Ear aches

Recently, I received requests to write about earaches and how to prevent them.

An ear is a complex organ that converts vibration into a sound. It consists of the inner and the outer ear. The inner ear is separated from the outer ear by an eardrum, a flexible, plasma-filled bag. The eardrum vibrates under the influence of frequencies and the vibration is transferred by small bones to the inner ear where the sound is formed.

Since the inner ear is a labyrinth of hollow bones, the slightest difference in pressure may impede sound processing. Since the air pressure changes with weather and altitude, the inner ear has to have a means to regulate the pressure of the inner ear. This is done through a small channel connecting the inner ear with the back of the throat called the Eustachian tube.

If the pressure changes drastically and the eustachian tube is clogged, we will experience earache. Divers must regulate the inner ear pressure to avoid pain by increasing the air pressure in their throats to force air into the inner ear. A similar thing happens in the airplane. This is why some people chew gum to open the air passage.

When the blood is toxic, the mucous tissue of the inner ear may become dehydrated and prone to forced hydration/inflammation. This will increase the pressure on the sensory nerve and cause pain. Often a toxic liquid is accumulated in the inner ear and may be eliminated through the eustachian tube or the ear drum may rupture. Doctors call this an inner ear infection and treat it with antibiotics.

The most common causes of inner ear pain include temporomandibular joint syndrome and dental infections. Here, we are also talking about toxicity and inflammation where earaches are a reflex pain from the toxic area of the temporomandibular joint.

A great majority of earaches are caused by outer ear inflammation that affects the outer auditory canal and the eardrum. Babies and small children often suffer from it. In the elderly, such a problem is called the swimmer’s ear.

When bathing babies, people use degreaser soaps. If they enter the outer ear canal and reach the eardrum, they will degrease it. A degreased tissue easily dehydrates and inflames causing discomfort and pain.

The worst thing we can do to the ear is to remove its protective layer of cholesterol/earwax.

A deep ear cleaning should never be done. When the earwax is removed or is inadequate, such ear is prone to frequent inflammations and earaches.

As you can see, earaches may be caused by different factors but in the end, other than the swimmer’s ear, toxicity of the blood is the underlying cause.

When we remove earwax, this causes big problems and frequent earaches. Many people suffer from this kind of earache. It often starts from the childhood. Never do deep ear cleaning especially with ear flushes. Once you remove earwax, the body tries to protect the ear by increasing secretion and this starts through producing mucus as the fastest response. The ear becomes inflamed, warm, and painful. Do not clean it with water and degreasers. Your ear will continue being inflamed as it will try to create a protective layer.

Instead, use animal lard or coconut oil. Warm them up slightly so that they are liquid and place a couple of drops into the ear. Then massage it from the outside.

The ear will be painful for some time so use ear drops for the swimmer’s ear. It contains analgesics which will stop the pain.

Make sure you keep your ear warm. Place some cotton into it for that purpose. This will also keep the moisture in the ear canal calming the inflammation process and stopping the pain.

Ears do not like water so do not use drops of colloidal silver. The colloidal silver can be used on the ear only as a spray and after you spay the ear with it, place a couple of drops of coconut oil into the ear and massage it a bit. Then wipe whatever comes out with a soft cloth or cotton but go only as far as you can reach with your finger. Never use Q-tips. Q-tips reach too deep and contribute to the problem.

There are people who can remove some of the accumulated earwax without endangering the ear and they use wooden sticks to do this.

If you suffer from chronic ear pain/infections, your blood is toxic so follow the SHP, hydrate, cleanse, and heal yourself.

Love and light to us all
