How vegetables affect hydration and cleansing

In my book The Resonance of Nutrition, I explain how vegetables affect our bodies.

I explain their toxic effect, and how they reprogram our gene expression, but people still get confused and frequently ask the same question which is; can we cleanse while eating carbohydrates?

I have explained that plants cannot run or hide from their predators. This makes them very vulnerable and to protect themselves they produce toxic chemicals.

Since the objective is not to hurt the predator, only to discourage it from eating the plant, most plants have mild toxins. Those toxins affect the digestive system, and cause inflammation and bloating.

We neglect those symptoms and continue eating them so our bodies have to adjust to those toxins. We start tolerating some of them, but the presence of toxic frequencies are not neglected by our cells. Our cells will prevent those toxic frequencies from entering their energetic fields by tightening their membranes and finally, some of those toxic frequencies cause telomeres to lose the information about their existence by shortening the telomeres.

The toxic environment curls telomeres so they become shorter an less responsive.

Short telomeres do not react to the frequency that caused them to become short. Those frequencies simply become not seen on the cellular radar, sort of speak. They have disappeared and no longer affect the cell although, they continue to linger within our energetic body causing energetic blockages.

We say that we have developed a tolerance to this particular poison.

The more toxic we become, the shorter will be our telomeres, and we are less affected by toxic frequencies and more resilient to toxic food.

On the other side, there is this problem with the forbidden food, starch/glucose.

Since glucose contains oxygen, the energy production within mitochondria is taking place even when oxygen is not present, but since animal cells are programmed to use fat as their energy source, they inject oxygen into the process. This makes energy production from glucose explosively fast.

This is the reason why animals produce glycogen inside of muscle and brain cells so that in a life-threatening situation/stress, the glucose can be released to boost the cellular energy and speed up the thinking process, and gives more power to execute the action.

Glucose is not toxic, but because it burns fast it easily overcharges cells and can cause burnout. For this reason, when glucose becomes regularly used as cellular energy, cells have to deactivate many mitochondria so that less energy is produced to prevent cellular overcharge.

Since glucose is not meant to be the primary cellular fuel in the human body, we do not have glucose storage, so glucose becomes available only when we provide it through our meals forcing us to eat multiple times a day.

This is why I call it dietary glucose or dietary starches/carbohydrates.

When we stop bringing the dietary glucose into our body, our cells reprogram themselves to run on the fat again by activating more mitochondria, but it takes 3 days to fully activate all necessary mitochondria so if there is an energetic crisis, we go into a stress mode and use the glycogen which makes us hypoglycemic.

When we eat correctly, the only way we can go into a hypoglicemic state is if we remain in a stressful situation for too long and deplete all glycogen.

Glucoholics can reach hypoglicemic state every time they extend the time between their meals and are forced to perform. This is why people are warned not to work while fasting so that hypoglicemia does not occur.

Since in absence of dietary glucose cells reprogram themselves and activate the necessary mitochondria within 3 days, the problem with hypglicemia goes away and people can resume their normal lives and continue fasting.

People that eat correctly do not have such a problem and can live normal lives during fasting.

So, here is the answer to the question from the title.

Eating carbohydrates during the hydration and cleansing period will not interfere with the cleansing process, but we cannot reprogram our cells to work correctly and the genetic, glucose-caused blemish will remain.

On the other hand, raw vegetables, and some cooked ones contain toxic elements that close down cells preventing them from being hydrated and no cellular cleansing can occur.

Al spices will do this because spices were at first medicinal remedies before people started using them as food enhancers. This means that they are toxic.

Other toxic vegetables are seeds because they are the procreation material of plants so they are heavily guarded. Since legumes are seeds, they are very toxic, but the clueless “experts” promote them as a very beneficial and healthy food.

Thank you for being here, reading my articles, and together with me, learning the hidden truths.

Love and light to us all
