The hydration paradox

You are doing great. Just keep on hydrating, love.

When it comes to the hydration of the body, things do not go as expected. The more we drink, the thirstier we become, our skin dries up, and even constipation may show up. All those symptoms point to dehydration and not to hydration. This is why people often cave into believing the indoctrinated soyence that teaches us that salt dehydrates the body.

If plasma is hydrating us, how come we feel dehydrated when we start consuming it? We may even get diarrhea and nausea. Does this not prove that salt is toxic and causes dehydration?

Isn’t it logical to expect moist skin, a lot of urine, and a soft stool the more we hydrate? After all, if you jump into the water, your skin becomes wet. When you pour water into a glass, the glass gets full, and if you continue adding water, the water spills out of the glass. This means that when the body is full, we will eliminate the surplus of water through urination.

Observing and using the same logic when it comes to the hydration of the body leads to a misconception and a wrong conclusion that I refer to as childish thinking. The body is a living organism whose behavior is controlled by programs that govern it. Since our bodies are created to maintain themselves and to adjust to changes in their internal and external environment, there will be a difference in how various bodies respond to hydration.

Mainly, the speed and the symptoms of hydration of a body will depend on the level of blood toxicity, the level of toxicity of the tissues, and the level of cellular toxicity. On top of this, there will be various levels of liquid in different parts of the body, which have to be taken into consideration.

One thing we miss acknowledging is that a toxic body will not hydrate because it is programmed to keep itself healthy. It has programs telling it to be hydrated and be clean, and this makes it juggle between its hydration and cleansing modes.

Let me show you how it works using our experience and reactions.

Let’s say we have been given an apple to eat, and it has sand on it that we haven’t noticed. As soon as we bite into the apple, we feel the sand in our mouth.

Are we going to ignore the sand and continue eating the apple, or spit it out and rinse our mouths with water?  Of course, we will spit the apple and rinse our mouths, and keep rinsing our mouths until all the sand is gone.

Bite Of His Food Then SPITTING ...

The exact same response our bodies have to toxic blood. The reason they do not “spit” those toxins from their blood is a lack of blood plasma. The urine, the mucus, and the sweat are nothing but the body’s blood plasma, which it sacrifices during the elimination of toxins. The more toxic the blood, the more plasma it requires for cleansing. The only reason why the toxic blood is not being cleansed is a low level of blood plasma. The dehydrated blood was given names such as thick blood and polycythemia. Doctors know that the reason for thick blood is dehydration, but they have no clue how to hydrate it because no matter how much “liquid” we ingest, the blood remains thick.

When the blood is very toxic, it also means that the blood is dehydrated because hydrated blood would cleanse itself. When we take a sip of plasma, the body immediately uses it to eliminate some of the blood toxicity. When the blood is extremely toxic with problematic toxins, and we have provided a larger amount of plasma, the body will eliminate toxins through urine and mucous. Very toxic mucus in the stomach will trigger nausea and vomiting, and inside the intestines, it will trigger diarrhea so that the content can be eliminated as fast as possible.

We always feel much better after we puke or have diarrhea because the blood and the gut become less toxic. When we continue providing larger quantities of plasma, our blood continues its cleansing process, and as it becomes cleaner, it starts to hold more blood plasma, and we feel improvements in our health.

Just making more room

As the blood volume increases, toxins that have been stored in the tissue loosen and enter the blood, making the blood toxic again. The body’s need for plasma increases, and we feel thirsty, and our skin feels drier. The body is programmed to cleanse. This is its objective, and it tries to provide the blood with as much plasma as possible, making our skin dry, sucking moisture from the intestines, causing dry and hard stool, and constipation.

The more toxic we are, the more plasma will have to be provided, more urine will be secreted, and the diarrhea will last longer. The nausea usually does not last long because, as soon as the mucus becomes a bit less toxic, the intestines can handle the detox process, but the diarrhea may last for months, assuming enough plasma is provided.

Many people fear diarrhea and want to stop it as soon as possible.

There is nothing to fear. We will not experience diarrhea if the intestines are not toxic. The toxicity is what lowers the absorption of water and minerals back into the blood and creates loose stool. If the intestinal absorption is uninterrupted, the water and minerals will be reabsorbed and, if necessary, used to eliminate toxic elements from the blood. This means that if the gut is not toxic, the diarrhea will stop as the water is reabsorbed.

Why does it take so long to cleanse the body?

The tissue will not cleanse until the blood’s toxicity diminishes and the hydration level improves, which takes approximately 3 weeks of hydration.

If the tissue is very toxic, the lymph becomes toxic, and its flow into the blood becomes restricted, causing skin puffiness and water retention. It all depends on the toxic accumulation, which varies because it depends on the circumstances that occurred during the life.

The body is designed to maintain the blood clean so if the blood is dehydrated and no plasma can be spared for blood cleansing, the blood toxins/garbage will be deposited in tissues so that the blood can remain as clean as possible.

The longer the blood remains dehydrated, the more toxic our bodies become on every level, from the blood to the cells. Unfortunately, we are only alerted through the symptoms when the blood is toxic. For the tissue to show symptoms of toxicity, the toxic levels have to be high. This means that when skin problems or mucosal problems occur, the body is extremely toxic on every level, not just the blood.

The toxic body is asking for water, and since the signal for water and for food is the same, we tend to reach for the food because we made our food to taste great, and we eat not because we need energy, but because we love to eat this tasty food. This is why the more toxic we are, the hungrier we will be.

Once we are drinking plasma and the cleansing of a toxic body starts, the blood becomes more toxic from those released toxins from the tissue and cells, and unless we provide a lot of plasma, we start having symptoms of dry mouth, dry eyes, dry skin, and constipation. Now we can no longer confuse the thirst signal for food signaling. Because we have been indoctrinated to fear salt, we immediately react with fear toward salt, blaming it on symptoms of dehydration.

There is much more that can be said about hydration, but the article is getting too long, and you can find more information on this topic in other articles I have posted throughout the years, so give it a search.

Love and light to us all
