Carlos provided me with a video of Dr, Nash Jocic, asking me for my input so here it comes.
Dr. Nash Jocic is an accomplished bodybuilder and trainer with huge experience, and his presentation is excellent but, and there is always the but whenever truth has to be exposed. His analysis is good as far as soyence is concerned, but everything changes when truth is implemented.
Let me point to the parts where soyence bends the truth.
Dr. Jocic correctly explains that caffeine blocks adenosine receptors. Caffeine has a similar electromagnetic signature of adenosine, it can “plug” the receptors, acting as an antagonist. The cell does not know it is supposed to slow down, so it remains active. As with many other plant products, the feeling of increased energy is triggered by the suppression of various metabolic processes in the body.

As a result of this, the body has to adjust so as not to collapse because it is being poisoned. Luckily, the body is adaptable, and as it adjusts to control this situation, it changes how it functions. This change can be seen as a hormonal shift. Active brain cells will need more energy, so the stress factor is engaged (steroid, cortisol is released), so that glycogen can be used. Dr. Jocic explains it correctly, but he feels this does not do much harm, but it does. The cells recognize the problem and try to prevent caffeine from entering by reducing the size of their pores, causing problems in cellular hydration and cleansing.
Dr. Jocic correctly explains how coffee increases blood insulin. Now you know why, because once cortisol levels increase, the breakdown of glycogen not only occurs in the brain, but also in muscles and in the liver. The liver is the only organ that can release glucose into the blood, so as the blood sugar level increases, more insulin is released to force cells to absorb sugar/glucose and use it for energy production.
Dr. Jocic knows that coffee triggers a diuretic effect, but he does not find it problematic. This is where he is wrong. Most people, including him, are dehydrated without knowing it. They have “thick” blood. This means that the blood cleansing organs do not clean their blood properly and in time, this makes us look wrinkled and old. Further, it ultimately leads to cirrhotic and fibrotic problems in the body.

Dr. Jocic understanding is the same as what we are indoctrinated with in the school of mad-sin. He believes in oxidative processes and calls phenols beneficial antioxidants. They are phytotoxins contributing to cellular closure and diuretic response. Because of the presence of phytotoxins, coffee slows down intestinal absorption, so more water/coffee remain in the gut than is absorbed. This is why it loosens the stool and is used to flush the colon (coffee enema).
It is a big error reaching for statistics of how much sodium or potassium one loses during the diuretic action. This is pure nonsense; we should not even address. Dr. Jocic is correct on this issue. As he mentions, sodium and potassium are linked because we need sodium so our cells can produce potassium.
The problem Dr. Jocic does not realize comes from poor absorption and the diuretic effect being caused by phytotoxins, which causes slow dehydration, especially on the cellular level, leading to chronic health issues.
Every substance we consume that alters the functioning of the body causes our body to compensate. We call this a medicinal effect. The more the body compensates, the more out of tune it is when those substances stop coming in. This causes an addiction effect, and we know that coffee is highly addictive. Not because of the caffeine, but because of other medicinal substances, such as the chlorogenic acid.
Coffee contains a whole array of phytotoxins such as polyphenols, atractyligenin, theobromine, paraxanthine… they all cause cellular closure to absorption and alter the cellular metabolism. There is absolutely no health benefit caused by ingesting coffee other than it will make your heart race, make you more aggressive, and dehydrate you, and yes, it may keep you up and more alert, like cocaine.
Fortunately, our bodies will adjust to tolerate it, but we will pay the cost.
The toxicity of coffee can be sensed much better when the body has clean blood. The cellular absorption is strong, and when coffee comes into the circulation, tachycardia is instant, sweating, and nausea occur as too many of those toxins have entered the body, and the blood-cleansing process causes strong symptoms of toxic blood and its detox.
The more toxic the blood, the slower the cellular absorption, and we absorb fewer toxins, so we “tolerate” coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, and other poisons better. By better, I mean the symptoms of blood cleansing are less pronounced, which we then interpret as having a strong immune system.
This is why the ricin powder was killing native American population, and this is why they were also easily affected by alcohol. Not because they had a weaker immune system, but because they were clean, pure, with strong cellular absorption, and when exposed to toxins, they affected them more strongly than the toxic European crowd.

In general, the video is very informative, but because of the wrong indoctrination, certain effects were incorrectly explained, making the conclusions wrong. This is why Dr. Joseph Mercola and many other alternative medical sites also promote coffee and a glass of red wine a day as a healthy thing to do because of the “antioxidative” properties they have, which is total nonsense, and both of those things are toxic and lead to chronic health issues and dehydration.
Love and light to us all
