When we look at the food from its vibrational point, no plant vibrates with the same frequency as an animal. This is why plant-based protein cannot replace animal-based one. Neither can plant-based oils replace animal-based fats.

The mechanism of frequency manipulation is simple. We know that by heating things, we can raise the frequency. Now we know that the heat raises the frequency, and our processors/sensory organs interpret the frequency shifts as changes in color, odor, consistency, and flavor.
We also know that our thoughts are electromagnetic waves, and they can interfere with other frequencies, especially if directed to them through our focus and intent. This is how we can structure water, but also influence genetic reactions, especially when the quantum field is targeted. The proof of this is quantum healers. Yes, you heard me right, water and not plasma. Why?
By eating animal proteins and fats, and drinking water right after or during eating, we receive all the minerals and water we need, so no mineral supplementation through salt is necessary. Can eggs, milk, and dairy replace red meat in our diet?
They are animal products and vibrate with animal frequency. They are all good foods that will nourish us, but the caloric values differ.
When we eat a steak, 100g of red meat has approximately 160 calories. Steak contains some fat, which increases the caloric value of the steak. Still, when we eat the steak without its fat, we have to eat a lot of it to satisfy our caloric needs.
100g of animal fat contains 640 calories. This is why we have to make sure we add animal fat to the meat we eat.
One kilo of steak will have 1600 calories, add 30 % of fat, and you are consuming 3,500 calories.
The cow’s milk contains approximately 65 calories per 100g of full-fat milk. Some cows produce milk with more fat, but the fat is scraped off for butter production. This means that one liter of the full-fat milk will have approximately 600 calories.
You may have to drink 6 liters to provide the same amount of calories as the fatty steak.
One egg has approximately 70 calories. This meant that you would have to eat 70 eggs to catch up with the caloric value of one kilo of fatty steak.
This gives you a perspective and explains why we feel hungry after eating two or 4 eggs and drinking a half-liter of milk.
All animal protein and fats are good for us, but we will have to change the way we look at food as far as the quantity is concerned.
