Hello Darko, since I started the SHP with the correct sea salt, I had some symptoms I’d like to share with you, 15 days ago, I was feeling some symptoms since I started hydrating. I was constantly sneezing, I had mucus stuck on my throat, the mucus was pouring out of my mouth by constant coughing and spitting, my larynx became very inflamed and I started having laryngitis. I was straining my vocal cords everytime i tried to speak, Every time I swallowed something, it was accompanied by an immense pain in my throat. They were the same symptoms I was always feeling when my body was trying to expel these toxins, every time this cleansing was cancelled by annual vaccines, antibiotics and daily toxic poisons prescribed by the allergists, my mother believed with all her strength that they were my saviour. The toxic food, the Man-made food that poisoned my body and domesticated my mind and spirit which caused this havoc in my body. The food made by God was and is the right food not just for me, but for every living creature in this world. And because it is the food created by God, it is seen with fear and has become discouraged because of lies created to profit from the problems that humans themselves have created. When I was getting these symptoms when I started following the SHP, my mother would be shouting at me telling me to take the medicine and she wanted to take me to a doctor as always for me to be prescribed an antibiotic and an bunch of other medical poisons, But i had faith in my body and in the SHP, I kept hydrating with plasma, and in the fourth day I was better but I still had mucus on my throat which lasted for more five days which healed with time and hydration, on the ninth day, the same day that my cough was fully healed and I had no more allergic symptoms, I woke up in the morning with an strong diarrhea that lasted until night, until my ninth day my urine was very yellow, acid and had an very bad odor, On the tenth day my stool was hard, so I increased the sea salt on water to 7 grams per liter of water, I drank a liter of water with 7 grams of sea salt, and another liter but with 4 grams of sea salt, because 7 grams was very salty to me, and in the next day my stool was better. On the twelfth day until the fifteenth day, I had some diarrhea. Today I drank 1 liter of water with 4 grams of water and 500ml of water with 3 grams of sea salt, and I became nauseous, it felt like there was something going to come out of me, my body was heavy and I couldn’t barely walk straight, I was limping and walking like a penguin. And 30 minutes later I went to the bathroom and there was mucus pouring out of my mouth and i was spitting it, and then I started vomiting but it wasn’t an painful vomiting like the ones I used to felt, the ones I used to feel where painful and I could feel my intestines contracting and hurting, but this one, it was fast and painless, it just came out. It was as if there was a path made just for him to pass through like a toboggan slide, after this happening, I was feeling well but light-headed, when I was walking to the kitchen every step i toke would make me a little more conscious and I could feel my body becoming lighter. I got to my water filter and put it in room temperature water, it didn’t have salt but it was enough to make me wake up, while I am typing this I am feeling some muscle cramps on my feet, I will drink a bit of water with sea salt in it and then go to sleep.

Rick most likely did not have the SHP because the amount of salt he was using should be higher. He was reading my articles learning about his body, and implementing what he had learned because it made sense. When uncomfortable symptoms appeared, he welcomed them knowing why they had appeared. He was obviously suffering from respiratory problems which his doctors have converted into a chronic health problem. They were poisoning him yearly with antibiotics and other medication making him very toxic. The symptoms he describes are not common. They are symptoms produced by a very toxic body.
When his stool became hard, the body was low on plasma so he increased the amount of plasma he was drinking which increased the level of his blood plasma. This triggered the release of toxins that were stuck in his tissue making his blood more toxic and through diarrhea he helped to cleanse those toxins out.
As the blood level of plasma increased, more toxins were released making him lightheaded, Often, blurry vision can occur when blood becomes this toxic. The mucus has become so toxic that nausea and vomiting occur because the toxins are too strong to be allowed into the intestines.
His trip is not over. His cells will start releasing toxins so his symptoms will be shifting but because he is a young man he will cleanse fast and rapidly regain health.
Rick has become very toxic from the medical treatments he was receiving and what was done to him by his licensed 007 health agent with the license to kill, is being done daily to millions of people around this Planet.
I will guide this young man and help him to understand his body better. He is already healing his mother through his example and knowledge, and soon he will be empowered to heal the rest of his family, neighbors, and friends.
I am sure he is not a single individual doing this. Little by little the truth is spreading but it takes the knowledge and faith of some to serve as examples to others.
In our entire lives, we are being brainwashed about the power of modern medicine and experts in white coats who possess the knowledge of the human body and know exactly what to do to help an aching body.
For 20 years I have been disclosing that medicine has been hijacked by Cabal and converted into a soyence of poisoning and destruction of the human body and mind. No doctor is equipped with the truth, but they are very proud of their ignorance and do not even consider that they may be wrong.
Now the polemic is a vaccine. Those who are waking up say we do not need covid vaccine when we can heal people with medication that is proven to kill the virus, like hydroxychloroquine which opens the cells so that the virus can be killed within.
This shows again that the doctors are tapping in the dark. When symptoms are suppressed through poisoning of the body, cells shut down, stop releasing toxins and the symptoms vanish.
This means that hydroxychloroquine is toxic. It is exactly the opposite of what doctors believe to be true.
There is no other way but for the common individual to take responsibility for his/her own health, learn the truth, implement it to be sure that it is truthful information, and then help people in need.
