHP?”
There is not a simple way to answer this question, and some soyence has to be demolished because it keeps people in fear. The soyence I am referring to is the soyence of the circadian rhythm.

It is not that those cycles do not exist, but they are not dependent on the time of the day but rather on the body’s environment. We can go to bed early, sleep the entire night, and wake up tired and remain tired the rest of the day.
Sometimes, we can take a 10-minute nap, fall into a deep sleep, and wake up refreshed as if we had a full night of sleep.
Then again, we can take one one-hour nap, wake up tired, and remain sleepy the rest of the day.
What is happening with the circadian rhythm there, and what about those who have to work at night or live in areas without night for several months?
What about the animals that hunt during the night and sleep during the day? What about their circadian rhythm?

Circadian rhythm is not related to the time of the day. Rather, it is a combination of events that occur in the body that depends on our activity and the internal environment more than the external one. The more appropriate name for it would be the phases of the body during the active and resting periods.

Now, as we have demolished the soyentific circadian rhythm, we can ease our minds and focus on the issue of urination during the sleeping period, no matter the time of the day but related to the period of rest.

When we decide to rest, we usually lie down and relax. We relax our bodies and our minds. We stop thinking. If we do not stop thinking, we cannot fall asleep especially if fear is in question (bad thoughts).
As we stop creating/transmitting thoughts, a lot of energy becomes available in the body which our cells will use to hydrate, cleanse, rebuild, and reinforce themselves.
When we eat incorrectly, we poison our bodies. Toxins appear in the blood forcing cells to tighten up their membranes not to absorb this garbage. This reduces the flow of plasma into the cells, but it also prevents cells from releasing their toxins into the blood. This means that even the passive hydration is inadequate and the cells slowly become more and more toxic.
Since cellular garbage is not entering the blood, the blood toxicity remains the same and the production of urine/blood cleansing is slow. There is no need to urinate during the night because the bladder has the capacity to hold the urine until the morning.

If the blood is clean, the cellular membranes are relaxed, they are larger, and more plasma enters passively into those cells. At the same time, the cellular garbage is slowly flushed out into the blood making the blood more polluted. This triggers blood cleansing and more urine is produced. The bladder capacity is not large enough to contain this urine until the morning and we wake up to urinate. The more polluted the blood is, the more urine will be created and more often we will have to urinate during the night assuming that the blood has enough plasma to spare.
Sometimes the blood plasma levels drop and when we go to urinate, we feel a thick saliva/mucus in the mouth and thirst. Often, people do not want to drink plasma during the night so that they do not create more urine and can sleep without interruption. This is not a good thing because their blood is toxic and the longer those toxins remain in the blood the stronger symptoms of toxic blood they will experience and one of them is the inability to fall asleep.
When a stronger cellular release is experienced, the toxic level of the blood increases a lot causing symptoms of septicemia/blood poisoning. The heart accelerates to provide more energy and speeds up blood circulation, body temperature rises, BP goes up, sweating occurs…toxic mucus accumulates in the stomach and intestines producing nausea and diarrhea. People think that they will die so fear sets in.

Of course, the first thought is “Salt is killing me”, while salt has nothing to do with those symptoms. When people become less fearful of salt and symptoms of toxic blood occur than lead, or lack of iodine, or too much cholesterol…or any other thing will be blamed depending on what we hear in the News or from some Youtuber as another fake study is hitting the airwaves.
There was an article posted recently about one woman dying from lead poisoning after drinking some seawater. Lies like this are promoted to form people’s opinions/knowledge shaping their misunderstanding and creating a state of fear towards something extremely healthy and necessary for sustaining life.
Here is my video on this topic

SHP is a guide to hydration, cleansing, and healing. Our bodies are programmed to cleanse and repair themselves all the time. The reason we become sick are doctors because they call symptoms of cleansing and hydration a disease and they are trained in how to prevent the body from healing itself. Every medication is toxic.
Once we stop poisoning ourselves by eating the recommended junk we call food, the body starts to absorb better and because we are toxic, there is a strong need for plasma. Since we do not drink enough water and eat food with low mineral content, we become constipated. Low plasma levels prevent cleansing and we start having symptoms of toxic blood/disease.
When we increase the amount of plasma by drinking it, the body immediately goes into a blood-cleansing mode and we urinate, defecate, and sweat. Since cellular hydration occurs during the time we sleep, we create more urine and we have to get up and urinate two, three, or more times during sleep. This does not create any problem because we fall asleep as soon as we lay down and as I have explained, 10 minutes of a deep sleep is more refreshing than the entire night of a superficial sleep.

The more we urinate, the more we cleanse the blood, and the better we feel in the morning.
If we feel tired, it is not because we have interrupted the circadian rhythm, but because the blood is still toxic since toxins are being released from the tissue and cells. This means, we have to continue hydrating and cleansing and as the toxic load diminishes, we will become energized and feel good.

I hope that this article helps you understand your body better.

Love and light to us all
