Most people who are conscientious about their health are aware of the necessity of iron, magnesium, calcium, sodium, and potassium for our health but how many of us are aware of the importance of copper?
I guess, not many and those of us who are, are being told to use copper with caution and with zinc as they have to be calibrated.
Some of us who did look into this subject, quickly become scared of copper. It takes only several minutes of surfing the Internet and you will encounter dozens of videos talking about the copper toxicity.
From scientists and doctors to the home-made experts, they all repeat the same script.
The doctors remind us about the importance of copper for our health but then they start numbering what symptoms you are going to experience if the levels of the copper in your body rise to a toxic level.
Before we start talking about the copper’s toxicity, let us examine why is the copper a necessary element and what does it do in our body.
Here I have to mention that I will be talking about copper from the biological point of view and not from the quantum point in which it actually works.
Here are some of the things that our body cannot do without the presence of copper.
Without the copper, our body cannot produce:
myelin nerve insulator
neurotransmitter
production of ATP adenosine-triphosphate, a cellular energy unit
collagen and elastine synthesis structural part of the body and keeps the muscle and the
connective tissue elastic and toned.
variety of enzymes some of them are necessary for the blood coagulation, some for the iron
activation
white blood-cells health
anti-oxidative action …
Those are just some crucial places that cannot operate without the copper.
Just a brief look at this list makes it easy to understand that with the deficiency of copper our body will become severely handicapped.
We could not think clearly, our muscles would be stiff as would be our blood vessels which would increase our blood pressure. Our bones would become brittle as would our teeth, our immune system would not work.
We would be low in energy and our bones would become brittle. Our pigment would fade and so would our hair color.
Our skin would become wrinkled and hanging and our joints would ache.
Do those symptoms look familiar to you? Most of our chronic health problems end up having those symptoms and we call them just a normal signs of the aging process.

Why do doctors not recommend copper supplementation when they know the importance of copper for our health?
Because they are scared by the false science they learn in the medical school about the symptoms of copper overdose.
What are the symptoms of copper overdoes you may ask?
This is what we are being told and all of the parrots are repeating.
The symptoms of copper overdose are:
Acne, allergies, anemia, anorexia, anxiety, arthritis, autism, asthma, hair-loss, candida overgrowth, depression, infertility, prostatitis, fibromyalgia, PMS, migraine headache, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, schizophrenia…
Looking at this list, it would seem that everyone with any chronic health issue could be overloaded with copper.
In reality, it is just the opposite, and all of those symptoms can be the result of a copper deficiency, and in my opinion, they are just that.
Why do doctors believe that people have a copper overload problem?
Because they often find copper being expelled from the body and it can be detected in the hair and excrement.
We are programmed to look at the bodily fluids and if something is off, to simply balance it and according to our finding we conclude that if the body is eliminating something, that the body is overloaded with this element.
Since we are not told to think critically, we do not pay any attention to any different tells.
For example, if the patient has osteoporosis, we stuff the patient with the calcium even after we realize that the patient is eliminating the calcium through his/ her urine.
When someone is eliminating calcium through the urine this signifies that the calcium blood levels are elevated over the acceptable levels so the kidneys are getting rid of it so that it does not harm the body.
This may look strange. Why is the body eliminating something that it needs and the lack of it is causing a health issue?
Obviously, the problem is not caused by insufficiency of calcium, wouldn’t you agree?
The same reasoning can be implemented when we are talking about the copper.
The copper being eliminated does not necessarily mean that there is too much of it in the body. It only means that there is too much of it in the blood and this makes a great difference as far as our health is concerned.
The copper is an essential part of the bile through which the liver pushes it into the intestines.
Since higher levels of copper can be found in the liver, liver problems as the fatty liver syndrome can cause a reduction in liver’s capacity to store the copper. Also acidic and inflamed liver can exhibit problems in storing the copper.
Since plenty of copper is involved in the enzymatic processes occurring within the mitochondria, predominantly dietary glucose diet can alter the cellular levels of copper by deactivating majority of the mitochondria.
Having in the consideration that the insufficient levels of copper in the body create the exact same symptoms of aging which are contributed to its toxicity which is supposedly caused by coppers overload, something really doesn’t add up. Again we are being sold a load of goods that make absolutely no sense.

The doctors and the usual parrots keep repeating the symptoms of a copper detoxification as being a stomach pain, diarrhea, vomiting, fever, sweats and headache, skin inflammation and mental issues.
Those are just the usual symptoms of cleansing. Not one of them is specific for the copper so the whole thing appears to be just a scare tactic to sway us away from a real copper supplementation.
When copper supplementation is suggested, it is done so only through joined copper and zinc supplements and even in this form, the copper is supplemented in the Cu 2 form as a sulfate or carbonate. This is actually not a good thing because as such it can accumulate and cause overdose and toxicity.
You can find many videos on Youtube showing you how to make Cu 2 and I have heard of several instances where people suffered from the copper overdose and toxic effects after they were taking it internally.
Here is one good video on copper but I do not recommend people to use Cu 2 made in this way in any other way than topically on the skin.

I believe that much better results will be achieved utilizing Cu 1 as it has a free electron and is capable of donating and accepting one electron.
As I am experimenting with Cu 1, I can confirm that Cu 1 is safe to use and it does not cause a copper overload since the body can easily regulate it.
Not to make the article to long, I will end it here and in the following article, I will talk specifically about Cu 1, about my experience and how you can make it in your home.
Love and light to us all.

Very, very interesting. Thank you Darko.
Is a hair analysis the only way to check for copper? Had one years ago and color my hair now. How do you know if a fatty liver is a problem. Hear alot of that now.
Honestly, stool analysis is used as well but as I had mentioned, copper that is eliminated from our body does not signify that we have a copper overdose, In my opinion we are all copper deficient. I will talk about it in my next article.
What about getting copper from food high in copper?
Jeri, we can get copper from the animal products but we are instructed not to eat them. The vegetables are depleted of minerals and they cause intestinal inflammation so that the absorption is very poor. The best source is the sea salt but it has small amount of copper. Supplementing copper is a good thing to do but wait until you read the second part of the article on copper brother.
It sounds like copper is the “miracle cure” for almost everything from grey hair to sagging skin to mental disorders. Can’t wait until your next article!
You are activating the “SHEEP-AL” with this supplement talk. The godder. The ‘I-Won-The-Lottery’ folk. They never want to work. They just move from one BS garbage product or service to the next BS garbage product. You are helping them with these silly articles you write sometimes…
you have a monumental ‘chip on your shoulder’ brother…
Darko, any mention of supplement and you activate the ‘idiot reader’.
** Supplements Do Not Work! ** (Darko’s own words)
All supplements are made in China and India today, despite what the label might read. Do you really think anything from either of those countries could be correctly made, labeled and untainted?
Please Darko, don’t get too subtle with our kindergartner readers, WHO would never take the time to read all of your postings, then re-read them, and re-read all of them again… CAUSE if they did, they would all be drinking sea water and eating raw meats and doing just fine.
Your mentioning supplements has the sheepal slaves running for Walmart, Costco and CVS. Jeeze, the middle class just trades one poison for another, it’s endless. They make sure they stay in ‘their cage’.
you have made yourself into a ‘slave’ with your myopic vision brother…
Liquid Chlorophyll is the best for copper supplementation….
Martin, the chlorophyll is within the cellular membranes which we cannot digest, so we do not have the access to it. Love and light brother.
I was reading that high copper and iron levels in the brain are possible causes of neurological disorders. I had to check to see if you wrote anything on copper or iron. Seems like scientists cant figure anything out. At least copper seems important
We are purposefully mislead in science through our education. No wonder that we are getting sicker and more stupid as time goes on.
