There seems to be confusion in the soyence of carbohydrates.

It is obvious to me how the Cabal is confusing everyone because the indoctrinated mind has no clear comprehension about carbohydrates so through confusion, it is easy to further mislead people and steer them in the wrong direction.

The most obvious blunder is when the soyentists want to convince you of something that cannot be done by naming the same thing in two different ways in order to mislead you.

Such is the case with soluble fiber.

How often did you hear the word soluble fiber? I see it everywhere nutrition is mentioned.

So, in the realm of nutrition, the soluble fiber is actually known in science as starch.

Although they are both constructed from a simple carbohydrate called glucose, they have different type of bonds that makes starches and cellulose. Because they are configured differently and possess different characteristics, they are given distinctive names to be easily viewed as completely different things. One is named starch and the other is named cellulose.

Starch is soluble in water and easily converted to simple sugar-glucose, and cellulose is not water-soluble and requires an enzyme called cellulase to break it into simple sugar. Since mammals do not possess such enzyme, they cannot break down cellulose and it remains intact in their guts. Cellulose is called the non-digestible fiber. This means when soyentists and the repeating parrots use the word soluble fiber, they refer to starch which creates no fiber and is out of reach unless the membrane they are deposited into which is made of cellulose, somehow bursts.

Since only processing and heating rupture cellulose, we can get in touch with starches only after the plant was processed or cooked. Cellulose is non-digestible and in its structure contains Beta glucans. They say those absorb water and puff up, but they do not convert to glucose and their water absorption maintains the integral structure of cellulose. They do not dissolve as we are made to believe.

Another fiber that is found in some seeds is psyllium. Seeds are crushed so the fiber is cut and since it absorbs water, it can harden the stool when not enough water is used, or it can turn into gelatin helping with the stool of those who drink more water to hold the water and prevent it from being absorbed into the blood.

Seeds are loaded with starches and have two layers of cellulose protection. The outer and the inner shell. Once you crush those, starches become exposed, and they will break into glucose in our gut and be absorbed into the blood through a transporting protein called GLUT.

Starches do not form fiber so classifying them as soluble fiber is wrong and misleading, and the other previously mentioned fibers do not affect the body unless processed or heated, and even then, they are not absorbed into the blood so the only impact will be on the intestinal content.

Some animals can break the shell of grain with their teeth. This is why barley is given to horses and then people wonder, why the horse has colic.

Since seeds are reproductive material of plants, they are guarded by toxic elements like aromatic phenols, toxic proteins like gluten, toxic aromatic phenols, plant-based vitamins containing cyanide, and others. The fiber psyllium they contain is non-digestible, it just swells up and creates a feeling of heaviness and bloating.

We are told that this nondigestible fiber has health benefits like a decreased risk of heart disease: High-fiber diets have been linked to lower cholesterol levels and blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart disease.

In which way? This is pure nonsense.

“Digestive health: Fiber promotes regular bowel movements, alleviates constipation, and supports the growth of beneficial gut bacteria.” This is a lie. The toxic elements slow down the absorption and more water remains in the intestine making the stool softer but on the other hand, it prevents hydration of the body leading to difficulty of the body to cleanse itself. This is how symptoms of a toxic body are created.

They claim that the fiber prevents diabetes and obesity. You do not get diabetes from something you cannot absorb and you have no caloric benefits either. You will not get diabetes or get fat eating paper. This is what cellulose is. It does not prevent anything. It just clogs your intestines and bacteria has to form to break it down. We are told we need these “healthy” bacteria. That’s another nonsense. We need the bacteria when we eat what we cannot digest and there is nothing healthy about any of this.

There is no such thing as soluble fiber as far as plants are concerned. Plants are made of carbohydrates. Their structure is from cellulose and their food comes from glucose. We should not be eating those things. They do not benefit us in any way.
