Hydration influenced stool

The body is an automated robot with sensors, switches, and programs it follows.

It is programmed to be hydrated and to cleanse itself. If the hydration is low, the cleansing will be interrupted.

We are under the impression that we have to drink more if we sweat and less if we do not.

Some people complain when they are told to drink more, and many, especially older people cannot even tell if they drink some water during the day or not.

We assume that having a coffee or beer hydrates us just fine not realizing that those liquids contain so much poison that the body will have to use more than double the water just to eliminate those toxins from the blood.

Since the body will not hold water unless the water is ionized, we cannot hydrate without the presence of an adequate number of minerals/salts.

To maintain an adequate blood plasma level, it is enough to drink water with about 6 g of sea salt in it.

When the blood is dehydrated, it will take some time before the blood plasma levels increase satisfactorily because the blood’s salinity is about 9 g of salt per liter of blood. The body will be eliminating some water to correct the salinity of the plasma and at the same time, a very slow detoxification of the blood will occur.

This type of hydration is recommended for older, very dehydrated, and very toxic people with multiple chronic health problems.

As the blood is hydrating, the blood volume is increasing and toxins from the subcutaneous tissue and the connective tissues start dislodging and entering the bloodstream making the blood more toxic. This sends the message that more plasma is necessary so that the body can eliminate those toxins.

This is when an increased absorption of water from the colon begins. This is what makes the excrement dry and hard, and causes constipation if we do not provide more plasma.

If we do not increase the number of minerals in the plasma we drink, blood plasma levels will not increase rapidly. The water surplus in the blood that cannot be calibrated with salt because there is not enough of it will be filtered out through urine. This is why it is hard for people and doctors to understand why is body absorbing so much water from the colon which is making the stool hard when obviously it has a surplus of water which it is eliminating through frequent urination.

The body is eliminating water it cannot properly calibrate to the salt so blood plasma levels are increasing slowly, and at the same time, a slow detox is going on but the amount of plasma we drink has to be high enough to prevent constipation which will obviously make us urinate frequently.

When we increase the salinity of the plasma we drink to 10 g of sea salt per liter of water, now the blood hydration speeds up, and as soon as the body has enough blood plasma, it will stop saving the plasma and the detox becomes much more efficient and faster.

The faster the blood hydration, the faster the increase in blood volume, and the faster dislodging of toxins from the tissue. The blood becomes way more toxic and symptoms of toxic blood/septicemia may occur.

Here, I am explaining why detox symptoms occur. The more salt we use, the faster the detox and stronger detox symptoms will occur.

Everything goes on steroids once the cellular hydration and cleansing start because the number of cellular toxins could be staggering.

Since cellular cleansing occurs when the cellular osmotic pump is in motion, cellular hydration will occur only when the blood is clean. This means that cells will hydrate, and eliminate some toxins which will pollute the blood so the cellular hydration stops until the blood becomes clean again. Then cells hydrate, eliminate and close down again.

This makes the process of cellular hydration and cleansing painfully slow, and the constant shift in blood’s toxicity causes constant genetic adaptation which affects the cellular functions. This is why during the cleanse, blood values of hormones, enzymes, and other elements will be constantly shifting and we will experience this as an emotional and physical challenge.

This may affect our sleep, clarity of vision and thinking, blood pressure oscillations, heart palpitations, shift in body heat, menstruation, headaches, muscle pain…

The longer cellular toxins linger in the blood, the stronger symptoms of blood poisoning we will experience. This is why it is important to drink as much plasma as necessary to have daily diarrhea.

Through diarrhea, we eliminate the largest bulk of toxins from the blood, and if the body does not have enough plasma, diarrhea will stop and turn into constipation if the blood is very toxic because the body is programmed to detoxify itself so it will be searching for water wherever it can find it so that it can do its job.

If the blood is moderately toxic and the blood plasma levels are low, the blood will not be cleansed because the calculator decides that the remaining blood plasma levels are more important than the elimination of the remaining toxins.

The lower the blood plasma, the more toxic will be the blood so people with low blood plasma levels (thick blood) have very toxic blood which keeps cellular membranes closed causing cellular dehydration, cellular acidity, and a drop in cellular voltage.

This makes the body’s frequency unstable, and prone to shift resulting in disease.

Since cellular cleansing is a slow process and depends largely on how well is the blood hydrated, drinking large quantities of plasma is required for an extended amount of time so that this process can continue unraveling.

We are also influenced by the changes in our environment, so a sudden toxic discharge can be also triggered by fear, or by an atmospheric shift, or some emotional episode, and we end up having strong detox symptoms even after years of being properly hydrated.

We can go on and on discussing the process of hydration and cleansing but for now, I hope that this article has brought more understanding of this process.

Love and light to us all
