Water retention revisited

I have addressed this topic many times, but many people still have a problem understanding water retention and instinctively stop or reduce their hydration when water retention occurs.

First, I will explain what causes water retention.

Water retention will only happen in a toxic tissue. When lymph enters a toxic tissue, the lymph dissolves those toxins and becomes toxic itself. The lymph then enters the blood and makes the blood toxic. Finally, the blood cleansing organs filter those toxins out.

Blood toxins are eliminated through the kidneys in the form of urine, through the mucus tissue in the form of toxic mucus, and through the skin in the form of sweat and blackheads, pimples, and boils.

As we can see, whenever the body is cleansing toxins, the body loses blood plasma because urine, mucus, and sweat are all extracted from the blood in the form of blood plasma. This means that the blood plasma becomes depleted with every cleanse and has to be replenished.

Since blood plasma is an ionized water and those ions are minerals in the form of salts, it is obvious that the more we cleanse, the more plasma we have to replenish.

The fastest way to replenish blood plasma is by drinking water with sea salt, which is plasma.

Plasma signifies an element in an electroconductive state.

We have been told to shy away from salt because salt causes water retention, raises blood pressure, and destroys the kidneys, which is all false science that I refer to as a soyence. Since we do not take enough salt and water, our blood is not replenished fast enough and becomes dehydrated. Doctors tell us that our blood is thick or polycythemic because this is what they have been indoctrinated with, and they completely ignore the fact that such blood is simply dehydrated.

The more dehydrated the blood is, the more reluctant the body will be to use it for the blood-cleansing purpose. The blood will become toxic, and since toxic blood’s electroconductivity is reduced, the body is programmed to maintain the blood as clean as possible. Since the lack of blood plasma does not permit blood to eliminate plasma, the blood toxins will start to deposit under the skin for passive elimination of toxins through the skin regenerative process. This makes skin, including the mucous tissue, accumulate toxins. The longer we experience dehydration, the more toxic our skin and its connective tissue will become. This implies that the older we are, the more toxic we become if we remain dehydrated.

Since we are blindly trusting our executioners/medical doctors, we follow their instructions, and we become more and more dehydrated and toxic. This results in the appearance of chronic diseases since all of the symptoms of so-called diseases are just symptoms of toxic blood and the cleansing of such blood.

Everything changes once we provide the body with plasma.

Drinking seawater

As more plasma appears in the blood, the body will immediately use it to release some of the blood toxins. Depending on the level of blood toxicity, we will release dark, smelly urine, have smelly diarrhea, and have smelly sweat.

The blood will not hydrate; it will cleanse the most problematic toxins out of the body.

As the blood cleanses and becomes cleaner, the level of blood plasma will rise. The rising blood plasma will increase the blood volume, and more lymph will flood the tissue. Since the tissue is loaded with toxins, those toxins will start resolving, making the lymph toxic. Since the body is constantly calibrating, it will not permit too much of this toxic lymph to enter the blood. This causes a stagnation in lymphatic flow, and as the level of the lymph rises, we start to notice expansion/swelling of the skin. We call this situation water retention.

In the case of moderate toxicity, this does not present any problem, just a mild puffiness.

In the case of high toxicity, water retention will occur even when the blood is dehydrated, as the toxic lymph will not be allowed to return into the already toxic blood. This is why the elderly and chronically ill people often experience water retention while being severely dehydrated. Jumping on a trampoline that is promoted to increase lymphatic circulation will not improve the lymphatic flow.

In extreme cases of tissue toxicity, the lymph becomes so toxic that it slows down the lymphatic flow to a halt, and the toxic lymph starts to accumulate inside our cavities, be it joints, stomach, or lungs.

By the way, the formation of various cysts in our organs occurs in the same way.

Now you can better understand why so many people experience water retention when they follow the SHP.

When water retention appears, do not stop your hydration process. Continue drinking plasma (water with sea salt or diluted seawater) because the blood cleansing has to continue.

Since those toxins in the lymph are not poisonous, we can force the body to release them into our blood circulation by increasing the need of body to cleanse the blood.

This can be achieved by increasing the blood’s salinity (using salt as a diuretic), which I have explained in this video

Often, using salt as a diuretic is uncomfortable and not strong enough. This is when I recommend the use of diuretics.

Diuretics are more toxic than the lymph content and more toxic than salt saturation. It forces the body to cleanse the diuretic out of the blood, and the body will use the toxic lymph as additional plasma for the blood cleansing process.

Again, I have to remind you to continue the hydration process while using diuretics so that the lost blood plasma is replaced, the blood remains hydrated, and the blood cleansing continues uninterrupted.

During the blood cleansing process, we urinate a lot, have multiple diarrhea, and sweat. This explains why we have to drink so much plasma, as the lost blood plasma has to be replaced, and the blood and the body have to continue their hydration process.

I wish more doctors would learn the truth and start helping people instead of making them sicker. Show this article to your health provider if you suffer from water retention; maybe he/she will be receptive, which would help you receive better care. If they are not receptive, I suggest you ignore them and take the healthcare into your own hands.

More information on water retention can be found on this site. Just type water retention into the search window, and those articles will pop up.

Love and light to us all.
