Will hydration increase blood pressure?

I have explained many times that salt has no influence on blood pressure, but some people will experience increased blood pressure when they start hydrating.

When this happens, the culprit will be the salt because we have been programmed to fear it. Since we are being told that water is good, we do not even think that the increased amount of water we are drinking is what increases blood pressure.

If ingestion of salt would increase blood pressure, every time we swim in the sea, we would experience increased blood pressure since we absorb salty water through the skin.

We absorb so much seawater that after being in the sea for about 20 minutes, we have to urinate because we have to eliminate the excess salt we have absorbed, yet nobody’s blood pressure goes up. Actually, we feel much better and relaxed.

So, why do some people experience a jump in BP when they hydrate with plasma?

As we become slowly dehydrated, the blood plasma levels drop. Doctors tell us that we have Polycythemia (increased level of blood cells in the blood/thick blood). For this reason, doctors will prescribe a “blood thinner” to “thin” the blood. The blood thinner is actually an anticoagulant to prevent the formation of coagulum since the thick blood easily coagulates.

Polycythemia is caused by a decreased plasma level in the blood and not an overgrowth of cells as doctors are being told.

When blood plasma levels are low, blood cannot be cleansed and slowly increases its toxicity.

Our cells will refuse to hydrate with toxic blood so the higher the blood toxicity, the more dehydrated will become our cells.

How do we know that our cells are dehydrated?

Our skin starts to wrinkle, our joints start to click when we move them. This becomes so prominent that every time you move your neck, there is a clicking sound. The same will happen with your knees, shoulders, and spine. Sometimes even the jaw will start clicking while you chew the food. This has happened to me.

Since the gel in the eye lenses thickens when dehydrated, the lens cannot assume the correct shape and we become dependent on reading glasses.

Cellular dehydration affects the blood vessels. The flat muscles lose tension and flexibility.

The thick blood needs higher pressure to make it move, but the blood level is reduced because there is less plasma so we are not aware of this. The blood pressure may increase just a bit. If you have a garden hose with a small amount of water in it, the garden hose will be soft.

If you open the faucet and add more water to the garden hose, the garden hose will become stiffer.

The exact same thing will happen to our arteries when we start drinking more water, the blood volume increases, the arteries become full and pressurized, and the blood pressure increases. Now, because the blood vessels have lost elasticity since they are dehydrated on the cellular level, they cannot suppress the increased pressure when the heart is pumping and we can measure a jump in blood pressure every time the heart contracts.

The blood pressure did not increase because there is more salt in the blood. It had increased because the blood vessels are fuller and unable to amortize the systolic heart impulses.

This will change as the cells hydrate but there will be no cellular hydration while the blood is toxic. So, we have to be patient and tolerate the higher blood pressure until the blood cleanses and the cells hydrate.

Sometimes, this can take a while because although within three weeks of the correct hydration, the blood will be cleansed enough for cells to start hydrating with it, as soon as cells take in a bit of blood plasma, they will eliminate some of their toxins. This will make the blood toxic again and the cellular hydration will stop It will take the body 2-3 days to cleanse those toxins out and resume the cellular hydration, but the same will happen every time cells take in a bit of plasma.

Depending on the level of cellular toxicity, the nature of cellular toxins, and the overall shape of the arteries, it may take between 2-5 months before the blood pressure drops, and the blood pressure will go down although we will still be drinking plasma daily.

Remember, increased levels of salt/minerals in the blood have nothing to do with high blood pressure or with low pressure now when we are talking about it.

This is so simple to verify, but nobody does it, why?

If you are not medicated and in good health, drink very salty water and measure your BP. You will see that no change in BP occurs. Why nobody tries this simple test?

We are so programmed to take for granted everything that comes out of the mouth of brainwashed doctors and scientists that we rather swallow their lies than verify their claims.

We are being told that elevated blood pressure is very dangerous and we have to bring it down with pills.

If elevated blood pressure would be dangerous everyone that engaged in sports would be dead. Just look at the pronounced blood vessels of bodybuilders. Their blood pressure is immense during exercising, yet, they are having no issues whatsoever.

Yes, dehydrated and brittle blood vessels will easily herniate when BP increases, and aneurysm and varices may occur, but every heartbeat can cause it when the blood vessels become brittle.

Without hydration and cleansing, we cannot repair blood vessels, so either you hydrate with plasma and detoxify and heal, or continue poisoning yourself with pills, suffer pain, and die prematurely in discomfort.

If you chose to hydrate and heal but feel uneasy about the symptoms, allow me to guide you and ease your mind during the healing process.

Love and light to us all
