Everything we know is based on our education. Tribal people know how to survive, they know what to eat, and they know there is a spiritual aspect to their lives. Their knowledge and beliefs are passed from generation to generation, and they firmly believe that things are the way the elderly present them.

Modern men place all of their faith in the educational system because it enables them to survive in that system more easily. As long as we do as we are told, everything is okay. If one makes a mistake about something that is not important, nobody bothers to verify the information, and we just accept it because this is what we do.

Someone recently sent me good wishes for my birthday, and many, seeing this, decided to wish me a happy birthday even though my birthday is at the end of December. This is how we respond to unimportant information. We just confirm and join the narrative.

This line of behavior made us confused not only about our diet, but almost every aspect of our lives. Many people now do not know what a woman is. This is why it does not surprise me when I receive videos like this one to comment on

Now, this is a Facebook video, and I know many of you do not use Facebook, so Daniel Roytas made a video, Vegan vs carnivore: a reality check. In this video, he mentions some truths based on observation and concludes that every type of diet is good for us as long as we avoid eating processed and engineered foods.

The proponents of fruitarianism claim that in nature, there are so many fruits that we can live off of fruits alone. The reality is different. I live in the Amazon jungle, and I can confirm that it may take days walking through the jungle without encountering any fruit. We would die of starvation if we had to depend on fruits as nourishment. Besides, we do not receive any energy to speak of by eating fruits unless we heat them up, and then we receive starch.

He correctly observes that we cannot determine what the correct animals’ diet is based on their teeth, as we can find big canines in animals that eat greens, and we can find grinding molars in animals that eat meat.

Further, observation shows that native people survive by eating anything, be it meat, honey, fruits, nuts, roots… so it does not matter what we eat as long as we keep away from processed foods. This is Daniel’s conclusion.

As far as the Inuit people go, those who would live on ice and hunt sea lions and eat fish, they were on the Ice almost all the time and only ate fat and meat, but what is interesting, they were the only people who had no medicine man. They were never sick.

An Inuit hunter in Canada drags the carcass of a seal behind him, March 1924.

All other tribal people had a medicine man and did regular purging ceremonies to detoxify themselves. In the Amazon region, the most popular way of detox was by using rape, and ayahuasca, but they had many other plants they would utilize for specific cleanses. My friend Kristine is now in the jungle undergoing one week of plant-based cleansing. She also eats everything, and being over 60, she has to do cleanses to feel good because our bodies deteriorate much faster when we eat incorrectly.

Animal bodies are made to survive when the environment changes slowly. Genes will shift and cause adaptation, so in time, a bear survives by eating bamboo because it becomes the only food available. Adaptation is a slow process, so the change cannot be done in one generation.

Because of the flexibility, we can adapt to different types of diets, but our health will be undermined, and we will show signs of aging. Those signs are symptoms of dehydration and toxicity. The first sign of a wrong diet is a shortening of life. Humans are designed to live a minimum of 600 years, and as soon as we started eating grain, our lifespan dropped below 200 years. We have been expelled from Eden as the Bible teaches. Our planet Earth is the Biblical Eden, so we were not expelled. We became toxic, and our lives were shortened.

The way I have explained it, you can operate a gasoline (petrol) engine even when you add some diesel into the fuel, but the fuel’s combustion will be extended, and the engine will smoke and lose power. We can make adjustments in timing the explosion and increase the engine’s power and lessen the smoke, but the engine will never achieve its full power as if fueled correctly, its life expectancy will shorten because of carbon buildup. This is exactly what happens when we introduce starches to our diet. Fortunately, we do not depend on doctors to readjust us. Our bodies are made to adjust automatically, but it takes some time, and there is a price to pay because we will not switch completely. The worst thing is mixing those fuels together. Our bodies receive mixed signals, and this is where we suffer the most, and diseases occur.

I have explained all of this through my articles and videos, so those of you who are new to this site, do some more reading and learn the truth.

For the open-minded, here is a good video revealing our past and the upcoming change
