Whenever I explain how the SHP (Self Healers Protocol) works, inevitably two questions keep popping up.
The first question is, “for how long do we have to follow the protocol”?
This question is closely followed by another r which is, “how do we know that our cells are clean”?
And the third question regarding the cleansing process often mentioned is, “how come that I have full-blown detox symptoms going on now after following the protocol for 2+ years”?
So, let’s answer those questions one by one.
SHP is not your usual cleansing protocol and has nothing to do with standard cleanses we encounter in the alternative medicine.
While we are aware of protocols that cleanse the liver, the colon, or kidneys… those are all just superficial flushes. Detoxification of a particular system is being done by poisoning it and forcing it to eliminate the toxins that we have used for this process. While doing this, the system will eliminate other toxic stuff that was there leaving the organ or a system cleaner.
Since cleansing of the cells of those organs was not performed, to have those organs functioning properly, the systems have to be flushed repeatedly. The recommendation is once a year, and in some people twice a year.
Why twice a year, you may ask?
Since we are selectively focusing on a particular organ or system, the rest of the body stays polluted.
The more polluted is the body, the more frequent will the maintenance be necessary.
SHP is a guide to healthy living.
It is an instruction on how to ensure that the body has plenty of water so that it can continuously cleanse itself of toxins we ingest daily, but also to trigger deep cellular cleansing and help in the elimination of previously accumulated toxic materials in the body.
Because of this, the symptoms one experiences may differ from one to another individual following this protocol.
We are under the impression that once the cleansing symptoms are no more, we are clean and we can stop supporting the body in this process.
The obvious cleansing symptoms are nausea, diarrhea, fever, sweats, and headache.
Well, when we have such cleaning symptoms, this indicates that there was a toxic overload, and the secondary or even the tertial blood cleansing organ was involved in the cleansing process.
This means not just the kidneys but the mucosal tissue and the skin were cleansing the blood.
As soon as the blood toxic level drops, the tertial and the secondary cleansing organ will be disengaged so symptoms created by their engagement will disappear. Those symptoms like fever, sweats, skin eczema, nausea, and diarrhea will be gone.
The principal cleansing system, the kidneys, will continue to do their job and the cleansing of the blood continues indefinitely.
This explains and answers the first two questions.
Since SHP is a guide to the correct hydration, whenever you decide to stop following it, you are potentially making it hard for your body to cleanse, and the toxicity of the body will start to increase.
As the blood becomes clean, the cells of the body will relax their membranes and telomeres.
The genes will get new information as the environment is changing and since the telomeres had extended themselves in the relaxed mode, finer cellular tuning will be possible.
The cleaner we become, the more relaxed will be the cellular membranes which will provide better hydration and cleansing on the cellular level.
Since telomeres will be relaxing as well, more information will be captured from the environment and finer cellular tuning will be performed by our genes.
Because of this, we will become more sensitive to the wrong diet, and toxins will have a stronger impact on our bodies.
This now explains the third question, “how come I have full-blown detox symptoms going on now after following the protocol for 2+ years”?
The cleansing process on the cellular level is slow and it takes a long time to cleanse so well that the sensitivity has increased to another level and that all of the sudden, the body recognizes toxic frequencies it was not able to sense with short/curled telomeres.
This is why as we become cleaner, we become more sensitive to toxins, and it does not matter if those toxins are entering our bodies through the food we are eating, or if they come from our cells or emotions. They will make an impact on genes and another fine-tuning will be triggered, together with symptoms of cleansing which can be quite strong at times.
As far as the question goes “when do we know our cells are clean”?
Cells have to be cleansed constantly as long as we continue bringing toxins. This means that as long as we breathe, drink and eat, we have to continue cleansing and as long as our cells are absorbing what comes into the blood, they are being polluted and their cleaning has to continue.
I hope that this article has helped you to understand your body better.
Love and light to us all.
