
I am receiving invitations to listen and learn from all kinds of experts so this time, I am exposing health expert John Robbins to everyone searching for health that may stumble onto his page called the Food revolution NETWORK.
John is holding now a food masterclass through which he is instructing his followers to eat correctly to be able to achieve long and vibrant life.
I have to admit that I have no clue how old he is but his skin resembles an age of a 90-year-old. It is very dry and wrinkled.
Why did I pick him when there are so many other “health gurus” on the internet with exactly the same message?
Because I have just received his newsletter in which he mentions the 9th beneficial tip for a long and vibrant life which is the daily consumption of GARLIC.
There he goes about how people that eat garlic have a stronger immune system because they have fewer colds, and 50% fewer colon cancers.
Again, when you do not know what you are talking about, and in which ways what you are promoting is helping the body, you reach for statistics.
This is a typical example of a professional parrot. Unfortunately, many people are watching and following what he says harming their health in the process.
All these experts are readily promoting juicing.
I do not have the time nor the patience to listen to this misinformation but I bet that J. Robbins is drinking vegetable juices and shying away from salt.
He has the look of a vegan, and that is what vegans do.
All these health gurus that promote green diets believe that what has medicinal qualities, brings health and longevity.
They do not know that plants defend themselves with toxic proteins and the more of them there are, the more “medicinal” becomes the food.
When those medicinal/toxic poisons enter the blood, cells defend themselves by tightening their membranes, and for this reason, they prevent hydration.
Since cells do not want them, they signal for their elimination, and the diuretic effect sets in.
This is why vegans look drained and skinny.
Vegetarians that eat plenty of carbohydrates become obese so the fat layer is camouflaging the dehydration giving the appearance of hydrated skin.
Observation is a great tool but when we are talking about the statistics, we have not a clue about the habits of the people that are included in the list. We just take into consideration one collateral.
Statistics are often manipulated to serve the narrative.
The double and triple jabbed people are now coming down with skin blisters. The statistic clearly shows it but it is ignored because of the nonexistent Monkeypox.
Many people are regularly consuming large amounts of potatoes, rice, bread, and other types of dietary carbohydrates with overcooked vegetables and salads, and because there is also a piece of overcooked often charred meat, when they get sick, the sickness is being blamed on the meat. Such people are being called carnivores which is as far from the truth as calling them herbivores.
As far as the diet goes, we have to understand that the only raw food that can nourish us comes from animals.
Plant-based spices we are accustomed to using have all medicinal properties so they are toxic, and as far as the garlic goes, it is highly neurotoxic as I have explained in my article
The indoctrination schooling system is doing a great job of molding a soy-boy generation that is scared of their own shadow and only capable of hauling in the crowd.
It is going to be a fantastic experience witnessing the destruction of this system as the truth makes it to the surface.
