If this is supposed to be a healthy food, what about salmonella and other pathogen pollutants?
Salmonella is not present inside of an egg but is superficial pollutant in factories with poor hygiene. As such it will be present on the surface of eggshell. By handling the eggs in food preparation we may infect the food and this way our body. This is why it is good to wash the eggs or even better is to spray them with silver colloid.. before using them. The same goes for the meat.
Do not fool yourselves, there is no such animal as safe carbohydrate as our digestion goes. Glucose is the door opener (can opener) that provides the passage of fructose and glucose alike into the blood. I have explained this in my previous articles and in my book.
I am on a move to Dominica and internet will be uncertain so I may skip to post. Will try to be in touch as much as possible.
Thank you for following my post and I will try not to disappoint you.
Love you all.
