“I was on SHP for a long time. It was ok. Now for 2-3 months when I drink plasma my body starts to get hard. I feel like salt is accumulating in the connective tissue. I drink 9g plasma and it is accumulating more and more. Then I have brain fog, I clear my throat and I have low energy and thirst. Then I start drinking sweet water and I feel how it slowly flushes the salt out of the tissue and after some time I start to feel better. Why did something like this start? Is it related to shift? How to deal with it?”
Lately, I have been receiving more and more complaints about the way people feel, even after following the SHP for years. Needless to say, none of those people follow the SHP strictly, but why do they feel worse all of a sudden, and often they may feel worse than their family members or friends who eat incorrectly and do not hydrate with plasma. Why is that?
It is understandable that the blame is directed to the salt since the indoctrinated program jumps up since the fear of salt was never dissolved, just suppressed a bit. These suppressed fears are some of the toxins we are dealing with that stay in our way of fully embracing the truth and liberation.
When you analyze the symptoms at the beginning of this article, you realize that they are symptoms of toxic blood. If we drink enough plasma, how come the blood is not kept clean?
I have mentioned that the cells can release way more toxins in a short period than what the blood cleansing organs can flush out. When that happens, toxins will be deposited into a tissue and slowly continue to be cleansed out.
Now the question arises, why is the body releasing so many toxins all of a sudden, which it did not do before? And why is this happening to so many people, even to some of those not on the protocol?
The majority of people are not aware that there is a war going on. It is a war against evil that has enslaved humanity. This war has accelerated since President Donald J. Trump was first elected in 2016. It is a covert war that was mostly conducted underground and in obscurity. The media was not reporting on it because the media is controlled by evil and are in the service of evil. Whenever I mentioned what was going on, I was attacked, so in order to open people’s minds, I continued revealing the truth related to our health and worked on opening minds in that way.
We are experiencing two major events simultaneously. One is the fight against evil that has enslaved us, and regaining our freedom, and the other is the evolutionary process of our ascension to Christ’s fifth density of existence.
Each of those events is very difficult on its own. Conjoined, it seems impossible to tackle, and since we are doing this, the entire Universe has come to help and watch. Although a majority of people are unaware and do not participate in what’s happening, those who are have a heavier burden to carry, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work you do.
The old paradigms have to be taken down and cleansed, or reprogrammed. Those who are involved in clearing those energies are now dealing with a higher load than if more people were involved in doing this job.
It is all about frequencies and programming. Those who are involved and are cleansing are not only cleansing themselves. We are all connected through a grid on this planet, and as we cleanse, we affect the grid, which is affecting everyone, even those who do nothing. This helps in their awakening process. No one is being left behind.
Last week, the final stage of the evolutionary step was triggered. Our Sun has released a major plasma wave loaded with activation codes that our bodies receive for this evolutionary process. Our bodies absorb those activation sequences through exposure to sunlight, and since the sunlight changes water structure, we receive those codes by bathing and drinking water as well.
It will take a couple of weeks to integrate those codes, and then we will start experiencing strange things. We will start remembering past lives. Our telepathy will start to awaken. The way we act will start to change. Everyone will be activated individually depending on their readiness and acceptance. Expect profound changes. Do not fear. Embrace everything that’s happening because it is all in a divine order.
President Trump is not only the leader of the USA, he is also a global leader/coordinator, the front man of the fight against evil. This is not a war of one country against another. It is a Global war of the good against evil. Exiting a helicopter, President Trump touched his belt buckle twice in a row, signaling “Buckle up, it’s going to be rough”. Today, Monday, 28th of April 2025, the lights went out in France, Portugal, Spain, and Italy. The final cleanup of the servants of evil is being scooped up. This cannot remain hidden. The media is being taken down as well. The truth will be exposed to everyone asleep during this war.
This is the final stage of the war of liberation, and it occurs simultaneously with the activation of the ascension. It is to be expected that we will not feel perky. The energies are tremendous, frequencies are through the roof, and the reason why we are not dead is that we have been reprogrammed to withstand all of this, and now we are starting to activate for ascension.

That’s OK, as you are used to this, I am used to your reaction, we are a family, and we are growing together in discovering the truth. Just know not to be afraid. Whatever is happening is done for the greater good, and we are all participating in this process because we have volunteered, and we have been chosen because we are the most experienced souls entrusted to do this extraordinarily difficult job. We are participants in an event that has never happened before in this way, and most likely will never occur again.
