Whenever a question about nutrition pops up, hundreds of different opinions sprouts up. Unfortunately, all those opinions are based on the faulty science we are being told in the schools.

The mammals on this planet basically have three different digestive systems so we classify mammals as being the:

Herbivores

Carnivores

Omnivores

None of those three groups of animals eat dietary carbohydrates in nature.

Alaska. Bears catch fish.

In a matter of fact, no matter what animal you expose to dietary glucose, it will develop the same chronic health problems as humans suffer from.

If you have noticed, I did not say chronic diseases.

Chronic diseases do not exist. All that chronic diseases are, is a bunch of symptoms the toxic body manifests and which were labeled with a name. This is done so that they can be separated and referred to as individual health problems.

Doing so, we do not draw any relation between them, and people do not realize that one health issue progressed into another. That basically, it is an evolution of the same thing and what caused the progress is the continuous poisoning of the body.

I have noticed that I did not answer India’s question on Soy.

Easily answered, never touch that stuff, no matter in which form it may be served to you.

Whenever something is heavily promoted through the schooling program and the media, you can be assured that there is a hidden agenda behind it and if it was for your benefit, this would not be advertised.

The purpose of advertising is to gain more profit and if you believe that advertising is an honest interpretation of facts, you are brainwashed into believing anything that you will hear from your “trusted” source.

This is why we believe that we have gained knowledge through our educational process and all that we had received is false information so that we can be manipulated and controlled.

Also, I do not want you to have the wrong conclusion thinking that the evolution is triggered by the genetic activity.

There is a huge difference between what we call the adaptation to the environment and the evolution.

Our genes allow us to adapt to the changes in our environment and in this way they change our cellular activity but they do not trigger the process of evolution.

The evolution is a programmed and controlled process. It is designed by our creator and since we are the creators, we do influence this process as well.

We do this through what we call the manifestation.

We cannot use our ability to manifest something new, something that we had never experienced or seen before. We can only manifest things that our brain is familiar with and this means that we cannot fully manifest evolution of new systems or new types of advanced beings that we had no prior knowledge of.

This thematic we are going to explore in the future little more since evolution is what is happening to us at this very moment.

  1. Hi darko i convinced now that the optimal diet for human is eating animal fat and meat and milk and some fruits but the question now how to replace carbs with fat
    carbs is not only a source of energy but a food by it self ( we can eat a bowl of rice but it not realistic to eat a bowl of butter ) and also how to meet your calories need like 2400 cal with only fat and protein and also don’t forget that animal products more expensive than carbohydrate .
    i think these reasons is why people may find it difficult to follow this diet even they may know now that this diet is optimal for them . you may guide us to find answers to these questions . thank you darko.

    1. Karim, don’t forget that fat has more than twice the calories of either the carbohydrate and the protein. Little fat will take you a long way.
      Also, when eating correctly, we eat very little since our cell are never short of energy, we do not get a hunger spills so we never starve and over-eat when finally the food appears.
      I eat basically one meal a day and two meals 1-2 times a week.
      The banana shake is my staple food brother.

      1. But how many calories the banana shake provide is this a kind of calorie restriction ?
        because calorie restriction keep the weight because it lower the metabolism .

  2. Is donating blood/power red/plasma healthful or harmful to a person? Will this diet help prevent low hemoglobin so level is acceptable for donation? My level has gradually gone down, and I was just squeaking by – but I haven’t given blood yet since I started your nutrition plan (which I’m struggling to keep faithfully, but I am doing better). I have never received blood, but I assume the diet would be helpful to someone who has.

    1. Becky, donating blood is good for the donor because he/she got rid of some toxic blood, but it is bad for the receiver because he/she will be loaded with someone else’s toxins.
      You blood will be cleaner but the best and cleanest transfusion is done with pure sea plasma.

        Does this means that we can have an blood like an baby by drinking water with pure seasalt?

      2. Drinking water with sea salt diluted in it and eating correctly will make our blood cleaner than a blood of a baby since babies are born toxic because of their mothers habits.

    2. Well, I did the power red – where they collect two units of red cells and return the remaining blood components back to you. My hemoglobin was high enough to do this and I was not unwell all day like I was the first time I did this about two years ago. I think I was hit with my own toxins last time – I just felt awful the rest of the day. Not this time. Re-hydrated myself with sea salt water and felt fine the rest of the day.

  3. So what about people who lift weights? How do they get energy and repair muscles if all they eat is meat? No carbs is great for weight loss, but what about muscle gain?

    1. Chris, the protein is seldom used as a cellular fuel. Cells use fat and fat has more than double the energy of the glucose and body has steady supply of it.Do you see any problem there brother?

      1. I see what you are saying, Darko. I know you said that you only eat once a day usually? Does that work well if you go to the gym? I see a person can eat little carbs and manage to be a bodybuilder, but what about people who only eat once a day like you said you do? Can they still lift weights?

      2. Chris, I go to the gym almost daily and sometimes I skip eating for more than 24 hours. This is how normally functioning body should work. If you are dependent on daily food intake or even worse if you need several meals a day to be able to function, something is not in balance.

  4. Hello Dr. Darko: question: if the sugars in raw fruit and vegetables are encapsulated in cellulose, why do we taste the sweetness? Thanks, Ted.

    1. Hi Ted.
      The fructose which makes the fruits sweet is outside of the cells in the juice. Its purpose is to entice us to eat the fruits. The fructose does not create any health problem if it is absorbed in moderation. The health problems come from dietary glucose (starch), and this is not available unless the cellular membrane is destroyed brother.
